In South Korea, the results of R&D in science and technology are submitted to the National Science and Technology Information Service (NTIS) in reports that have Korea national science and technology standard classification codes (K-NSCC). However, considering there are more than 2000 sub-categories, it is non-trivial to choose correct classification codes without a clear understanding of the K-NSCC. In addition, there are few cases of automatic document classification research based on the K-NSCC, and there are no training data in the public domain. To the best of our knowledge, this study is the first attempt to build a highly performing K-NSCC classification system based on NTIS report meta-information from the last five years (2013-2017). To this end, about 210 mid-level categories were selected, and we conducted preprocessing considering the characteristics of research report metadata. More specifically, we propose a convolutional neural network (CNN) technique using only task names and keywords, which are the most influential fields. The proposed model is compared with several machine learning methods (e.g., the linear support vector classifier, CNN, gated recurrent unit, etc.) that show good performance in text classification, and that have a performance advantage of 1% to 7% based on a top-three F1 score.

본 논문에서는 토목분야에 BIM 기술을 적용하기 위해 파라메트릭 모델링 디자인 기법을 기초로 한 토목 구조물 모듈 라이브러리를 구축하고자 하였다. 국제 표준설계방법론에 부합하는 개방형 BIM을 구현하기 위해 표준정보모델은 IFC로 연동하며, 형상 분류체계는 PLIB Part 42(ISO 13584-42)로 정보 분류체계는 Omniclass와 통합건설정보 분류체계를 따른다. 토목분야에서의 BIM 기술은 토목 구조물 표준 라이브러리를 통해 동시공학적 협업설계를 이룰 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Ministry of Science and Technology(MOST) has a plan to establish the National Science and Technology Information System(NTIS). For successful NTIS, there are three pre-standardizations. Standard classification is the one of the three standardizations. In this paper, the validity of current National Standard Classification of Science and Technology(NSCST) is analyzed for three aspects. One is the duplication of NSCST, one another is the high ratio of incorrectness of information changed by mapping table and the last is the incorrectness of the mapping table itself. So for the successful NTIS a new Science and Technology Classicication shoud be considered.

국제표준규격인 ISO 10303(STEP), ISO 13584(PLIB), ISO 15926을 연구하고 해외건설 플랜트의 기자재 데이터를 입수하여 전문가를 통한 분석, 분류 및 국제표준규격(ISO 15926 RDL) 기반과 비교하여 분류체계 구축 및 속성정보 정의 작업을 수행하였다. 통합 및 분리가 필요한 기자재 클래스에 대해서는 통합, 분리 작업을 수행하였고 적용 가능한 속성정보가 있을 경우는 클래스별로 확장 적용하였다. 이에, 5단계 레벨, 637개의 분류체계가 구성되었고 개방형 구조의 XML으로 플랜트 기자재 정보를 구축하여 계층구조 분류트리 표현 및 해당 기자재의 제품에 대한 상세 정보를 나타내었다. 또한, 제품정보를 통합검색, 카테고리검색, 상세검색, 논리검색 기능으로 검색, 확인할 수 있고 표준 및 제품, 업체, 시스템을 관리하는 기자재 정보 관리 시스템을 구현하였다.

This study focuses on analyzing the problems of the Korean standard classification of occupations(KSCO), which is a formal and institutional implementation method that affects the occupational identity and Occupational Prestige of Private Security, and suggests ways to improve it. The following should be supplemented. (1) It is necessary to unify occupations related to private security that are classified into simple labor workers. (2) Delete the Technical Security Guards(4123) and create a Security Guard(4123) instead. (3) Facility Security Guards(41230), Convoy Security Guards, Technical Security Guards(41232), Security monitoring and control personnel(41233), and Special Security Guards(National important facility security guard)(41234) will be newly established. (4) Change the name of subclassification and subclassification in simple labor worker of Major Class 9(Code 9), and adjust Security Guards(9421) to the Surveillance Personnel(9421).

The industry information grows faster than any other information resources in the Internet age. Unfortunately, however, there is no consensus on the standard of the classification among the information providers of the industry fields. This may a problematic issue not only in building a continuous and systematic development of the industry information, but also in the use of the information among the users. This study aims to propose a well-structured and/or an efficient classification scheme for the industry information to help the users with easy to retrieve the Internet resources. To do this, we analyzed the subject classification scheme of the domestic industry information on the web sites, which is largely adopted the \"Korean Standard for the Industry Classification\". In addition, we suggested the principle of the subject classification and their hierarchial structure derived from the analysis of the knowledge and document classification scheme. As a result, it was suggested an optimized industry classification scheme based on the analysis of the validity test of classification item measured by the quantitative analysis of the industry information, which it currently accessible through the Internet. 최근 들어 이상기후로 인하여 대규모 또는 국지적인 호우의 발생빈도 및 강도가 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 개수율이 높은 국가하천 및 지방하천보다는 중 소하천에서 홍수로 인한 피해가 극심해 지고 있는 상황이다. 또한 국지적 호우는 지역적인 편차가 매우 심하게 나타나고 있어 홍수 발생지역에 대한 예측이 어려우며, 대부분 홍수관리는 유역단위로 이루어져 있으나 중 소하천의 홍수대응 및 복구는 지자체별로 시행되고 있다. 따라서 홍수 발생 시에 지자체의 특성 및 재난 상황을 종합적으로 고려한 피재자의 체계적인 구호를 위하여 효율적인 피재자 구원시스템 체계 구축이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 지자체별 피재자 구원시스템 체계 현황에 대한 조사 및 분석을 통해 피재자 구원시스템 체계 항목을 조직, 시설, 물자, 피해복구로 분류하였으며, 항목 별 체크리스트를 작성하여 홍수에 따른 피재자의 효율적인 구원시스템 체계 구축을 하고자 하였다. 체계별 항목 분류와 항목 별 체크리스트는 피재자 구원에 대한 관련법규의 현황 조사 및 분석을 통한 법규 권고 사항을 근거로 작성하였다. 또한 표준 조사표의 항목 및 체크리스트에 대한 평가 기준으로서 표준안을 제시하고자 국내 지자체별 피재자 구원시스템 체계 현황과 국외의 피재자 구원 시스템 체계의 현황에 대한 비교분석을 수행하였다.

With the development of the internet and international agreements such as the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) and the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES), Korean researchers frequently encounter scientific names of foreign species, and these are named on a case-by-case basis in Korean without any standard naming method. Therefore, standard Korean names for entire orders and families in the world are required for better communications in Korea. However, there have been no comprehensive discussions of the standardization of Korean names for the orders and families found in the world. In this study, we 1) compare the Korean names of orders and families in the references, 2) discuss naming methods in Korean for foreign taxa, and 3) then suggest standard Korean names for the orders and families in the APG III, which is an up-to-date angiosperm classification system. This study will be a starting point for the national standardization of Korean names for orders and families found throughout the world.

정보사회의 도래로 교육분야에서도 정보공유를 위한 많은 방안들이 제시되고 있다. 인터넷을 통해 전달되는 교육자료의 양은 나날이 증가하고 있지만 정보생산자들이 일정한 표준 없이 나름대로의 기준에 따라 정보를 유통시키고 있기 때문에 이용자가 필요한 정보를 정확하게 찾아내기란 매우 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인터넷 자원 중에서도 교육자료를 서비스하고 있는 16개 시 도 교육청 및 산하 기관들의 홈페이지 분류체계를 분석하고, 자료의 실제 이용자 및 공급자에 대한 요구자료를 최대한 수렴하여 사실표준에 기초한 교육자료 분류체계를 제안하고자 한다.
