급증하는 무선 인터넷 서비스 요구에 효과적으로 대처하기 위해서는 휴대성과 이동성이 보장되며 저렴한 요금을 지향하는 새로운 형태의 무선데이터 시스템인 초고속 휴대용 인터넷(High-speed Portable Internet: HPi) 시스템이 요구된다. ETRI(Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute)에서 독자 개발 중인 HPi 시스템은 IEEE 802.16 표준을 기반으로 서비스 분류에 따른 차별적인 서비스를 제공한다. 이동 단말이 서로 다른 셀 영역을 이동할 경우 핸드오버를 수행하고 핸드오버 동안의 패킷 유실 발생을 방지하기 위하여 이전 AP에서 패킷 버퍼링을 해야한다. 따라서 핸드오버 동안에 HPi에서 제공하는 서비스 분류에 따른 차별적인 품질을 보장하기 위하여 서비스 클래스에 따른 차별적인 패킷 버퍼링 메커니즘이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 HPi에서의 핸드오버 시 차별적인 서비스 품질 보장을 위한 패킷 버퍼링 메커니즘을 제안한다.

In this study, explored how university entrepreneurial education service quality affects Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention. Real-Time Entrepreneurship Education is being Promoted through Professional Entrepreneur in the field of Entrepreneurship Education. It is necessary to study the ways of establishment of university Entrepreneurship through Ground Theory. on the basis of previous studies, three factors were university entrepreneurial education service quality : materiality, consensual, differentiation. First, in this study is university entrepreneurial education service quality(materiality, consensual, differentiation) of entrepreneurial education specialist utilization was evaluated on the survey results. Second, in this on the influence of Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education of entrepreneurial intention. Third, regarding how university entrepreneurial education service quality affects the entrepreneurial intention, this study was intended to verify the mediating effects of entrepreneurial education specialist utilization. First, This study on the influence that materiality, consensual, differentiation of Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education. Second, entrepreneurial Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education have an effect on the entrepreneurial intention. Third, This study on the influence consensual, differentiation has been verified to have mediating effects of entrepreneurial intention of Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education. materiality, entrepreneurial intention of entrepreneurial education specialist utilization has no mediating effect. This result, It was found that the practical education related to entrepreneurship contributed to the revitalization of the university, such as the interest for the students and the educational goal for the entrepreneurship rather than the convenience facilities and establishment of good environment for entrepreneurship education. factors for Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education were found that consensual and differentiation on entrepreneurial intention. For this study, question and result of the study were obtained for the students who start-up course of K engineering university.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the quality of Differential Police Response strategy. Although it has been approximately three years since these new police response systems were introduced, there is no research to evaluate them empirically. Using two types of statistical quality control techniques, Xbar-R control charts for variables data and P charts for attributes data, this study analyzes approximately 3,000 calls reported throughout the year 2012 to the 112 Integrated Dispatch Center in Ik-san police station. The Xbar-R control charts revealed that the police did not consistently respond to an emergency call for service (i.e., code one case) within 3 minutes. The P control chart also identified that there was a significant variation in the portion/number of defective calls where police failed to respond to non-emergency calls for service within 5 minutes. The results from this study suggest the police may need to review the target response time for code 1 and code 2 respectively.

개인과 조직을 둘러싼 환경은 급변하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 최근의 세간에 화제가 되고 있는 애플(Apple) 컴퓨터의 스티브 잡스와 아바타(Avatar)의 영화감독 캐머린의 리더십 특성을 확인하는 것도 흥미있는 일이다. Apple과 Avater의 신화는 첫 글자 'A'를 가지고 나타낼 수 있는 'A리더십'의 결과라고 할 수 있다. A리더십의 특징은 창조와 혁신을 통해서 끊임없이 차별적인 제품을 개발하는 데 있다. 현재, 우리나라의 기업가 정신을 대표하는 혁신과 도전의 정신이 퇴색한다고 걱정을 하고있다. 이에 기술이 보편적으로 평준화된 시대에서 최신 기술을 응용한 기본 기능에 차별적인 감성과 철학, 예술이 녹아있는 A리더십을 통해서 새로운 변화를 모색해야 한다. 이를 통해서 고객이 행복감을 맛볼 수 있게 해야 한다. A리더십에 관한 내용을 정리하면서 환경변화에 대비하는 것은 발상의 전환, 창의적인 아이디어, 끊임없는 혁신과 도전 마인드, 그리고 공격적인 실행으로 고객이 감동할 수 있는 제품과 서비스를 제공하는 것이 중요함을 확인하게 된다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the service quality of entrepreneurship education, academic self - efficacy, and learning commitment in college students. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, the difference of entrepreneurship education with professors of entrepreneurship education has a significant influence on the learning commitment, and the operation of entrepreneurship education has no significant influence. Second, the difference of entrepreneurship education and the operation of entrepreneurship education have a significant effect on academic self - efficacy, while the entrepreneurship professional instructor has no significant influence. Third, academic self - efficacy has a significant effect on learning commitment. Fourth, in the relationship between the service quality of entrepreneurship education and learning commitment, the academic self-efficiency was found to have a mediated effect.

This paper is related to the optimal pricing of Internet Backbone Services that are differentiated according to the size of the bandwidth required for applications with different quality sensitivities, Itdiscusses IBP (Internet Backbone Provider) optimal nonlinear pricing process in the presence of a congestion externality in addition to strategic behavior by users. In this scenario, the quality of service provided may reach its socially optimal level irrespective of strategic behavior by users and may be independent of the characteristics of the applications delivered over the Internet.

This paper is concerned with the flow shop scheduling problems considering different weighted penalty costs for earliness and lateness, and a common due date. The objective of the paper is to develop an efficient heuristic scheduling algorithm for minimizing total penalty costs and for determining the optimal common due date. The positional weight index and, the product sum method are used. A numerical example is given for illustrating the proposed algorithm.

우리를 둘러싼 경영환경은 시간, 공간, 무용지식등을 심층기반으로 하여 움직이고 였다. 이런 경영 환경속에서 하이테크와 하이터치 요인을 통해 고객에게 만족을 주지 못하면 개인이나 조직은 고객의 뇌리 속에서 사라지게 된다. 이런 배경으로 인해, 지역축제 역시 일반 축제와 차별적인 방향으로 개발하여 고객에게 가치를 제공해야 하는 전략을 강구할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 지역 문화 콘텐츠를 암리고 지역 경제적 수익을 위해서 마련한 지역축제를 돌아 보는데였다. 또한 연구모형을 개발하고 지역축제의 서비스 품질 만족요인이 축제의 만족도와 재방문에 마치는 인과분석을 실시하는데 있다. 본 연구 분석결과, 서버스 품질 요인 중 행사진행 벚 수용태세 요인과 쇼핑 및 음식요인이 고객만족도에 유의한 영향을 마치는 것으로 나타났으며, 고객만족도는 향후 지역축제 참여의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
