RFID 미들웨어의 평가를 위한 방법으로서, 테스트 데이터셋을 이용한 시뮬레이션은 일반적으로 사용되는 평가 방법이다. 태그 식별자에 따라 순차생성된 가상 데이터셋이나 랜덤 생성된 데이터셋의 경우 미들웨어의 단순 처리량을 평가하기에는 유용하나 미들웨어의 정확성이나 실행 가능성를 평가하기에는 한계가 있다. 테스트 데이터셋은 실제 리더에서 생성된 데이터셋과 매우 유사하여야 함에도 불구하고, 테스트 데이터셋의 품질 기준이 정의되어 있지 않음에 따라 테스트 데이터셋이 얼마만큼 실제 데이터셋과 유사한 지를 평가하기가 어려운 문제가 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 RFID 미들웨어의 평가에 사용되는 테스트 데이터셋의 품질을 평가하기 위한 품질 지표를 제안한다. 제안하는 품질 지표는 실제 RFID 리더에 태그가 통과할 때 생성되는 데이터 셋을 기반으로 하여 정의하였으며, RFID 무선 인식의 고유의 특성, 즉 중복성과 불확실성을 수치화해서 표현하는 특징이 있다. 또한 제안한 품질 지표를 실제 RFID 리더를 통해 생성한 데이터셋에 적용하여 비교 검토함으로써 품질 지표의 유용성을 입증한다.

The quality of statistics as a product is necessary to increase the competition of the nation. It will also improve the nation. In 2002 KNSO(Korea National Statistical Office) assessed 12 statistics produced by KNSO using 48 statistics quality evaluation indices. However, there are some difficulties in assessing the quality of the statistics correctly and in establishing policies for the improvement of the quality of statistics due to a lack of staff and organizations. Moreover there are insufficient statistics quality evaluation indices comparing main international organizations and developed countries. In this paper, we developed 81 statistics quality evaluation indices by revising and complementing the current indices of KNSO and divided these indices into 7 dimensions. These indices can be classified by dimensions or procedures, and also used according to statistics.

우주에서 작동이 검증되었고 영상 품질이 잘 알려진 기존 위성 전자광학 결상계들의 MTF 특성을 분석하여 위성 전자광학 결상계 설계에서 실제로 적용될 수 있는 최적화된 MTF 성능 지표를 구하는 방법을 제시하였다. KOMPSAT-1 EOC와 IKONOS에 대해 이론적 한계가 잘 알려진 MTF 성분들인 광학회절한계 MTF와 Spatial 및 Temporal Sampling MTF를 분석하여 실용적인 MTF 성능 지표를 구하였고, 이 지표를 이용하여 몇 가지 광학계의 최소 구경을 추정하여 지표의 실용성을 검토하였다. (중략)

Public data refers to all data or information created by public institutions, and public information that leads to communication and cooperation among all people. Public data is an important method to lead the next generation of new industries such as artificial intelligence and smart cities, Korea is continuously ranked high in the international evaluation related to public data. However, despite the continuous efforts, the use of public data or industrial influence is insufficient. Quality issues are continuously discussed in the use of public data, but the criteria for quantitatively evaluating data are insufficient. This paper reviews indicators for public data quality evaluation and performs quantitative evaluation on selected public data. In particular, the quality of open standard data constructed and opened based on public data management guidelines is examined to determine whether government guidelines are appropriate. The data quality assessment includes the metadata and data values of open standard data, and is reviewed based on completeness and accuracy indicators. Based on the data analysis results, this paper proposes policy and technical measures for quality improvement.

This study develops a set of measures for public library services to children. It is designed to use both measures for library service quality including personnel, library materials and resources. spaces for the service, and other services. and those for library customer satisfaction on equal basis. It specifies 23 scales for 4 each dimensions of measures for service quality, based on the suggestions both from the consulting members of specialists and from the personnel of the National Library for Children and Young Adults. and from the results obtained from the analysis on the questionnaires from the public librarians to children and researchers in this fields. This measures were testified by applying to 18 sample libraries.

In the current 2D-based design, design reliability is lowered due to interference and inconsistency between plans, errors in drawings and quantities, etc. At the time of transition to BIM-based 3D design, it is necessary to expand the reliability and usability of BIM by eliminating these errors from the design stage through securing the quality of the BIM digital model. Therefore, in the railway infrastructure design stage, the quality management process and standards of the BIM digital model were defined and quality management index were developed. Based on the rule extracted from the quality management index, a pilot quality management was conducted in connection with the commercial Model-Checker rule, problems and improvement plans were derived, and a rule-based automated quality management plan was prepared.

Sesamolin and sesamin in the five domestic varieties and seven of imported sesame seed were analyzed by High Performance Liquid Chromatography to evaluate quality of sesame oil. Their stability against roasting, changes of content during storage of sesame oil and differences in carry-through ratio by extracting method were also analyzed. The results indicated that the HPLC method was simple, rapid and reliable in the evaluation of sesame oil quality.

초고속해상무선통신망(LTE-Maritime)은 연안으로부터 100km 까지 전국 3해안(동 서 남해)에 LTE(Long Term Evolution) 통신 체계를 구축하여 항해 중인 선박(어선, 소형선박, 상선 등)을 대상으로 바다에서도 LTE급의 데이터 통신이 가능한 해상 e-Navigation 서비스 제공을 목표로 한다. 본 논문은 초고속해상무선통신망의 커버리지 및 통신서비스 품질검증 기준이 되는 연안으로부터의 통신서비스 제공 거리, 전송 속도, 전송성공률 등에 대해 검토해 보고, 각 품질 지표를 검증할 수 있는 시험항목 설정, 시험 환경 구성, 시험 방법 및 품질 결과 분석 방안에 대해 논의해보고자 한다.

Timosaponin A III, an active and major compound, was isolated from rhizomes of Anemarrhena asphodeloides. The quantitative analysis of timosaponin AIII was performed by a high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method using ELSD and the useful extraction method for HPLC analysis was examined as well. This HPLC method can be utilized as the standard analytical method for the evaluation of the quality of Anemarrhena rhizoma in the steps of breeding and cultivation. Additionally, the HPLC analysis method can be useful for the evaluation of the quality of Anemarrhena rhizoma sold as a traditional medicine in current markets.
