90년대 후반부터 웹 기반 수업(Web-based instruction)이라 하여 인터넷을 이용한 새로운 교육방법이 시도되기 시작하여 현재는 IEEE, AICC, IMS 등의 여러 e-Learning 표준안에 종합적으로 수렴하는 형태인 SCORM을 ADL에서 발표하면서 SCORM을 기준으로 다양한 컨텐츠들이 개발되고 있다. 이런 컨텐츠들은 기술적인 면에 있어서 방대한 정보들을 다루고 있지만 e-Learning 표준안인 SCORM에 따랐는지 (SCORM 표준안에 맞게 설계가 되었는지)를 확인해 볼 필요가 있기 때문에 ADL에서 SCORM conformance를 체크하기 위한 test suite를 제안하였다. 이 test suite는 사용자가 컨텐츠를 생성할 때 필요한 중요한 정보들을 구조화하여 사용자로 하여금 편리성을 느끼도록 하였지만 다른 세부적인 문제들이 표출되고 있어 본 논문에서는 이를 개선하기 위한 제안을 하고자 한다.

XML을 이용하여 인터넷 기반의 B2B e-business가 가능하도록 하는 전자상거래 국제 표준안인 ebXML이 국제 기구인 UN/CEFACT와 OASIS가 공동 추진하여 지난 5월 표준으로 제정되었다. ebXML의 핵심은 등록기/저장소이며 등록기/저장소에서 지원하는 등록기 서비스에는 객체 관리 서비스와 객체 질의 관리 서비스가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 현재 제안된 표준 vl.0을 기준으로 등록기에 저장된 메타데이타를 검색할 수 있는 서비스 인터페이스를 정의하고, 이를 위한 질의를 제공하는 객체 질의 관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 또한 Browse & Drilldown Query, Filter Query와 같은 ad-hoc 질의 서비스를 제안하였다.

WBI에 필요한 각종 프로그래밍을 수작업으로 진행하여야 한다는 문제점을 극복하기 위해 개발된 학습운영체제(Learning Management System)가 개발되면서 인터넷을 통한 교육은 급속히 확산되고 있다. 무선 인터넷 기술까지 수용하는 개념인 소위 e-Learning 체제로 발전되면서 e-Learning의 수요는 급속히 증가하게 되었다. e-Learning 기술 표준 개발을 실질적으로 주도하는 기관들인 IEEE, AICC, IMS가 제안하는 개별 표준안들을 ADL에서 SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model)이라는 종합적인 표준안으로 수렴하게 되면서 SCORM을 기준으로 만든 다양한 컨텐츠가 개발되고있다.

Dynamic response of steel plate girder bridges by KL-510 design truck in KHBDC considering the road surface roughness of bridges and bridge-vehicle interaction is investigated. Simply supported steel plate girder bridges with span length of 20m, 30m, and 40m from "Standard Highway Bridge Superstructure" published by the Korean Ministry of Construction are used for a bridge model, and ten sets of the road surface roughness of bridge deck are generated from power spectral density (PSD) function by assuming the roadway as "Average Road". A three dimensionally modeled 5-axle tractor-trailer with its gross weight, which is the same as that of KL-510 design truck, is used for dynamic analysis. For the finite element modeling of superstructure, beam element for the main girder, shell element for the concrete deck, and rigid link between main girder and concrete deck are used. Impact factor and DLA of steel plate girder bridges for different span are calculated by the proposed numerical analysis model and compared with those specified by several bridge codes.

This study suggested a method of utilizing METS based on DDI metadata to manage, preserve, and service datasets. DDI is a standard for statistical data processing, and there are currently two versions of DDI Codebook (DDI-C) and DDI Lifecycle (DDI-L). In this study, the main elements of DDI-C were mainly used. First the structures and elements of METS and DDI-C were first analyzed. And the mapping of the major elements of METS and DDI-C. The standard was finally taken as METS, the format to express it. Since METS and DDI-C do not show a perfect 1:1 mapping, the DDI-C element that best matches each element of the standard METS was selected. As a result, a new dataset management transmission standard METS using DDI-C metadata elements was designed and presented.

To cover a range of possible site conditions where the Korean standard nuclear power plant may be constructed, a range of generic site conditions is selected for geologic and seismologic evaluation. To envelop other Asian countries as well as the Korean peninsula, there is an attempt to increase the seismic level to 0.3g ground motions for the safe shutdown earthquake. The dynamic analyses of the reactor vessel internals and fuel assemblies are performed for the increased motions and the effect of seismic level on the response is investigated. Also the nonlinear response characteristics are discussed by comparing the loads between operating basis earthquake and safe shutdown earthquake excitations. The design adequacy of the reactor vessel internals and fuel assemblies for the increased seismic level is addressed.

본 연구의 목적은 적합성과 기능성이 고려된 체형별 남성 상의 원형 패턴을 개발하는데 있다. 피험자는 인체계측자료와 측면체형 사진에 의해 선정하고, 체형은 굴신체형, 표준체형, 반신체형으로 분류하였다. 체형별 실험 원형 패턴의 평가를 위하여 기존원형을 선정하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다; 1. 착의평가 결과 표준체형은 대부분의 항목에서 적합하였으나, 굴신체형과 반신체형에서는 많은 차이가 있었다. 이러한 차이는 앞길이와 등길이 뿐만 아니라 여유량과 윗 가슴둘레에 서 나타난다. 앞품과 뒤품은 외관에 의해 많은 영향을 받으며, 증가된 옆품은 앞품과 뒤품의 부족분을 보충하는 역할을 하였다. 따라서 실험패턴은 기존패턴보다 각 체형에 더욱 적합하며, 체형 적합성과 동작기능성이 고려된 의복 제작을 위한 패턴설계는 인체의 구조와 동작연구에 의해 가능하였다. 2. 기본원형 패턴 설계를 위한 필요치수는 목뒤높이, 등길이, 앞길이, 윗 가슴둘레, 앞품과 뒤품이며, 체형분류의 기준은 윗 가슴둘레, 앞품, 뒤품, 앞길이, 등길이이다. 이와 같은 결과를 근거로 가슴둘레 선은 [(B/2+B/10), 뒤진동깊이는 [(B/10+목뒤높이/10)]로 설정하고, 앞내림은 1.5cm로 하였다.

본 논문에서는 송전급 전력계통 적용을 위한 축자계 방식의 전극 구조를 갖는 진공 인터럽터의 전자계 해석 및 설계에 대해서 기술하였다. 상대적으로 극간 거리가 먼 초고압 진공인터럽터의 전극 구조로 축자계 방식을 채택하였으며, 효과적인 아크 확산 면적을 확보하기 위하여 자계 해석을 통해 전극 사이즈를 선정하였다. 또한, 접지된 금속외함 내에서 진공 인터럽터의 절연을 확보하기 위하여 전계 해석을 통해 전극 및 쉴드 등의 형상 설계를 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 72.5kV 40kA 정격의 진공 인터럽터의 설계를 위한 전자계 해석 결과를 실험결과와 비교하여 설계 기준의 타당성을 검증하였고, 국제표준인 IEC 62271-100의 시험 규격에 의한 차단시험을 통하여 설계된 진공 인터럽터의 성능을 검증하였다.

Korea is rapidly becoming a multicultural society in recent years, and the number of multicultural families in 2015 exceeds 3.5% and 800,000. Also, as international marriage rate exceeds 10% by 2016, the number of multicultural families is expected to steadily increase. This study is a design of a metadata application profile as part of the foundation for providing learning resources and content tailored to the needs and preferences of married immigrant women and multicultural family members who need to adapt to Korean society. In order to verify the necessity of the research, we conducted an in-depth interview by screening consumer groups, and analyzed the relevant international and Korean national standards as de-jure standards for the design of metadata standard profiles. Then, we analyzed the contents characteristics for multicultural members, and organized the necessary metadata elements into profiles. We defined the mandatory/optional conditions to reflect the needs of content providers. This study is meaningful in that the study analyzes the educational needs of married immigrant women and presents the necessary metadata standards to develop and service effective educational content, such as korean-to-korean conversion system, personalized learning contents recommendation service, and learning management system.

The present study deals with the propeller design for the standard new propeller series so called KF Series for 52ton class fishing vessel. The MAU or B series have been usually used for the fishing vessel's propeller, which are to be improved in consideration of the efficiency as well as the cavitation point of view. The high technology of propeller design has been applied to the design of 52ton class fishing vessel's propeller in the present study. The new designed series propellers will be validated by the experimental results whose data will be also used for the new series chart.
