본 논문에서는 인터넷 전화 제품이 상호운용되는 데 필요한 국내외 프로파일 표준의 개발 현황을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 인터넷 전화를 위한 표준으로 ITU-T에서 개발하고 있는 H.323 의 개요를 기술하고, H.323 표준이 다양한 버전이 존재함에 따라 H.323 표준의 각 버전이 개발된 시기 및 다루고 있는 내용 등에 대하여 살펴본다. 또한, 각 버전에 따른 인터넷 전화 제품간 상호운용을 위하여 국내에서 개발된 프로파일 표준 및 국외에서 개발하고 있는 프로파일 표준의 현황 및 세부 규정 내용 등을 살펴보고자 한다

MND(Ministry of National Defense) has developed MND AF(Ministry of National Defense Architecture Framework) and CADM(Core Architecture Data Model) to guarantee interoperability among defense information systems. TRM(Technical Reference Model) and SP(Standard Profile) product defined in MND AF is core part of Information Technology Architecture and core element of interoperability guarantee. In this paper, we proposed a method which manages technical service and standard of TRM and SP, and developed TRM and SP management system based on the method. TRM and SP management system provides the basis for interoperability among information systems and a more efficient development and management of TRM and SP product.

컴퓨터 입출력 장치를 통해 다루어지는 디지털 영상의 컬러 매칭을 위하여 행해지는 영상의 컬러 정보 변환 표준으로 사용되는 ICC 디바이스 프로파일 표준 규격에 대하여 알아보고, 한국전자통신연구원에서 개발한 ICC 디바이스 프로파일을 이용한 컬러운영시스템 및 프로파일 편집기에 대하여 알아본다.

JVT is an international video coding standard that is being developed jointly by VCEG of ITU and MPEG of ISO. The standardization efforts are targeted mainly for a very high compression ratio. JVT is a general video coding technology that may be used in various application fields. JVT began to work seriously on the profiles and levels issues since Geneva meeting, January 2002. Profiles are sub sets of technical tools from the entire tools and levels limit processing power and memory resources of a decoder As of now, three profiles of Baseline, Main and X (not defined name yet) and hierarchically structured levels are defined in JVT FCD. The profiling issue is very important for the JVT s initial objective of Baseline royalty free policy. Royalty free Baseline profiling is currently under practical hurdles and this issue may impact as one of critical factors on the success of JVT standard.

The purpose of this research is to investigate a way to increase interoperability between information systems. We proposed a technical reference model (TRM) and a standard profile (SP) that are components of ITA as tools to secure information system interoperability. First, we composed TRM by choosing technology field that need standardization for information system interoperability. And, we choose standards to apply in each technology field of TRM as a interoperability common SP.

최근 들어, 전세계적으로 재난의 빈도와 규모가 커지고 있다. 예상치 못한 재난이 발생하였을 경우, 재난관리의 소홀은 국가적 위기를 가져올 수도 있다. 따라서 효율적이고 통합되어있는 재난관리 시스템의 운영이 필수적이며 이를 위하여 모든 경보시스템에서 통용 가능한 공통된 프로토콜이 필요하다. 국제표준인 공통경보프로토콜(CAP: Common Alerting Protocol)이 그 대안이다. 공통경보프로토콜은 미국뿐 아니라 캐나다와 호주에서 사용 중이며, 각 나라의 상황에 맞는 요구사항을 추가한 프로파일을 작성하여 재난관리 시스템에 적용하고 있다. 우리나라 역시 국내 실정에 맞는 요구사항이 반영된 "통합경보시스템을 위한 공통경보프로토콜 프로파일"이 표준으로 제정되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 "통합경보시스템을 위한 공통경보프로토콜 프로파일"과 공통경보프로토콜을 도입한 해외 각국의 프로파일을 비교한다.

ITA (Information Technology Architecture) satisfies the requirements of information system, supports the information used in the institution's business to guarantee the interoperability and security, and analyzes the components of information system. ITA consists of EA (Enterprise Architecture), TRM (Technical Reference Manual) and SP (Standard Profile). The SP, one of the major components of ITA, is a set of information technology standards. In this paper, to construct and utilize the ITA, we mention the applications of information technology about the SP system implementation based on the TRM. The SP management system implemented in this paper is the first trial in Korea, and designs the software with object oriented programming languages such as JSP and Java. Moreover the basic and detailed specification based on the UML notation, system design using the component and system design pattern consisting of software architectures enhance the software reusability. And the constructed system in this paper shows less maintenance cost by using the public softwares such as Linux system, Korean DBMS, Apache and Tomcat, etc. Finally, the system includes the SP reference system which is used in the other institutions and cannot be found in other institutions. Also it includes the additional diverse service modules which support the subsequent processing for the establishment and revision of standards via internet.

UML은 범용의 목적으로 설계된 모델링 언어이지만 않은 도메인 영역에서 사용되고 있다. 그것은 UML을 각 도메인의 특성에 맞게 확장할 수 있는 프로파일이라는 메커니즘을 자체적으로 보유하고 있기 때문이다. UML 표준 명세에 기술되어 있는 확장 메커니즘과 프로파일은 그 자체로 매우 잘 설계된 모델이나 그대로 설계 도구에 도입하기에는 부적합한 면이 않다. 본 논문에서는 UML 기반의 설계 도구에서 프로파일을 수용할 수 있도록 확장 메커니즘 모델을 개선하고 프로파일을 정의할 수 있는 정형적인 방법들을 제시한다.

해양 분야에서는 최근 e-navigation 실현을 위한 차세대 표준에 관한 연구가 진행 중이다. IHO(국제수로기구)를 중심으로 전자해도뿐만 아니라 해양의 지리 정보 및 관련 데이터의 교환, 공유, 활용을 위해 S-100기반 다양한 표준이 가능하다. IHO S-100 표준은 ISO 19100 시리즈 표준의 프로파일로, 응용 분야와 서비스에 따른 S-10x 표준의 기반이 된다. 프로파일링을 통해 S-101, S-102, S-10x 등 다양한 표준 프로파일이 만들어지면 각 표준에서 정의하는 데이터 모델의 요소를 일관성 있고 명확하게 해석하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 S-10x 표준의 기반이 되는 S-100 표준을 일관된 의미 해석과 처리를 할 수 있도록 S-100 표준의 온톨로지로의 변환 방안을 제시한다.

본고에서는 현재 ISO/IEC JTC1에서 활발히 추진되고 있는 국제기능표준 제정 활동과 JTC1/SGFS에서 작성된 기술문서 TR10000을 기본으로 프로파일과 분류법, 상세분류사항, 적합성 요구사항 그리고 프로파일구조에 대하여 기술하고 있다. TR10000은 국제기능표준의 형식, 내용구조 및 분류체계를 정의함으로써 국제기능표준안 작성을 위한 지침을 제공한다.
