현대건축조류를 더듬어 원고를 정리하고 있는데 그 이유는 필지 불어 올 북의 거센 바람에 맞서는 다시말하여 건축이라는 창작활동에 있어서도 사상적으로 마음을 가다듬고 사물을 정확히 파악하여 이에 대비하려는 마음에서이다. 원고의 일부인 일차대전후에서 기능주의의 시작까지를 회지에 기고하였다. 물론 독일표현주의가 더 많은 지면을 찾이 하여야 할 것이다. 기회가 있으면 그 다음을 계속하겠고 독자 여러분의 참고가 될는지 모르겠다.

세계화의 물결은 자본운동의 자유를 극대화시키려는 ‘신자유주의’의 영향을 받아 탈규제화, 유연화, 개방화, 자유화의 특징을 보이고 있다. 신자유주의는 현 시기의 세계자본주의 체제의 가장 중요한 이데올로기적, 정치적 조류를 가리키는 개념으로써 시장적(市場的) 가치만을 절대시 한다. 이는 곧 ‘시민사회 가 활성화되는 속에서 시민사회가 실질적으로 소멸하는 현상’이 생겨남으로써 시민 사회적 전체주의에 이르게 만드는 신자유주의적 파시즘 체제를 일컫는다. (중략)

Jens Jensen was an American landscape architect and early conservationist who pioneered a unique naturalistic landscape style. The purpose of the present study is to study Jensen's life, careers, design philosophy, and his contributions to the history of landscape architecture. Inspired by nature, Jensen worked closely with native plants, local materials, curvilineal and circular forms, and native scenery. His pioneering work in the Chicago's West Parks, including the design of Columbus Park and Humboldt, Garfield and Douglas Parks, was informed by his philosophical belief in the humanizing power of parks. In summary, first, Jensen played a prominent role in the creation of a unique native landscape style respecting regional landscape. Second, as a devoted conservationist and educator he organized conservation movements preserving landscape heritage and founded a education institution. Third, as a social reformer he emphasized the value of parks and nearby nature for urban citizens and children. Jensen's visions and philosophies have influenced on recent naturalistic landscape style and conservation efforts to preserve cultural landscape and natural environment.

새로운 탄생을 위해 과거의 것을 재조합하는 역사적 절충주의는 오늘날 과거로 회귀하고픈 현대인들의 요구에 부합하며 환영받고 있다. 본 연구는 복식에 표현된 역사적 절충주의 양식을 파악하기 위해 건축을 통해 그 특성을 규명하고 이를 복식에 적용시켜 19세기 복식은 복식사 문헌을 바탕으로 20세기를 대표하는 1990년대의 복식은 $\ulcorner$콜렉션$\lrcorner$지를 중심으로 복식의 역사적 절충주의 양식을 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 서로 다른 두 장르에서 펼쳐진 역사적 절충주의는 비슷한 시기가운데 1)형태 참고를 특징으로 하는 조형성, 2)장식적인 아름다움을 특징으로 하는 장식성, 3)새로운 재질과 발전된 기술을 기반으로 하는 기술성, 4)불투명한 시대 경향을 지시하는 모호성이라는 조형적 특성을 나타내었고, 이로 인해 건축과 복식의 문화적 공유성은 재확인되었다. 이처럼 복식의 역사적 절충주의를 통해, 과거의 힘이 무엇이며 현재에 어떠한 의미를 지니는가를 상기한다면 복식사의 중요성은 더욱 부각될 것이다.

야경사진은 자연광 일색인 일상의 낮과는 달리 인공광과 자연광이 함께 어우러져 있는 밤의 풍경을 표현한다. 특히, 야경사진은 빛을 어떻게 효과적으로 이용할 것인가라는 문제에서 한 발 더 나아가 얼마만큼의 빛을 받아들일 것인가를 고민하게 하는 촬영이다. 바로 이 문제는 노출시간으로 연결되며 조리개 값을 실정하게 한다. 더불어 작가의 낭만적인 미적 감각을 함께 표현할 수 있는 촬영방법이다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the theoretical background of art make-up and surrealism in depth and shed new light on creative thoughts coming through application of Depaysement and various kinds of expression realized through art make-up, where art and make-up are incorporated. The study method is to conduct prior research followed by a theoretical study of the concept and techniques of Surrealistic Depaysement and theoretical background of art make-up through specialized books and internet sources and then to create 4 artworks representing characteristics of Depaysement technique categorized in dual image, fusion of heterogeneous objects, modification and conversion, and change of space. This examination resulted in first, a foundational ground for fusion and use of art and make-up sectors by creating a realm of expression based on creativity through incorporation of art and makeup and second, a sense of freshness and unfamiliar-ness by creation of an image in a completely unfamiliar space. Therefore, the researcher sets a direction for ways to come up with new ideas and expand the realm of expression and hopes that the art-makeup does not just become an aesthetic tool but turn itself as an art genre.

Eclecticism, fusing and mixing heterogeneous and contrasting elements to create a new awareness of beauty, is based on diversity and pluralism, and as such fits well with the demand of the contemporaries who pursue individualization and diversification, which explains the current vogue for Eclecticism. As a precondition to grasp eclectic styles that are expressed in modern textile design, this study looks into the characteristics of eclecticism in modern art and applies the insight so gained to textile design in an attempt to understand transformations of modern textile design by considering the aesthetic effects and plastic characteristics suggested by the new trend. The result of our research indicates that the trends that characterize modern textile design can be divided into three categories as follows: 1) Mixing of high culture and low culture through cultural fusion, 2) Fusion of differing sensitivities through blending of times, 3) Blending of regional characteristics through geographical mixing. Characteristics of textile designs as influenced by these trends can be summarized as: 1) a conversion in the way textile designs are viewed, 2) increasing emphasis on the playfulness of representation and 3) multi-cultural expressions. In short, eclecticism of textile design represents a phase of modern society that is increasingly oriented toward multifacetedness and points to a direction for a new possibility of future textile designs, necessitating a continuous research along this line.

The film has always reflected the culture of the era based on reality and imagination. The visual effect in the film has mainly played a role of expressing the reality more realistically or recognizing the virtual as reality. This study examines the meaning and the effect of fantasy realism through Oasis of Lee Chang-dong. Fantastic realism has separated the reality from the imaginary space by using a dual meaning tool that affects the time and space in the film and reflects the human desire and desire to see. It was also reproduced in the real world through the medium of pigeons. In addition, it separates visualized space from non-visualized space in film narrative structure, separation of real and unreal space, segregation of consciousness and unconscious space, and separation of reality and reality space into power structure. With the development of technology, the image of the yellow image comes closer to us like reality, which will express the space of unconsciousness that we could not think of.

Many works have been published with using surrealism techniques among the representation characteristics of media space of video and art. It has begun to research on these work. But many of these researches have not cover surrealism techniques in game graphic. So, in this paper, we have analyzed representation characteristics of fantasy online game's character using surrealism techniques in surrealism. In result, there are means to express nonexistent image in real world in surrealism by using such as collage of parts of body, animals, and other object, deformation, and distortion. Also, these methods have been used in game characters of online game based on fantasy. We analyzed on characteristics of fantasy game's character in aesthetic point view. It should be profitable for making creative and favorable game characters and making creative game graphic by increasing the possibility of art techniques usage.
