Development and Measurement of User Satisfaction Index Model for Information Systems (정보시스템의 이용자만족지수 모형개발 및 측정)

  • The measurement of information system (IS) effectiveness is critical to understanding of the value and efficacy of IS actions and IS investments. In this paper, we propose a new model of the user satisfaction index for ISs and present the user satisfaction index which is measured by the proposed model. Based on the representative theories and models in the field of marketing and IS, we propose a new user satisfaction index model and verify the new model through the analysis of structural equation model. The proposed model consists of four basic dimensions : information quality, service quality, systems quality, and user satisfaction. Also, users' royalty and complaint are adopted as the additional dimension in this model. Data was collected from the ITFIND users to measure their satisfaction index. We, then, suggest some strategic guidelines for the better ITFIND which may useful when the system designers consider upgrading of the system in the future.

세탄가와 세탄 지수

  • 경유을 디젤 엔진의 연료로 사용하기 위해서는 세탄가가 맞아야 한다. 경유를 엔진에 주입하면 쉽게 착화되지 않는다. 개솔린은 점화가 너무 잘 되어 탈인데, 경유는 착화가 더디어서 탈이다. 착화 지연을 수치로 표시하는 용어로서 세탄가, 세탄지수, 디젤지수의 세 가지가 있다. 세낱가는 경유의 품질을대표하는 가장 중요한 규격 항목이다. 세낱가의 높고 낮음에 따라 경유의 품질을 쉽게 판정할 수 있다. 세탄가가 낮으면, 연소가 거칠어 지고 검은 연기가 치솟는다. 미국 ASTM은 경유의 세탄가 규격을 40으로 정하고 있다. 우리나라 경유의 세탄가 규격은 45로 정하고 있다. 미국의 경유 세탄가 규격은 40이지만, 미국 대도시의 버스, 트럭에서는 검은 연기가 치솟는 일이 드물다. 우리나라의 경유 세탄가 규격은 미국보다 훨씬 높지마, 우리나라 대도시의 버스, 트럭에서는 검은 연기가 치솟는 일이 많다.

  • 이 연구에서는 국토해양부 해양교통시설과 위성항법중앙사무소가 운영하고 있는 DGNSS 기준국의 신호수신환경을 파악하기 위해 관측자료의 TEQC 품질평가와 현장조사를 병행하였다. TEQC는 GPS 수신기로 관측한 원시자료를 RINEX형식으로 변환 편집하고, 관측자료의 품질을 점검하는데 이용하는 GPS 전처리 소프트웨어이다. TEQC 품질점검 기능을 통해 GPS 관측자료의 데이터수신율, L1과 L2 신호의 의사거리 다중경로오차, 사이클슬립에 관한 지수를 산출하였고, 이를 현장조사결과와 상호 비교하였다. 장기 관측 자료의 TEQC 품질지수 결과를 통하여 시간변화에 따른 관측소의 주변환경 및 장비변화 시점을 간접적으로 확인하였다.

On the asymptotic correlationship for some process capability indices Ĉp, Ĉpk and Ĉpm (공정능력지수 Ĉp, Ĉpk와 Ĉpm를 위한 점근적 상관성에 관한 연구)

  • Higher quality level is generally perceived by customers as improved performance by assigning a correspondingly higher satisfaction score. Usually, the quality level is measured by process capability indices. The index is used to determine whether a production process is capable of producing items within a specified tolerance. Some useful process capability indices $C_p$, $C_{pk}$ and $C_{pm}$ have been widely used in six sigma industries to assess process performance. Most evaluations on process capability indices focus on point estimates, which may result in unreliable assessments of process performance. It is necessary to investigate their asymptotic correlationship among process capability indices $\hat{C}_p$, $\hat{C}_{pk}$ and $\hat{C}_{pm}$. In this paper, we study their asymptotic correlationship for some process capability indices $\hat{C}_p$, $\hat{C}_{pk}$ and $\hat{C}_{pm}$ under the normal process.

Expert Recommendation Scheme by Fields Using User's interesting, Human Relations and Response Quality in Social Networks (소셜 네트워크에서 사용자의 관심 분야, 인적 관계 및 응답 품질을 고려한 분야별 전문가 추천 기법)

  • Recently, with the rapid development of internet and smart phones, social network services that can create and share various information through relationships among users have been actively used. Especially as the amount of information becomes enormous and unreliable information increases, expert recommendation that can offer necessary information to users have been studied. In this paper, we propose an expert recommendation scheme considering users' interests, human relations, and response quality. The users' interests are evaluated by analyzing their past activities in social network. The human relations are evaluated by extracting the users who have the same interesting fields. The response quality is evaluated by considering the user's response speed and response contents. The proposed scheme determines the user's expert score by combining the users' interests, the human relations, and the response quality. Finally, we recommend proper experts by matching queries and expert groups. It is shown through various performance evaluations that the proposed scheme outperforms the existing schemes.

Quality Evaluation of Ginger Dried using a Molecular Press Dehydration Method or Employing a Dehydration Liquid (분자압축탈수 방법과 탈수액을 이용한 건조생강의 품질평가)

  • The qualities of ginger prepared by an MPD (molecular press dehydration) method using maltodextrin, or dried using reused dehydration liquid, or prepared by freeze-drying or hot-air drying, were compared in terms of approximate overall composition, color, water absorption index, water solubility index, total sugar level, reducing sugar concentration, antioxidant activity, and gingerol content. The approximate composition of ginger prepared by the MPD method was lower in overall biochemical content than were those of gingers prepared using other methods. Ginger prepared by the MPD method retained the original ginger color. The water absorption and solubility index of ginger prepared by the MPD method (using maltodextrin) were better than those of gingers dried using other methods. The total sugar content did not change noticeably upon processing. The reducing sugar content of ginger prepared by hot-air drying was low. The antioxidant activity of ginger prepared by the MPD method was higher than that of freeze-dried and hot air-dried ginger samples, with values lower than those of BHA (3(2)-t-Butyl-4-hydroxyanisole) and BHT (2,6-Di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol). The gingerol content of ginger prepared by the freeze-drying method was higher than that of gingers prepared by other methods. However, ginger constituents were present in the dehydration liquid used in the MPD method. The results indicate that both the MPD method (using maltodextrin) and the use of reused dehydration liquid are efficient methods by which ginger can be dried.

A Study on the Improvement of Service Quality for the Elderly in Public Libraries Using Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement Index (PCSI Index) and Kano Model (Kano 모델과 PCSI Index를 활용한 공공도서관 노인 서비스 품질 개선에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify the quality attributes of service quality for the elderly in public libraries, derive satisfaction coefficients and dissatisfaction coefficients, and present the priority improvement of service quality. To this end, a survey was organized with 22 questions from LibQUAL+ for elderly users who use library in uiseong-gun, gyeongsangbuk-do. Quality factors for service were classified into three areas of LibQUAL+ based on the kano model, and the satisfaction index and dissatisfaction index felt by users for each service quality were calculated through timko's customer satisfaction coefficient. Based on this, a Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement index (PCSI index) was obtained to determine how much user satisfaction can be improved when actual requirements are met. As a result of classification of quality attributes of service quality, it was classified into 9 attractive quality, 7 one-dimensional quality, 1 indifference quality, and 5 must-be quality. In the improvement ranking for service, the first place was 'making electronic resources accessible from my home or office', the second place was 'print and/or electronic journal collections I require for my work' and the third place was 'a library web site enabling me to locate information on my'. It is expected that the study results can be used to present quality factors that should be managed and improved first when providing services for the elderly.

  • 본 연구에서 인덕터에 PGS를 삽입함으로써 인덕터의 품질계수를 향상하여 LNA의 잡음 지수 특성 향상에 대해 연구하였다. 인덕터의 품질계수를 향상시키기 위해 다구찌 실험계획법을 이용하여 인덕터에 삽입되는 PGS의 도체 면적이 최소화 할수록 품질계수를 높일 수 있다. PGS가 없는 인덕터와 PGS를 삽입한 인덕터를 LNA에 적용 시뮬레이션 하였다. PGS가 없는 인덕터 보다는 PGS가 있는 인덕터를 사용함으로써 LNA의 전력 이득과 잡음 지수 특성을 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다.
