  • While Defense Agency fur Technology and Quality(DTaQ) has been utilized a risk assessment method as a quality assurance activity for defense goods since 1999, a risk assessment method is known to be ineffective to identify defective items. The objective of this study is to propose the new evaluation method, that adjusts a relative priority of evaluation elements using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). Newly evaluated scores have been applied to the risk assessment result of 2005 defective items to test a validity of the new evaluation model. The new model is capable to identify more high and medium risk-level items than the current method. The company risk-level gets more scores than the item risk-level in the new model.

  • Despite continuous efforts by the construction industry to achieve better quality, it doesn't seem that much has been improved. This is mainly because current specifications do not satisfy a change in the market environment, which is that a higher level of quality is now demanded by users. Quality improvement efforts have been satisfied merely to meet specifications. On the other hand, advanced countries have been experienced great success in their construction techniques and have reduced costs by introducing apay adjustment system to the construction industry, in which compensation is based on performance. Following their example, Koreashould introduce such a pay adjustment system in order to motivate the members of our construction industry to achieve better quality and a higher level of construction techniques. However, there has been a lack of a rational approach to the development of a system for cost coordination, as well as performance and quality inspection. Thus, in this study a legal and logical plan was developed that can be used to adjust the construction cost, along with the performance inspection of quality results, in order to introduce a pay adjustment system that is appropriate for domestic regulations.

  • Defect problems happening in the course of stressing quantity expansion of residence supply due to lark in maintenance are intensifying insincerity of construction business resulting from the psychological and economic damage, and there are many quarrel between residence suppliers and consumers. Because an apartment house's qualify is decided by various elements from design, to lotting-out, construction, and after-management, it is limited to express house capacity and standard to appraise defect objectively and quantifiably. The bound of defect and the period of guarantee expressed cleary in regulation of apartment house lack in quantifiable concept, and guarantee of defect is composed of a general concept. Therefore the big difference in opinion about defect and the bound of repair makes repair process slow and only to increase social costs. This research will give residence suppliers and consumers a resonable way to solve repair process during tile obliged period of guarantee since moving into from a process which are design, planing, construction, and after management. Furthermore it will present each business and role to conclude defect repair easily, so I planed to promote maintenance after conclusion of defect repair.

  • 최근 정보화 사회의 진전과 함께 각계각층에서 컴퓨터의 활용이 크게 늘어나고 있으며 따라서 소프트웨어를 이용하여 각 산업 활동이 신속성, 효율성, 생산성 및 편리성 등의 측면에서 많은 효과를 보게 됨에 따라 소프트웨어의 비중은 날로 높아지고 그 중요성도 새롭게 인식되고 있다. 국내 민간분야에서의 소프트웨어 개발은 다양한 민간규격(ISO/IEC-12207, ISO/IEC-9126 등)을 따라 수행되고 있으며 국방분야에서는 “소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 (방위사업청 지침 2006-9, 2006.1.25)”이 소프트웨어 개발지침으로 최근 채용되어 개발에 적용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 “소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 (방위사업청 지침 2006-9, 2006.1.25)”의고찰을 통하여 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스의 요구조건을 소개 하였으며, 국방사업에서의 소프트웨어 품질관리 방법에 대하여 살펴보았다.

  • Flight data from operational quality assurance programs plays a significant role in identifying factors as one of the key data in the development of proactive and preventive aviation safety management technologies based on data. The list of events in the flight quality assurance program recommended by the FAA differs from the list set and managed by airlines themselves and is based on the frequency of occurrence rather than the severity of individual events. In this work, we compared the list of FOQA events presented by the FAA with the list of some domestic airlines. We also investigate the severity priorities of events for airline captains and conduct research on how to improve the operation of the operational quality assurance program.

Quality Control of Dose Calibrator using 3D Printery (3D 프린터를 이용한 Dose Calibrator의 품질관리)

  • In nuclear medicine, radioactive isotope tracers are administered to the human body to obtain and evaluate disease morphological information and biological function information. Dose calibrator is a device used to measure the radioactivity of a single nuclide in medical institutions. Administration of the correct dose to the human body acts as an important factor in diagnosis and treatment, and measurement through a dose calibrator before administration is the most important factor. Dose calibrator performs daily quality control after installation in each medical institution. Quality control is a means of guaranteeing quality control after installation, and is essential for improving the quality of treatment and promoting patient safety. Therefore, accurate and standardized performance evaluation methods should be established. In this study, 3D printing was used for quantitative evaluation of quality control by increasing the accuracy and standardization of quality control. When the 3D printer was installed and reproducibility was tested, the error range of the expected value and reading value decreased by 0.302% in the F-18 nuclide and 0.09% in the 99mTc-pertechnate nuclide than when the 3D printer was installed. The error rate for other nuclides was also found to have a low error rate for reproducibility tests when 3D printing was installed.

Strategy development through Quality Assessments of Mobile Banking Service (모바일 뱅킹 서비스 품질 측정을 통한 전략 도출)

  • This research developed a strategy for mobile banking services based on the important factors deduced from quality assessment of mobile banking service that is experiencing rapid growth of user. SERVQUAL model and importance-performance tool were used. First, SERVQUAL model uses the important factors of mobile banking service selected from literature reviews. As a result, four dimensions that affect user satisfaction are found; assurance, customer orientation, tangibility, and reliability. Second, importance-performance analysis is to develop the strategy using the four factors. The final results revealed that assurance dimension had the strongest influence on user satisfaction. Assurance dimension of high expectation and yet low real performance needs immediate improvement. Customer orientation dimension of low expectation and performance should be reconsidered definition of satisfaction. On the other hand, tangibility dimension of higher performance than expectation is simply to maintain current level. Reliability dimension of high expectation and performance is recommended consistent management.

  • Nowadays, the high technology weapons system has been developed and the importance of ATE which measures the test specification is growing bigger and bigger. So the ATE software reliability becomes critical but the regulation of ATE development/management is less inadequate than that of DoD. In this paper, the improvement way of the ATE software reliability verification and ATE development/management processes were proposed.

  • 최근 많은 기업들이 조직의 프로세스 능력 수준을 향상시키기 위해, 표준 프로세스를 정립하고 개발 과제에 적용하고 있다. 이는 체계적인 개발 활동을 통해 우수한 품질의 제품 생산을 유도하고 있지만, 개발 과제의 특성을 고려하지 않고 적용되고 있어 프로젝트 관리상에 많은 문제점을 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 조직의 특성, 개발 과제의 특성 등을 고려하여 표준 프로세스를 조정하는 기법을 제시하고, 이를 활용하여 개인 프로세스를 생성하는 도구에 대한 설계를 제안한다. 또한, 생성기를 통해 조정된 개인 프로세스들과 표준 프로세스와의 완전성, 일관성 체크를 통해 생성기의 품질을 보증한다. 본 논문에서 제안된 개인 프로세스 생성기는 조직의 자원을 최적으로 할당하여 불필요한 일정 낭비를 예방하고, 효율적인 프로세스 적용을 통해 프로젝트의 성공을 제공한다.
