Moderating Effect of Learning styles on the relationship of quality and satisfaction of e-Learning context (이러닝의 품질특성과 만족도에 관한 학습유형의 조절효과)

  • This study aims to explore the effect of quality factors and learning styles on users' satisfaction in e-Learning context. For this purpose, statistical methods such as reliability test, factor analysis, ANOVA, regression analysis were carried out using the survey data from university students. The quality factors of e-Learning were classified into contents, system, service, and interpersonal activities while learning styles were classified into positive-cooperative, self-directed, environmental-dependent, and passive styles. The results showed that each quality factors of e-Learning has a strong positive effect on user satisfaction, and self-directed group has higher satisfaction than other groups. Learning styles have moderating effects on the quality-satisfaction relationship, and especially, the group of passive learning style has a strong moderating effect on the interpersonal activities. Theoretical and practical implications and future research directions are drawn from these findings.

  • 오늘날 컴퓨터와 인터넷의 빠른 보급과 발전으로 인해 게임은 급속도로 확산 보급되어왔다. 종합예술이라고 불릴 만큼 다양한 기술이 뒷받침되어 게임 산업은 21세기의 고부가가치 산업으로 각광을 받고 있으며 새로운 게임의 종류와 장르가 다양해졌다. 그 중 온라인게임은 산업적인 면과 정부지원이란 면에서 주요한 산업으로 부상하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 온라인게임 소프트웨어 품질 향상을 위한 테스트의 요소들을 파악하고 품질평가 요소로 제안한 후 개발 단계에서의 적용 시점을 제안하고자 한다.

A study of Multimedia Data Quality Evaluation Metrics of the Game (게임의 멀티미디어 데이터 품질평가지표 연구)

  • The multimedia data of game affects the immersion of the game depending on its quality. It is difficult to design the evaluation criteria of artistic quality of the data. But, in a technical point of view, it is possible to evaluate its quality. Thus, the design of evaluation standard can ensure the reliability and objectivity of quality. However, multimedia data quality evaluation metrics had not yet been designed. Therefore, in this study, we extracted quality evaluation elements of Game Multimedia Data, and verified the reliability of the elements. And we defined detailed evaluation items of each element, developed Multimedia Data Quality Evaluation Metrics. We expect that the results of this study will serve as a guide in the development of high-quality games, have a positive impact on the growth of the game industry.

Measuring library online service quality: An application of e-LibnQual (도서관의 온라인 서비스 품질 평가: e-LibQual의 적용)

  • The purpose of this study is to measure the library online service quality based on the expectation and the service performance from the users' point of view. The online questionnaire was developed based on SERVQUAL, however information quality dimension was added on it, and the survey was conducted within a research library. The factor analysis for effecting library online services showed that 5 service dimensions were loaded discretely, and information quality was put in the other dimension. The IPA (Important Performance Analysis) result confirmed that information quality, service reliability, and service assurance were considered as important factors : multiple regression analysis revealed that tangibility and information quality were the most significant dimension for the library online service.

  • This paper will examine the service quality of online education on service value, learning immersion, major satisfaction. The result structural equation model show that service quality of online education had a positive impact on service value. First, system convenience, system quality, interaction had a positive impact on service value. Second, System convenience, system quality, interaction had a positive impact on learning immersion Third, Online education on service value had a positive impact on Major Satisfaction. Fourth, Learning immersion had a positive impact on Major Satisfaction.

A Study on the Customer Perceptions of Service Quality for Library E-Service: Based on Zeithaml & Bitner's Model (도서관 E-Service 품질에 대한 소비자인식 결정요인에 대한 연구: Zeithaml과 Bitner모형을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest a revised model for library e-service quality research based on Zeithaml & Bitner's model. To achieve this purpose, this study reviews the previous literature related to the study of service quality and e-service. According to the study results, 'physical quality' is the most important factor which influences on the customer perceptions of library e-service quality. Furthermore, this study suggests eight service quality dimensions of 'physical quality' for library e-service. In addition, customer's personal factors and previous experiences with similar services can be regarded as important factors which influence on the 'physical quality' of library e-service.

  • 최근에 많은 기업들은 XML 메시지 기반의 분산 환경에서 이기종 간의 표준으로 자리잡고 있는 웹 서비스를 도입하여 B2C 뿐만 아니라 B2B에 거쳐서 기업과 기업간 동적인 비즈니스를 수행하고 있다. 하지만, 웹 서비스의 도입이 성공적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 차별화된 서비스 품질을 보장해 주어야 한다. 현재 대부분의 웹 서비스에서는 메시지에 대하여 차별화를 두고 있지 않으며, 기존의 웹 서버들은 웹 서비스 제공자와 사용자간에 체결된 서비스 수준 계약에 대한 품질 요소들을 적절하게 반영하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 차별화 서비스에 사용되는 응용 수준에서의 적합한 품질 요소를 분석하고, 이러한 품질 요소를 이용하여 웹 서비스 메시지를 처리하는 프로세스에 대하여 서비스 수준 계약을 최대한으로 만족시키기 위하여 동적으로 우선순위를 할당할 수 있는 스케줄링 기법을 제안한다.

엔터프라이즈아키텍팅을 통한 시스템 컴포넌트 품질향상 방법

  • 지금까지 개발된 대다수의 정보시스템은 시스템 품질 요소인 상호운용성, 이식성, 확장성 및 재사용성 등이 극히 미흡하여 통합성이 부족할 뿐 아니라 과도한 유지보수비를 요구하고 있다. 더구나 이러한 시스템의 컴포넌트들은 엔터프라이즈 범위에서 개발되지 않아서 해당 시스템 외에서는 재사용을 할 수 없다. 정보기술아키텍처 및 엔터프라이즈아키텍처는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 출현하였다. 본 논문은 엔터프라이즈아키텍팅 개념을 기반으로 시스템 컴포넌트의 품질을 향상 할 수 있는 방법을 제시하는 것으로, 먼저 아키텍팅개념을 발전시킨 엔터프라이즈아키텍팅에 대하여 살펴보았다. 둘째, 시스템 컴포넌트의 품질 요소를 정의하기 위하여 시스템기반 상호 운용성, 이식성, 확장성, 및 TCO개념을 시스템 컴포넌트개념으로 재정의 하였으며, 셋째, 이를 기반으로 시스템 컴포넌트의 품질 요소인 재사용성을 정의하였고, 마지막으로, 엔터프라이즈아키텍팅에 의해 시스템 컴포넌트의 재사용성이 향상됨을 보여주었다.

  • In this paper, we have considered the network performance of the VoIP service with the measurement by an emulator, and analyzed the major factors to affect its performance. Also, we have used the measured values to investigate the traffic variations, where their values were observed in the commercial operated network after the delay, jitter and packet loss, and loss compensation methods were applied as the dominant elements. It is expected that our presented results will be a good data to provide the high-quality of voice service in the Internet.
