Quality is the core competence for customer satisfaction in current competitive business environments. The manufacturing companies regard the quality as the success factor in enhancing competitiveness and foremost concept of the management innovation. But in many cases, the basis for the quality management and the action programs are not prepared yet. In construction industry, normally schedule and cost have priority over quality and the level of overall quality is relatively lower than other industries. This is caused by the vague quality goal and result-oriented management. This study suggests the quality performance indicators for measuring performance objectively, and develops the continuous quality monitoring system based on those indicators. By using this system, the quality improvement can be expected and corporate quality competitiveness can be ensured.

This experiment was conducted to determine optimum levels of dietary crude protein for productivity and egg quality in laying hens during early stage. A total of seven hundred and twenty 24-wk-old Hy-Line Variety Brown layers were randomly assigned to 4 experimental diets varying with 16%, 17%, 18%, and 19% CP and fed the diets for 12 wks. There were no significant differences in egg production, daily egg mass and feed intake among experimental diets. Although no difference was found on egg weight among experimental diets, decreasing levels of dietary crude protein tended to reduce the egg weight. Haugh unit and egg shell quality were not affected by different levels of dietary crude protein. Although there was no difference on yolk color among experimental diets, increasing levels of dietary crude protein slightly reduced the yolk color. It is concluded that laying hens did not need more than 16% CP to maximize egg production.

The airline industry faces with significant competition due to the rise of technology innovation and diversified customer needs. Therefore, continuous quality management is essential to gain competitive advantages. For this reason, there have been various studies to measure and manage service quality using customer reviews. However, previous studies have focused on measuring customer satisfaction only, neglecting systematic management between customer expectations and perception based on customer reviews. In response, this study suggests a framework to identify relevant criteria for service quality management, measure the importance, and assess the customer perception based on customer reviews. Machine learning techniques, topic models, and sentiment analysis are used for this study. This study can be used as an important strategic tool for evaluating service quality by identifying important factors for airline customer satisfaction while presenting a framework for identifying each airline's current service level.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of reference price, price rationale and price-quality inference of consumer on the evaluation of apparel quality. The experimental materials developed for this study were a set of stimulus and response sheet. The stimuli were six print ads, which was manipulated by reference price and price rationale for a jacket of national brand. This study used a 2(reference price: offer and non offer)$\times$3(price rationale: non offer, stock disposal, sales promotion) $\times$2(price-quality inference of consumer: high and low level) between-subjects experiment. Subjects were 371 female university students. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, ANOVA and t-test. The results were as follows. First, three apparel attributes were identified: sewing/fabrics and label by factor analysis. Second, the significant interaction effects of reference price, price rationale and price-quality inference of consumer were found on evaluating quality of sewing/fabrics and label of apparel. So, reference price effect differed to depending on type of price rationale and levels of price-quality inference. Third, the significant main effect of price-quality inference of consumer existed on evaluating construction quality of apparel.

본 연구는 육성기, 비육기 사료내 라이신 수준에 따른 재래흑돼지육과 개량종 돈육의 해동후 저온저장중 품질비교를 구명하고자 실시하였다. pH는 저장 5일에 고라이신 수준의 재래흑돼지육이 고라이신 수준의 개량종 돈육보다 높았으며(p<0.05), 드립감량은 저장 5일까지 고라이신 수준의 재래흑돼지육이 저라이신 수준의 개량종 돈육보다 낮았다(p<0.05). TBARS는 저장 7일에 고라이신 수준의 재래흑돼지육이 고라이신 수준의 개량종 돈육보다 높았다(p<0.05). Hunter L 값은 저장 2일부터 재래흑돼지육이 개량종 돈육보다 낮았고(p<0.05), a 및 b 값은 저장 5,7일까지 재래흑돼지육이 개량종 돈육보다 높았다(p<0.05). 신선육의 육색, 종합적 기호도는 고라이신 수준의 재래흑돼지육이 가장 높았으며(p<0.05), 가열육의 맛, 풍미, 조직감, 종합적 기호도는 재래흑돼지육이 개량종 돈육보다 높았다(p<0.05). 따라서 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면 고라이신 수준의 사료를 급여시 재래흑돼지육의 보수력, 육색, 관능적 기호도는 향상되었으나 저온저장중 지방산화는 촉진되었다.

본 연구는 육성기, 비육기 사료내 라이신 수준이 재래흑돼지 냉동육의 저온저장중 품질특성에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 실시하였다. 드립감량은 재래흑돼지육이 개량종 돈육보다 낮았으며(p<0.05), TBARS는 저장 7일에 저라이신 수준의 개량종 돈육이 고라이신 수준의 개량종 돈육보다 높았으며(p<0.05), 저장기간 동안 재래흑돼지육과 개량종 돈육간에 차이가 없었다. L 값은 저장5일부터 재래흑돼지육이 저라이신 수준의 개량종 돈육보다 높았고(p<0.05), a 값은 재래흑돼지육이 개량종 돈육보다 유의적으로 높았다(p<0.05). b 값은 재래흑돼지육이 고라이신 수준의 개량종 돈육보다 높았다(p<0.05). 포화지방산은 저라이신 수준의 재래흑돼지육이 가장 높았으나(p<0.05), 불포화지방산과 불포화지방산/포화지방산 비율은 가장 낮았다(p<0.05). 단가불포화지방산/포화지방산 비율은 저라이신 수준의 재래흑돼지육이 고라이신 수준의 개량종 돈육보다 유의적으로 낮았다(p<0.05). 따라서 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면 재래흑돼지육이 개량종 돈육보다 보수력, 육색이 우수하였으며, 저라이신 수준의 사료를 급여시 재래흑돼지육의 포화지방산은 증가하였으나 불포화지방산은 감소하였다.

Shippers face uncertainty and risks until the delivery of goods to the buyer (importer). To avoid these uncertainty and risks, shippers use the abroad logistics center and then try to construct continuous contract relations. From this viewpoint, this study examines the motivations of shippers to take advantage of the logistics center and perception difference for service quality according to the characteristics of shippers. For this purpose, T-test and ANOVA analyses are conducted using SPSS 21.0. The results suggest the following implications. First, there are no differences in perception regarding the motivation to take advantage of the logistics center for the size and characteristics of products. Second, the main motivating factors are maneuver to competitors and meeting buyers' demands by using the abroad logistics center. Furthermore, there is the level of perception for service quality regarding packaging and labeling in the logistics center. In contrast, the problem process and the quality of the order progress information is higher. Finally, specific logistics services are required depending on individual products because each product's characteristics are different.

대한민국 정부는 국민의 소중한 생명과 재산을 보호하기 위해 해양행정서비스의 일환으로 무형의 서비스인 선박교통관제업무를 시행하고 있다. 하지만 무형의 서비스는 서비스 제공자의 이질성(heterogeneity)이라는 어려움으로 서비스 제공자로부터 이용자(고객)가 충분히 만족할 만한 수준의 서비스를 지속적으로 제공받기에는 다소 미흡한 점이 있다는 것이다. 따라서 이를 극복하기 위해서는 반드시 서비스 제공자의 기준과 수준을 표준화하는 일련의 품질관리가 선행되어야하며 이는 곧 고객의 가치를 높이게 될 뿐만 아니라 이용자로부터 신뢰 수준이 높은 기관으로 평가 받아 VTS의 궁극적인 목표인 해상교통질서를 유지하는 데에도 크게 기여할 것으로 보고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이질성을 극복하고 표준화를 이루는데 무엇이 요구되는지를 검토해 보았으며, 선박교통관제업무 시행에 수반되는 관제사의 자격, 시설관리, 절차 등을 표준화하여 체계적으로 관리 이행할 수 있는 관련지침(훈령) 개발의 필요성에 주목하게 되었다.
