The purpose of this study is to investigate the current state and librarian's perception of information services in order to maximize their expertise and role of each policy field and promote continuous development of information services. The researcher surveyed 22 government-funded research institute librarians on their perception of service planning stage, investigation and provision stage, evaluation stage, system operation, required capacities for librarians, role expansion and change, and job difficulties. The questionnaire was consisted of 7 domains, 12 items, and 61 questions, and in-depth interviews were conducted for qualitative analysis. The findings of the study discovered newly required tasks in libraries such as introducing research information management tools, operating an advisory committee, and conducting publications-related tasks. Suggestions were made to encourage standardized manuals for modules based on job tasks, Continuing education to expand the role of subject librarians, and utilization of social media in information services.

At a time when Korea and the rest of the world recently faced the unprecedented situation of "COVID-19," the view of actively "disclosure" of information to prevent the spread of infectious diseases is at odds with the view of "protecting" personal information as these social measures are coupled with the infringement of individuals' basic rights. In order to see the nation's response to the infectious disease crisis, we examined the current status and characteristics of public records according to crisis alert levels based on the manual for responding to infectious disease. Especially we analyzed the types and disclosure status of records containing personal information. For detecting personal information-related issues on news media, we collected online news articles and performed text anlaysis. Through this, we reviewed the problems of record management including personal information and suggested improvement points from the perspective of the life cycle of records: collect, manage, and dispose of them.

Objectives: To introduce the progress of treatment and improve clinical use after application of Emotion-to-Emotion Therapy (ETE Therapy) for treating Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Methods: A patient who was diagnosed with PTSD that occurred after violence in the family mainly complained about abdominal pain, depression, and fear. We treated the patient with ETE therapy as the main treatment. Subjective Units of Distress scale (SUDs), The Core Seven-Emotions Inventory Short Form (CSEI-s), and Mentalizing the Rooms of Mind (MRM) were evaluated before and after the treatment for assessing the clinical effect. Results: After treatment, overall clinical symptoms of the patient were alleviated. This result was supported by a decrease in SUDs. There were meaningful drops in 'Fear', 'Fright', 'Sorrow' in CSEI-s scores, consistent with the direction of 'Sa-seung-Gong (思勝恐)' used as major technique of ETE therapy. Resources and positive emotions in MRM were increased after treatment. Conclusions: ETE therapy may be effective for treating PTSD. It might play a significant role in cognitive reconstruction.

This study was carried out to analyze the job of care managers in their social welfare practicing fields about the frequency of care management duties they perform, types of duties considered to be most important and the reason, and types of jobs counted to be the most difficult and the reason by qualitative case study research methods. The job area of care management was elicited using DACUM method, and those 9 job areas derived from it were analysed according to frequency of performance, importance and difficulty. The subjects were 10 social workers serving more than 3 years with major duty of care management and chosen by reputational-case selection, and those collected data analysis was operated according to embedded analysis types. We discussed the implication of this research. : The experience of participants are the process of maintaining the tension, and search the equilibrium point between client centered service and institutional pressure. The standard construction manual of the SDA (Separated Doughnut Auger) piling method was proposed so that the resisting capacity of the augered piles could work effectively. 438 dynamic pile load tests were performed on 379 test piles, which were installed at 36 sites in Korea by the SDA piling method with application of various water-cement ratio of cement milks. The dynamic pile load test results showed that the bearing capacity of the SDA augered piles depended on the water-cement ratio of cement milks. And couple of the formulas were presented according to water-cement ratio and various grounds to estimate quantitatively both the unit end bearing and the unit frictional capacity of the SDA augered piles. It was also considered that the water-cement ratio of cement milks exerts an influence on the bearing capacity of the SDA augered piles. The presented formulas were compared with the existing formulas, which were presented by several standard design codes to design the augered piles.

The study aims to develop the NCS based vocational curriculum model for the practical and creative human resources. For effectiveness of the study, the study consists of literature studies of both domestic and international, contents analysis, case study, expert(9samples) consultation and review, and in-depth-interview of the three advisory members. The validity of the developed model is analyzed through mean, standard deviation and contents validity ratio(CVR). The main results of the model development in our study are as follow. First, our NCS based vocational curriculum model for the practical and creative human resources is developed with the analyses of NCS development manuals, training standard utilization and training curriculum organization manuals, NCS learning module development manual and case studies, NCS research report, NCS based curriculum pilot development resources directed toward the high schools and vocational school as well as the domestic and international literature study on career training model like NCS. Second, based on the findings of our analysis in combination with the findings from the consultations with the expert and advisory committee, total 19 sub-factors of each step and domain are extracted. The sub-factors of domain in step 1 are the competency unit, definition of competency unit, competency unit element, performance criteria, range of variable, guide of assessment, key competency; in step 2, they are subject title, subject objectives, chapter title, chapter objectives, pedagogical methods, assessment methods and basic job competence; and in step 2, they are NCS based subject matrix table, NCS based subject profile, NCS based job training curriculum table, NCS based subjects organization flowchart, NCS based job training operation plan. Third, the final model including step 3 NCS based subject profile are developed in association with the linked organizational sub-factors of step 1 and step 2. Forth, the validity tests for the final model by the step and domain yield the mean 4.67, CVR value 1.00, indicating the superior validity. Also, the means of each sub-factors are all over 4.33 with the CVR value 1.00, indicating the high validity as well. The means of the associated organizations within the model are also over 4.33 with the CVR value of 1.00. Standard deviations are all .50 or lower which are small. Fifth, based on the validity test results and the in-depth-interview of the expert and advisory committee, the model is adjusted complemented to establish final model of the NCS based vocational curriculum for the practical and creative human resources.

오늘날 기술의 발전으로 시스템들은 점차 대형화 복잡화 되어가고 있다. 이처럼 점차 대형화 복잡화 되어가고 있는 시스템들은 더욱 커진 사고 및 고장에 대한 위험을 내재하게 된다. 또한 대형 복합 시스템에서 발생하는 사고 및 고장은 바로 큰 재산피해나 인명피해와 직결 될 수 있다. 따라서 체계적인 안전관리의 필요성이 점차 커지고 있다. 이에 대응하여 철도, 항공, 해양 등의 산업에서는 각 산업에 적합한 안전관리체계를 수립하려 노력하고 있으며, 표준 및 매뉴얼을 제정하여 보급에 앞장서고 있다. 국내 철도산업에서도 철도안전법의 재정을 기점을 철도 산업전반에 걸쳐 많은 환경변화가 이뤄지고 있고 이에 대응하기 위해 철도 안전시스템을 바탕으로 한 안전관리체계를 구축하였다. 한편 다양한 운영체계를 갖고 있는 철도시설 및 운영기관이 존재하는 국가 철도 안전관리체계의 안전규제를 체계화하기 위해서는 체계적인 요구사항의 분석에 따른 시스템 아키텍처의 설정이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 아키텍처의 설정은 현재에 대한 분석과 미래의 철도안전시스템의 특성을 구조화하여 향후 비전을 프레임워크로 표현함으로서 구현이 가능해진다. 본 논문에서는 현재의 안전관리체계의 도입 배경 및 도입 현황에 대해서 분석하고, 안전관리의 방식의 변화에 적절히 대응하는 안전관리체계의 구축을 위해 안전관리체계에 대한 아키텍처를 구현하고자 하며 이때, 모델링을 바탕으로 한 접근을 제시한다.

A counseling manual for the standardized management of obesity in Korean Medicine was developed. Four specialist for obesity and ten advisors participated in the development. The development process was conducted in order to investigate the needs of clinical doctors for obesity, search for related books and references, determine the contents of the manual, produce the manual, and review of the advisors. The contents of the manual were written in order of goal of obesity counseling, assessment of obesity and health risk factors, assessment of obesity-related lifestyles, counseling for weight management, and counseling for Korean Medical treatment. This manual is the first standardized counseling manual developed, and it is meaningful to provide a counseling method for comprehensive Korean Medicine obesity care. Although there were various limitations in the review of the advisory committee, it is expected that this study will be used as a basic data for the establishment of obesity-related health care policy. We hope that obesity counseling of Korean Medicine will be settled as one of the certified korean medical treatment.

침수상황감시/현장안내시스템은 핸드폰망(CDMA)등 다양한 통신채널과 이들의 DTMF, SMS, Data 통신 등을 활용하여 수위 등 현장위험 상황을 실시간으로 감시 위험요인 발생 시 비즈니스 룰(Business Rule)을 이용 자동으로 현장안내 및 관리자, 지역주민, 수문 인근 경작지 농민에게 SMS를 이용 즉각 위험 상황을 전달하고, 상황실에 현장 상황 자동표출을 통하여 관계기관 및 국민들이 재난상황에 신속히 대응할 수 있도록 하는 시스템이다. 지방자치단체에서 재난상황 관리에 있어 유형별 표준행동 매뉴얼을 관리 시군구재난관리시스템을 이용 운영하고 있으나, 많은 분야별 자료들이 행정적인 업무지시 및 응답에 치중되고 있는 게 현실이다. 이에 지방자치단체에서 관리중인 배수문, 잠수교, 하상주차장 등 위험지역의 침수상황을 실시간으로 감시하며 공무원, 민원인, 인근주민에게 상황단계에 따른 안내 및 관리에 대한 업무프로세스는 상황에 따른 변화가 있어 단순한 프로그래밍에 의한 전산화하기 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 재난전문가의 전문지식을 적극 활용하여 다양한 상황에 대처할 수 있는 BRMS(Business Rule Management System)를 이용하여 침수상황감시/현장안내시스템의 설계를 제안하고자 한다.

최근 ERP에 고객관계관리(CRM), 공급망관리(SCM), 지식관리(KMS) 등의 기능을 확장한 확장형 ERP에 대한 연구개발이 활발해지고 있다. 그러나 타산업과 달리 건설산업의 특수성으로 인한 정보화의 부진으로 인해 이러한 새로운 개념을 적용할 수 있는 ERP 확장모델이 없는 상태이며, 대기업의 경우 일부 이러한 모듈을 부분적으로 적용하려는 움직임은 보이고 있으나, ERP와 별도의 이종시스템으로 관리되고 있어 통합적인 ERP운용을 통해 얻을수 있는 효과를 기대하기 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 산자부에서 건설표준ERP템플릿으로 지정받은 ERP엔진을 모체로 협력업체와의 인터페이스 제공을 위한 협업적IT시스템과 전자계약시스템, 그리고 변화되는 ISO에 대한 기업의 대처능력 향상을 위한 ISO인증관리시스템, 고객과의 관계관리를 위한 고객관계관리시스템, 절차서와 같은 기업 내의 표준화 된 문서를 관리하기 위한 전자매뉴얼관리시스템, 결재관리를 위한 그룹웨어, 기업 내의 지식저장소 관리를 위한 지식관리시스템을 연구범위로 하여 건설분야 확장형ERP 모델(E2CM)을 개발하였으며, 이를 검증을 위한 시스템(eCOMIS)을 개발하였다.
