Coffee Shops' Quality Classification and Customer Satisfaction Improvement Index by KANO Model (KANO모델을 활용한 커피전문점의 품질분류와 고객만족개선지수)

  • This study classified the various quality features of coffee shop by Kano model with customers' perspective. Also both satisfaction coefficient and dissatisfaction coefficient are calculated to analyse the relative influence of quality features on customer satisfaction. This study also dragged the potential customer satisfaction improvement index to scrutinize the quality improvement possibility for coffee shops. The analysis results showed that low price, luxurious interior, restfulness of table and chair, usability of wireless internet are belonged to the Attractive quality. On the other hand, cleanliness and hygiene, quality to price are identified as the One-dimensional quality. The current satisfaction level for both 'Caffe Bene' and 'Starbucks' are measured to draw the potential customer satisfaction improvement index. The result showed that low price and quality to price appeared to be the highest in its quality improvement possibility. The findings of this study help understanding the quality features to focus on and strengthening the competitiveness for coffee shops.

Microwave Dielectric Properties of Donor doped Zr0.8Sn0.2TiO4 Ceramics (Donor Dopant 첨가 Zr0.8Sn0.2TiO4 세라믹스의 마이크로파 유전특성)

  • Donor dopant로 WO3, Ta2O5 및 Nb2O5를 첨가한 Zr0.8Sn0.2TiO4 세라믹스의 유전상수 $\varepsilon$r 품 질계수 Q 및 공진주파수의 온도계수 rf에 대하여 연구하였다. 139$0^{\circ}C$에서 32시간 소결시 donor dopant 첨가량에 따른 ZST의 유전상수는 소결밀도의 변화 거동과 잘 일치하였다. 5.5 GHz에서 측정 한 ZST의 품질계수 Q는 ~0.5 mol% WO3 Ta2O5 및 Nb2O5 첨가에 의해 6800에서 8500 정도로 증가 하였다. ZST의 $\tau$f는 0.3 mol%까지의 WO3 첨가량 증가에 따라 0 ppm/$^{\circ}C$에서 -4.6 ppm/$^{\circ}C$까지 음 의 값으로 직선적으로 감소하였으며 0.4 mol% 범위의 Ta2O5 및 Nb2O5 첨가에 의해 -7 ppm/$^{\circ}C$ 까지 직선적으로 감소하였다.

An Analysis of the Relationship Between Quality of Service and the Audience Attitude Variables of the Korean traditional opera Performance (창극공연의 서비스품질과 관객태도 변인 간의 관계 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the quality of performance on audience satisfaction, and to verify the mediating effect of service value and traditional image in this process. The subjects of this study included 211 male and female adults who experienced the Korean opera performance in Seoul, Korea in October. Collected data was used as a model of path coefficients obtained through analysis of covariance structure and hypothesis test. As a result of verification, program quality, physical environment quality, and quality of the stage performance perceived by the audience showed a statistically significant positive correlation with performance experience attributes. The path coefficient between performance attribute and service value, performance experience attribute and traditional image were also positively and statistically significant. Further, the path coefficient between performance experience and audience satisfaction showed a positive relationship. The service value and traditional image, service value and audience satisfaction, and the path coefficient between traditional image and audience satisfaction were statistically and positively significant. Finally, all hypotheses were adopted and study results confirmed the effect of service quality and experience attributes on audience satisfaction for the popularization, modernization and marketing strategy of the Korean opera. In this process, it is meaningful to verify the role and function of service value and traditional image.

The Electrical Properties of Bi2O3 Doped BaTi4O9 Ceramic Thick Film Monopole Antenna (Bi2O3가 첨가된 BaTi4O9 세라믹 후막 모노폴 안테나의 전기적 특성)

  • In this paper, we fabricated thick film monopole antennas using Bi$_2$O$_3$-doped BaTi$_4$$O_{9}$ ceramics for small size and broadband intenna. In the result, the high permittivity was fixed and the quality factor was also significantly decreased by the formation of secondary phase of Bi$_4$Ti$_3$O$_{12}$ repleced by addtion Bi. The antenna property influenced by the quality value more than the permittivity. The bandwidth of antenna was increased to 33 %. On the other hand, the gain was reduced to -4.3 dBi. Also radiation patterns were showed low dBi value by increasing of dielectric loss. Specially, Measured x-y plane radiation patterns was distorted as the dispersion of wavelength and high permittivity difference. But the result is showed execellent bandwidth because of low quality value in all formation range.nge.

The Effect of AI Chatbot Service Experience and Relationship Quality on Continuous Use Intention and Recommendation Intention (AI챗봇 서비스 사용경험이 관계품질과 행동의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzes the effect of users' experiences using AI chatbot services on relationship quality and behavioral intention. For the study, a survey was conducted on users who experienced AI chatbot services, and the research hypothesis was verified by analyzing the final 299 copies of valid data. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that satisfaction and trust, which are the relationship quality dimensions of AI chatbot service, were formed in users through the cognitive experience, emotional experience, and relational experience. In addition, it was confirmed that satisfaction and trust have a positive effect on the intention to continue using and recommending AI chatbot services, which correspond to the level of consumers' behavioral intentions, respectively. In addition, in terms of relationship quality, it was significant in all paths of the road of behavior, but in satisfaction, the path coefficient of the road of continuous use of AI chatbot and recommended road was significantly higher than the path coefficient in trust. This study provided a theoretical foundation that the relationship with relationship quality that affects behavioral intention also affects AI chatbot services in the online environment, and it is significant in that it suggests that relationship quality is an important mediating factor in establishing long-term relationships with consumers.

  • This study investigates the effects of the Kano model on the product quality and quality satisfaction on the FDM low cost 3D printer, which is used by consumer and makers. 3D printer product quality is analyzed in terms of functionality, usability, durability, reliability and safety based on the inherent quality of the product itself. This study were tested using Kano analysis to calculate the product detail characteristics and Timko coefficient to calculate the degree of satisfactory effects of the 3D printer. As a result, this study becomes product size, the output speed, durability against external impact as attractive quality and the safety part is regarded as One-dimensional quality. With the exception of surface resolution, the Timko customer satisfaction index was the same as the Kano model.

Assessing FAO-PM crop coefficients using eddy covariance flux (에디 공분산을 이용한 FAO-PM 작물계수 평가에 관한 연구)

  • 종합적인 물 관리의 필요성이 대두되면서 증발산량의 연구가 최근 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그 중 국제식량농업기구(FAO, Food and Agriculture Organization)는 여러 기후에서 비교적 정확하고 일정한 경향을 갖는 Penman-Monteith(FAO-PM) 공식을 제시하였다. 이 공식은 다양한 환경을 무시하고 기준작물인 알팔파를 기준으로하여 기준증발산량을 산정하는 식으로써 각 환경에 맞는 작물계수를 곱하여 실제 증발산을 산정한다. FAO-56 Irrigation and Drainage에서는 작물계수를 단일작물계수(Single crop coefficent)와 이중작물계수(Dual crop coefficent)를 제시하고 있다. 단일작물계수는 토양의 증발과 식생의 증산을 하나의 계수로 고려하여 나타냈으며, 이중작물계수는 기저토양의 습윤을 통한 증산뿐 아니라 다양한 영향들을 고려하여 작물계수를 나타냈다. 그 외에도 원격탐사를 통한 식생지수를 통한 작물계수를 통하여 계수를 산출하기도 한다. 현재 국토교통부 및 한국수자원조사기술원에서는 에디공분산(Eddy covariance) 방법을 통해 실제증발산량을 관측하고 있으며, 품질관리 과정에서 Kalman filter를 이용하고 시스템 모델로써 FAO-PM 방법 등을 이용하고 있다. 따라서 FAO-PM 방법의 정확성을 증대시키기 위해선 작물계수에 관한 정확성을 연구가 진행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 여러 방법을 통해 산출한 작물계수를 이용한 FAO-PM 방법을 통한 실제증발산과 에너지 보존 방정식에 근거한 에디공분산 방법 통해 관측된 실제증발산량과 비교를 하였다. 평가 결과는 보다 정확하고 물리적인 증발산량 산정하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Low-temperature Sintering and Microwave Properties in (Ba$_{0.5}$Pb$_{0.5}$)Nd$_2$Ti$_5$O$_14$ Ceramics ((Ba$_{0.5}$Pb$_{0.5}$)Nd$_2$Ti$_5$O$_14$ 마이크로파 유전체의 저온소결과 마이크로파 특성)

  • The effects of glass addition on the densification and the microwave properties of $(Ba_{0.5}Pb_{0.5})Nd_2Ti_5O_{14}$ dielectric system were studied. When 2~3 wt% of borosilicate glass were added, the density increased and the better microwave properties were obtained. When a sample was sintered at $950^{\circ}C$ with 3 wt% of glass, the quality factor and the temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency of the specimen were 4500 and +10 $ppm/^{\circ}C$, respectively. The dielectric constant, however, decreased from 90 to 75 with glass addition.
