During the six years from 2006 to 2011, based on a study of projects with an area equivalent to or less than $2,700m^2$ located in Jeju self-governing province, it was shown, through comparison with the pre-existing calculation methods, that there were many problems with the application of the standard cost. Accounting for the uniqueness of Jeju province, the study suggested an alternative method for applying the standard cost, basing it on property usage of either urban area or non-urban area pursuant to the National Land Planning and Utilization Act rather than land type of either mountain area or non-mountain area, with the utilization of T-test and ANOVA raising the reliability of this study.

The typical unit infrastructure cost estimation techniques adopted so far in implementing the Korean Impact Fee Zoning have rather been centered around the unilateral simple cost models. The techniques, as such, have frequently been criticized for their lack of flexibility in properly reflecting the regional differences as well as the peculiarities of individual development projects. The Ministry of Land, Transport, and Maritime Affairs (MLTM), in this regard, has recently introduced an enhanced alternative technique. Using the NGIS data, the study probes the viability of the MLTM's new technique by testing the entire estimation process based on the case area in Ansung City. Reflecting the City's characteristics, the study assumes a composite land use plan that accommodates the industrial area in addition to typical residential areas. As an extensive empirical case study, the research has found from the new technique considerable technical merits to overcome the existing shortcomings and summarized its significant policy implications.

본 연구에서는 우리나라 증시에서 베타 이외에 규모와 장부가/시장가 비율이 수익률의 차이를 설명하는데 유용한가를 실증하고 이를 토대로 13개 산업에 대하여 자본비용을 추정하였다. 1980년에서 1995년 사이의 기간에 대하여 실증한 결과, 우리나라 증시에서 규모요인은 시장위험이 설명하지 못하는 수익률 차이 부분을 상당히 설명하고 있었으나 장부가/시장가 비율은 추가적인 설명력을 보이지 못하였다. 산업별 자본비용을 추정한 결과는 만족스럽지 못하였다. 우선 해당기간 동안에 시장프레미엄이 연 1.33%로 지나치게 낮게 측정되었으며 표준오차는 연 5.85%로 매우 크게 나왔다. 회귀계수의 표준오차를 줄이기 위하여 rolling 회귀분석의 방법을 사용하였지만, 3요인 모형에서 시장위험계수(베타)에 대한 표준오차만 줄어들었을 뿐 나머지 계수들의 표준오차는 오히려 증가하였다. 회귀계수가 지니는 불확실성이 위험프레미엄의 불확실성과 결합되어서 산업별 자본비용에 대한 추정은 매우 부정확하였다.

Development Charge System was introduced in 1989 to recapture development gains, however, it has been revised more than 20 times since then. The reason for such frequent revisions was that estimating development cost was too composite and indefinite. Therefore it is required that estimating method of development cost should be simplified in order to minimize conflicts among diverse parties. To support the recent revision of 'Restitution and Development Gains Act', this study verified several alternatives of applying standardized costs per area under specific size of development and suggested policy implications. For analysis data, 9,362 Development Charge and cost data of si gun gu for recent 3 years were used. The results showed that dividing Seoul Metropolitan Area (SMA) and non-SMA made a significant difference and definite divisions among regional groups. The result of this study could minimize social conflicts as well as contribute in realizing the public concept of land policy by revising Development Charge System.

지속적으로 복잡해져가는 침입 기술과 이에 대응하는 보안소프트웨어의 다양화에 따라 보안 시스템의 개발 및 업데이트 비용은 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 표준적인 프로토콜과 미들웨어를 구축함으로서 개발 시간 및 중복 개발의 비용을 절감 함과 동시에 각 모듈간의 크로스오버에 의한 성능 향상을 꾀할 수 있다. 본 연구는 이런 표준 프레임워크의 효용성과 이러한 프레임워크에 요구되는 여러 요소들을 제안한다.

XML은 웹 상에서 정보교환의 표준이며, 이종의 데이터를 보유하고 있는 지역 시스템들은 XML View를 이용하여 정보를 공개한다. 사용자는 XML을 위한 표준 질의어인 XQuery를 사용하여 분산된 XML View들을 대상으로 통합 XQuery질의를 생성할 수 있다. 이렇게 생성된 통합 XQuery질의는 자연스럽게 다른 지역시스템들 사이의 조인을 포함 할 수 있다. 조인은 비용이 많이 드는 연산자이므로 조인을 효율적으로 처리하는 것은 전체 질의의 성능에 큰 영향을 준다. 그러므로 조인을 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 비용을 결정하는 연구가 중요하다고 할 수 있다. SQL에서는 이와 같은 연구들이 많이 존재하며, 분산 환경에서의 조인을 효율적으로 처리하기 위해 크게 두 가지 비용을 고려한다. 그 중 하나는 지역시스템 내에서 조인을 처리하는 조인비용이며, 나머지 하나는 조인을 수행하기 위하여 다른 지역시스템으로 데이터를 전송하는 통신비용이다. 이 두 비용은 분산 조인을 처리하기 위한 중요한 요소이므로[6,7,8] 이를 측정하는 것은 통합 질의 처리를 위해서 필요한 연구라 할 수 있다. 그러나 테이블 구조의 데이터를 검색하기 위한 SQL 의 방법들을 구조적인 XML 데이터를 검색하기 위한 XQuery질의를 위해서 그대로 사용하는 것은 어려운 일이다. 본 논문에서는 분산 환경에서 통합 XQuery질의의 조인을 효율적으로 처리하기 위해 조인비용과 통신비용을 측정하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문의 기여는 앞서 기술한 문제점을 해결하여, XQuery 질의의 조인을 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 비용을 측정할 수 있도록 한다.
