Game Design Education using PIT(Product Innovation Test) Technique (PIT 기법을 활용한 게임 디자인 교육)

  • The quality of the game can be evaluated by its fun and functional stability. Among them, the quality area for fun is the essence of the game, so it is a very important factor to be considered from the point of view of a game designer. Usually, fun games with high originality and immersion are designed in the early stages of development, such as idea generation and concept setting. At this time, making it possible to verify the fun factor of the game has an important influence on the success of the game. In this study, the case of using PIT technique when teaching fun element design to students who are starting to study game design was introduced and the effect was analyzed. It is expected that the PIT technique will be used more actively in the game design education field for high-quality and fun game design.

Exploring Differences of Customers' Perceptions toward Mobile Services (모바일 서비스에 대한 이용자의 품질인식 차이에 관한 연구 : 한국과 미국 이용자를 중심으로)

  • Because the mobile services is composed of heterogeneous attributes, it is hard to find out customer's potential needs and more difficult to analyze customer's satisfaction factors toward mobile services. Therefore, this study approached this issue from a new viewpoint and applied Kano Model in analyzing customer's satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors toward mobile services. By using Kano Model, it tried to find out how differently customers perceive the mobile services. Firstly, we found out perception gaps of Korean and American customers toward mobile services. While Korean customers perceived most mobile services as indifferent service attributes, American customers perceived them as attractive service attributes. We could find main reasons of these perception differences from different national backgrounds and adoption rates of smart phones between two countries. Secondly, based on TRI scores, we categorized subjects into four groups and named as Pioneers, Explorers, Skeptics and Laggards. And then we examined the perception differences to mobile services among four groups. We found that there were no significant perception differences among four groups.

An Organizational Maturity Assessment Model for Public Data Quality Management (공공데이터 품질관리를 위한 조직 성숙도 평가 모델)

  • Although the demand for the use of public data increases in accordance with the expansion of Government 3.0, the poor level of data quality and its management currently implemented is becoming obstacles to opening data to the public. To improve the efficiency of management, linkage and usage for data, standardized processes for data quality management have to be prepared and appropriate data quality assessment criteria should be established. In this paper, we propose the organizational maturity model that can assess the public data quality management level. This model consists of the process reference model and the measurement framework. Fifteen processes grouped by the PDCA cycle are defined in the process reference model. The measurement framework measures the organizational maturity level based on process capability levels. The organizational maturity model can be used to establish objectives and directions for public data quality improvement by diagnosis of current level of public data quality management and problem solving. This model can also facilitate open to the private sector and activate usage of stable public data through reliability enhancement.

  • 객체지향 시스템의 개발은 클래스를 통해서 이루어진다. 즉, 문제 영역에 존재하는 중요한 대상 또는 개념을 클래스로 모델링하고, 이로부터 생성된 객체들 사이의 메시지 교환을 통해서 시스템은 구축된다. 또한, 클래스는 정보 은닉을 제공함으로써, 객체지향 시스템의 재사용성과 유지보수성에 상당한 기여를 한다. 그러나, 설계 단계에서 실세계의 대상을 부적절하게 모델링하거나, 또는 유지보수 단계에서 클래스에 무분별한 변경을 가하는 경우 클래스의 품질은 악화될 수 있고, 이는 결국 시스템을 유지보수 하거나 확장하는데 상당한 장애를 초래한다.응집도는 모듈의 구성 요소들 사이의 연관성 정도를 나타내는 척도로서 전통적으로 모듈의 품질을 평가하기 위한 기준으로 사용되어 왔다. 이 논문에서는 클래스의 품질을 평가하는 방법으로서의 클래스 응집도를 제안한다. 즉, 클래스가 실세계의 대상을 적절하게 모델링한다면, 그 구성요소들 사이에 밀접한 관련이 있고 결국 높은 응집도를 가지게 될 것이다. 반대로 실세계의 대상에 대한 적절한 모델이 아니라면, 그 클래스의 구성 요소들 사이에는 밀접한 관련성이 없을 것이고 따라서 낮은 응집도를 보일 것이다.Abstract Object-oriented systems are developed by means of classes; that is, classes captures the essential entities or concepts in the problem domain, and the system is embodied by the interactions of objects instantiated from the classes. In addition to the basic units of object-oriented systems, classes serves as the units of encapsulation, which considerably promote the modifiability and the extensibility of them. However, improper modeling in the design phase or uncontrolled changes during the maintenance phase can degrade the quality of classes, which leads to systems cumbersome to maintain and extend.Cohesion refers to the degree of connectivity among the elements of a single module, and is being used as a factor which characterizes the quality of a module. In this paper, we propose a new cohesion metric for assessing the quality of classes. If a class captures properly the essential features of objects, the members of the class surely have strong relationship among them. On the contrary, the poor relationship among class members can indicate that the class is not a proper model of objects.

  • 본 논문에서는 500kV급 composite bushing에 사용되는 FRP tube 및 금구류에 대하여 풍하중에 대한 강도안전성을 평가하였다. 제품의 평가는 유한요소법을 이용한 구조해석을 진행하였으며, 해석 결과 풍하중에 대하여 충분한 강도 안전성 및 안전율을 가지고 제품이 설계된 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시한 결과를 바탕으로 composite bushing은 강도안전성 측면에서 신뢰성 있는 제품으로 개발이 이루어지고 있음을 확인할 수 있으며, 향후 유한요소법을 이용한 해석을 통해 제품 개발 기간의 단축과 소비자에게 보다 향상된 품질을 보증하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Exploring the Effect of Users' Integrated Estimates of Telecommunication Companies' CSR and Service Quality on Company Preference and Intention to Subscribe Telecommunication Services (통신기업 CSR에 대한 이용자의 통합적 평가와 서비스 품질 평가가 통신기업 선호도와 서비스 가입의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study explored the relationship between users' integrated estimates (motivation, activity, & performance) of telecommunication companies' CSR & service qualities and their preference and intention to subscribe telecommunication services. The data were collected from 637 college students for understanding the relationship among variables in KT and SKT. The result indicates that social benefit motivation, legal/moral activity, and social performance of the integrated CSR estimates affected their preference. The estimate of philanthropic activity, however, was not significantly affected on preference. On intention to take telecommunication services toward KT and SKT, the estimate of social performance was only a significant variable in KT and legal/moral activity and social performance were statistically significant in SKT. Generally, the estimate of service quality was the most affective factor toward telecommunication preference and intention to subscribe its services.

  • This study is a study on domain automatic classification for domain - based quality diagnosis which is a key element of big data quality diagnosis. With the increase of the value and utilization of Big Data and the rise of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the world is making efforts to create new value by utilizing big data in various fields converged with IT such as law, medical, and finance. However, analysis based on low-reliability data results in critical problems in both the process and the result, and it is also difficult to believe that judgments based on the analysis results. Although the need of highly reliable data has also increased, research on the quality of data and its results have been insufficient. The purpose of this study is to shorten the work time to automizing the domain classification work which was performed from manually to using machine learning in the domain - based quality diagnosis, which is a key element of diagnostic evaluation for improving data quality. Extracts information about the characteristics of the data that is stored in the database and identifies the domain, and then featurize it, and automizes the domain classification using machine learning. We will use it for big data quality diagnosis and contribute to quality improvement.

  • 웹 기반의 응용시스템 개발이 보편화되면서 보안은 특히 인터넷과 같은 네트워크 환경에서 정보처리에서 매우 중요한 요소로 대두되고 있다. 공통평가기준은 보안을 중요시하는 시스템의 명가를 위해서 표준화된 요구사항들의 목록이다. 공통평가기준을 사용하여 시스템 자체와 시스템 개발에 않은 보안 요구사항 정의는 가능하지만, 방법론 지원은 제공하지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 보안 클래스를 중심으로 소프트웨어공학 생명주기에서 보안측면을 분석하고 적용하는 방법을 제시한다. 공통평가기준에서의 행위와 문서는 개발된 시스템의 품질을 개선하여. 높은 보안 요구사항을 만족하기 위해 부가적 비용과 노력을 감소시키는 시스템 개발에서 가장 중요한 요소이다 이를 기반하여 프로세스, 자원. 생명주기 분석 모델과 프레임워크를 정의하고 생명주기 지원 클래스의 적용에 대해서 논한다.

  • This paper is to measure the sensitivity of relations in communication network operation. In order to procure an important adequacy in the network operation and quality improvement, it is necessary to increase network operation efficiency and analyze the characteristic of network operation. Finally, we analyze costing appropriate operation, propose profit increase scheme and apply realistic business. First of all it's important to improve and estimate a proper operating cost thoroughly and comprehensively. Because the important issue of this process is quality process and this quality process occurs customers' satisfaction, therefore, to make a mutual relation in-between individual change of each element is to analyze a reasonable standard. So, for this reason we study on structuring nice models for network operation and estimating many scenarios for measuring efficiency. Especially those in economic and sensitivity based.

  • Even though private brands have low cost advantages to national brands, consumers perceive the qualities of private brands lower than the qualities of national brands. To overcome such perceptions of consumers, alliances between private brands and national brands should be tried. This study investigates the effects of consumers' attitude for private brands and national brands on the evaluation of brand alliance between private and national brands, especially when national brands are used as ingredient brands of the private brand. We also study the moderating effects of consumers' price sensitivity and quality sensitivity on this brand alliance evaluation. Additionally, we try to provide some guidelines for successful brand alliances between private and national brands.
