해사안전과 해양환경 보호를 위해 국제해사기구가 추진하고 있는 e-Navigation 정보의 종류는 해상교통 정보, 수로도서지 정보, 동적해역 정보 등 다양하며, 국제해사기구가 e-Nav 정보 표준 개발에 S-100 표준을 적용하기로 결정함에 따라 일관된 기준에 따른 e-Nav DB 구축이 요구되고 있다. S-100 표준에는 DB 구축 지침 문서인 DCEG(Data Classification Encoding Guide) 양식을 정의한 바 있는데 본 문서는 타 표준 문서와 일관성있게 작성되어야 하나, S-100 표준 개발과정에서 휴먼 에러나 오류에 문제점이 발생되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위하여 S-100 기반 e-Nav DB 구축문서 지원을 위한 S/W 개발 방안에 대해 연구 하였는데, S-100 표준 체계에서 등록소의 FCD와 피쳐 카탈로그 DB가 운영된다는 점에 착안하여, 피쳐 카탈로그 DB와 연계할 수 있는 DCEG DB과 DCEG Editor 개발방안을 제안 하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 방안은 향후 일관적인 e-Navigation DB 구축에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

본 고에서는 요소기술 측면에서 DB 기술의 현황을 소개하고 CIM 응용사례를 기술한다. 2장에서는 DBMS의 일반적 기능과 데이타 모델의 발달에 따른 DBMS 기술의 발전에 대해 간략하게 기술하며, 3장에서는 최근 CIM, 멀티미디어 데이타 처리 분야에서의 비전통적인 DB 요구사항을 충족시키는 객체지향 소프트웨어 및 DB 패러다임에 대해 소개한다. 4장에서는 FMS의 운용 관리를 위한 객체지향 DB 구축사례에 대해 기술하며, 5장에서는 CALS에서 생산 데이타 교환 표준으로 채택하고 있는 ISO STEP 표준 DB구현 사례를 소개한다. 마지막으로 6장에서 결론을 기술한다.

In this study, the establishment strategies of Military Standardization Information System and Integrated Database(DB) based on standardization information are provided. The establishment strategies introduced here are based on the appliable common(commercial and military) classification of specifications/standards. The common(commercial and military) classification of specifications/standards adapted in this study can be constructed through mapping by 'grouping' between the MS(Military Specification/Standards) and KS(Korean industry Standards) to increase efficiency. In detail, the establishment of Integrated Database(DB) based on standardization information provides the various channel of interactive communication among specifications/standards. Additionally, standardization information systems provide the basis of the integrated specifications/standards converged between the commercial and military sector.

CALS가 성공하기 위해서는 임의의 기관 혹은 개인 사이의 정보 유통과 정보 공유가 가능해야 하며 이를 위해서는 정보의 형식 및 의미에 관한 표준이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 표준 중 제품의 설계 및 생산 등 기술적인 정보를 다루는 STEP 표준을 기반으로 분산 객체 지향 미들웨어 기술과 웹 인터페이스 기술, mediator 기술 등의 활용하여 CALS 체계 구축을 위한 Engineering DB의 모델을 제시하고 이에 대한 prototype 구현을 소개한다.

Recently, two international standard organizations, ISO and OGC, have done the work of standardization for GIS. Current standardization work for providing interoperability among GIS DB focuses on the design of open interfaces. But, this work has not considered procedures and methods for designing GIS DB. Eventually, GIS DB has its own model. When we share the data by open interface among heterogeneous GIS DB, differences between models result in the loss of information. Our aim in this paper is to revise the design guidelines for geographic information databases in order to make consistent spatial data models, logical structures, and semantic structure of populated geographical databases. In details, we propose standard guidelines which convert ISO abstract schema into relation model, object-relation model, object-centered model, and geometry-centered model. Furthermore, we provide sample models for applying these guidelines in commercial GIS S/Ws. Building GIS DB based on design guidelines proposed in the paper has the following advantages: the interoperability among databases, the standardization of schema definitions, and the catalogue of GIS databases through.

본고에서는 산업용 음성 DB를 위한 XML 기반 메타데이터의 표준화에 대한 현재 상황과 표준화 활동에 대하여 소개한다. 산업용 음성 DB는 구축에 많은 시간과 비용을 요구하며, 양질의 음성 처리 시스템 (인식/합성/인증)의 개발을 위해서는 가능한 많은 양의 음성 데이터가 필요하다. 산업용 음성 DB 메타데이터 표준화는 서로 다른 기관에서 구축한 음성 DB의 공유와 재사용을 원활히 하기 위하여, 2004년 9월부터 요구사항 분석을 시작하여, 2005년 3월 초안이 완성되었다. 본 표준안은 음성 DB 메타데이터의 구조를 XML 기반으로 정의한 것이며, 음성 파일 이름, 화자 식별자, 음소 기호와 같은 구조 외의 표준화 대상에 대해서는 다루지 않는다. 이미 ETRI와 SiTEC [5]에서 XML 기반의 메타데이터 구조와 내용 표준안을 제안한 바 있으나. [5]에서 제안한 구조는 평면 구조를 취하고 있어 내용의 중복성등의 단점이 있어, 이를 보완하여 음성 DB 데이터 모델을 객체지향 방식으로 설계하였다.

센터내 DB표준화분과위원회 DB표준분류 실무작업반은 지난 93년도 하반기에 데이터베이스 표준분류를 위한 연구를 수행했다. 그간 실무작업반에서는 데이터베이스 분류에 관한 자료의 수집 및 비교분석, 데이터베이스의 제작기관, 주제분야별, 가공형태별, 표현형태별, 언어별, 가공완성도 및 갱신주기별, 검색방식별, 제공매체별, 용도별체계화 등 데이터베이스 표준분류안을 마련했는데 본지에서는 연구결과를 중심으로 그 내용을 정리, 요약한다.

본 교통사고 동영상 DB 설계의 연구 목적은 교통사고 자동기록장치에서 수집되는 교통사고 동영상 자료를 효율적으로 활용하기 위한 교통사고 동영상 DB 구축 방안에 관한 연구이며, 이를 위해 ISO/IEC 11179 표준인 MDR을 이용한 교통사고 동영상 DB 논리 모델을 제안하는 데 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 DB구조를 통해 실시간 대용량 교통사고 동영상 데이터에 대한 데이터의 생성, 관리 및 검색 성능을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, MDR 표준 개념 적용으로 상호 이질적인 DB 간의 상호운용성(interoperability)이 증대된다.

This study was performed to search for useful separation properties and elution orders of three GC columns (DB-1, DB-5MS, SPB-Octyl) for 209 PCBs congeners using M-1668A-0.01X-SET of the AccuStandard Inc.. In addition, to confirm the quantitative peak in peak pattern method, the IUPAC Nos. of PCBs congener peaks were identified with 4 Aroclor standards (Aroclor-1242, 1248, 1254 and 1260). The separation property of dioxin-like PCBs congeners by four columns (DB-1, DB-5MS, SP-2331 and SPB-Octyl) was excellent in SP-2331. DB-1 and SPB-Octyl columns are necessary to use with a column of other types.

센터내 DB표준화분과위원회 DB검색표준 실무작업반은 지난 93년도 하반기에 데이터베이스 검색표준화를 위한 연구를 수행했다. 그간 실무작업반에서는 국내외 대표적인 데이터베이스 유통업체들과 국외의 데이터베이스 유통업체들이 제공하는 서비스의 접속방법, 검색명령어, 검색화면 등을 조사 비교하고 분석된 결과를 사용자 요구사항을 바탕으로 데이터베이스 검색명령어의 표준을 마련했는데 본지에서는 연구결과를 중심으로 그 내용을 정리, 요약한다.
