A tension member that has a high-strength bolt fastened to a standard bolt hole increases structural resistance but causes problems from workability or economic perspectives. In this research, a total of 28 samples that have standard and over bolt holes as the tension member's high-strength bolted connection were made and a tension test was conducted. The change of strength of the connection has been confirmed by comparing the tension load of standard and over bolt hole samples obtained from the test results with the design strength due to net section and end distance. Samples made with over bolt holes had a lighter tension load than that of samples made with standard bolt holes, exceeded the design strength of present design standards, and although decrease in strength was inevitable due to the over bolt hole, their safety was satisfactory.

2008년 처음 IPTV 서비스가 시작된 이후 IPTV 콘텐츠 호환성 확보와 단말 이동성 확보를 통한 IPTV 서비스 활성화 및 전체적인 비용 절감을 위해 많은 표준화 이슈들이 있었고 현재까지 표준화가 일부 완료 및 진행중이다. IPTV는 짧은 시간에 급격히 발전하였고 사업이 활성화 되었기 때문에 표준의 적용을 위한 준비 기간이 짧고 표준의 검증이 이루어지지 않은 상태이다. 그래서 표준을 적용한 시스템에 문제가 생길 수 있고 이는 많은 자원 낭비와 콘텐츠 호환성과 단말 이동성이 점점 늦어지는 원인이 되고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 표준을 적용한 플랫폼과 솔루션들이 상용화 되기전에 표준 적용 개발 제품의 표준 적합성을 시험해보고 표준 기술을 검증하여 표준을 정립하기 위하여 국내 IPTV 표준 중 "IPTV 서비스 탐색 및 전송방식 표준[3]"을 적용한 플랫폼과 솔루션을 검증하기 위한 시험 환경을 구축하고 시험규격을 개발하였다.

VR(Virtual Reality), AR(Augmented Reality) 컨텐츠의 획득과 소비가 가능한 사용자 디바이스들이 널리 보급되고 있는 가운데, MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group)에서는 몰입형(immersive) 미디어의 압축과 포맷, 전송에 대한 표준 제정 작업이 활발히 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 몰입형 미디어 표준 프로젝트인 MPEG-I와 그 부속 표준의 하나이며 전 방향 미디어 포맷에 대한 표준인 OMAF 표준의 기술 전반과 표준 동향에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

A new medium vacuum primary standard using the static expansion method was developed in KRISS. In order to evaluate the performance of the equipment, we compared the medium vacuum standard with an ultrasonic interferometer manometer using two capacitance diaphragm gauges, the measuring ranges of which were 133 Pa and 1,333 Pa respectively. The result, Error normalized values, showed that the two standards are coincident each other within the range of combined uncertainty at calibrated pressure of $3pa\;\sim\;100pa$.

DMB-AF(DMB Application Format) 표준[1]은 MPEG-A라 불리는 MPEG 응용 포맷 표준 중 하나로서 2008년 8월 15일 발간된 ISO/IEC 23000-9 국제표준이다. DMB-AF는 지상파 DMB와 위성 DMB의 모든 콘텐트를 저장할 수 있는 파일 포맷으로서, 콘텐트 메타데이터를 포함할 뿐만 아니라 콘텐트 보호 및 관리 기능도 포함하고 있어 DMB 콘텐트 파일을 보호된 형태로 전자적 유통이 가능하며 DRM(Digital Rights Management) 기능을 통해 그 사용을 관리할 수 있다. 다른 MPEG 표준들과 마찬가지로 DMB-AF 표준에 대한 적합성 시험 규정(Conformance)과 참조 소프트웨어(Reference SW)는 표준 본문 제정 이후 진행되어 왔으며, 다른 MPEG 표준과 달리 MPEG-A에 속하는 표준들의 경우, 별도의 표준 문서로 발간되지 않고 해당 표준의 개정판에 추가되도록 되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 2010년 1월 91차 MPEG 회의에서 최종 승인된 DMB-AF 표준개정안에 포함된 적합성 시험 파일과 참조 SW 개발에 대해 설명한다.

최근 모바일 디바이스의 성능향상으로 모바일 웹 애플리케이션 구동환경이 개선되고 있다. 이에 따라 모바일 웹 애플리케이션 개발 수요가 국내외적으로 증가하고 있다. 하지만 기존 PC환경과 달리 개발 환경 및 표준에 대한 고려가 적어 많은 개발비용이 소모되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 MWeb-프레임워크를 통해 최근 각광 받고 있는 웹 개발 프레임워크 기반의 개발방법론을 제안하며 이와 더불어 다양한 디바이스에서 동일한 사용이 가능하도록 모바일 웹 표준을 준수하는 개발방법론을 제안한다. Ruby on Rails기반의 모바일 웹 개발 아키텍처를 정의하고 이를 바탕으로 모바일 웹 표준을 준수하는 애자일 개발방법론을 적용한 프로세스 모델을 제안하고 기존 웹 개발 프레임워크와 개발방법론을 비교, 평가한다. 제안한 프레임워크를 통하여 신속한 개발을 수행할 수 있으며 모바일 웹 표준 환경을 준수하여 모바일 웹 애플리케이션의 품질과 신뢰성을 획득할 수 있다.

MPEG-IoMT(Internet of Media Thing) 국제 표준은 미디어 사물 인터넷 간 프로세싱된 데이터를 주고 받기 위한 표준이다. 미디어 사물 간 주고 받기 위한 표준화된 데이터 표준은 제정되었으나, 미디어 사물에 연결하기 위한 미디어 사물의 서비스 조건에 대한 서술 표준은 존재하지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 미디어 사물을 연결하기 이전에 서비스 정보를 제공하기 위한 Service Description 온톨로지를 제안하며 제안된 온톨로지를 통해 미디어 사물의 자동화된 스마트 계약이 수월해질 것으로 예상된다.

To evaluate the mechanical behavior and the compressive stress distribution in high tension bolted joints according to the size of bolt hole, the experimental and analytical studies are performed with enlarging bolt hole size. In experimental study, the static test is performed to measure the slip coefficient, and the fatigue test is also performed to evaluate the fatigue strength and failure pattern of fatigue crack. In analytical study, the compressive stress distribution is investigated by using the finite element analysis. From the result of experimental study, the slip coefficient and fatigue strength of the high tension bolted joints with oversize hole are not much different but somewhat it has decreased. These are because the size of bolt hole is larger than the holes of nominal size, therefore the width of clamping force is decreased and the compressive stress distribution area is smaller, this is certificated in the finite element analysis. In addition, the origin of fatigue crack in the oversize holes is closer to the hole than in the holes of nominal size, consequently it is investigated that the origin of fatigue crack is intimately associated with the compressive stress distribution which is formulated by the clamping force in both base metal and splice plate.

In this paper, We examine the point at issue of domestic telecommunications and standards. In Korea, since we can't lighten effectively the regulatory due to operate separately both of Regulations and Standards, we should convert regulation regulatory into standard regulatory through the correlation between Regulations and Standards. In the view of expected effect, practical use for consolidating the establishment and amendment of the national telecommunications standards, and making the consolidation plan of standardization Acts and practical use for making the correlation plan between the telecommunication regulations and standards.
