다양한 재난안전 유관기관으로부터 생산 및 관리되는 재난안전정보는 공유를 통해 재난관리업무를 보다 효율적이고 신속하게 수행할 수 있도록 도와준다. 그러나 재난안전정보 공유를 위해서는 우선 재난안전 분야에서 사용되는 용어의 표준화 및 체계화가 선행되어야 한다. 특히 다양한 분야에서 축척된 용어들을 모두 종합 검토하고 형상 관리하기 위해서는 별도의 구축도구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 재난안전정보 용어사전 구축도구를 통해 재난안전 분야의 용어를 입력하고 정제 및 검토하는 과정을 통하여 용어 표준화를 수행하고자 한다. 특히 본 논문에서 개발된 구축도구는 웹 기반 다중접속이 가능하도록 구현되었고, 하나의 표제어에 다양한 정의문이 할당되는 일대다 관계로 용어사전을 관리하고 있어 다양한 분야에서 혼재되어 있는 정의문들을 종합적으로 관리할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 현재는 개발된 구축도구를 활용하여 재난안전정보 용어사전을 구축 중에 있으며, 차후 구축된 용어사전을 재난안전 분야 실무자 및 일반 이용자에게 제공하기 위한 활용도구 구축 연구가 추가적으로 진행될 계획이다.

본고는 올해 처음 시도하는 세종계획 관용표현 전자사전 구축에 관한 글이다. 본 전자사전이 완성되면 관용표현의 총체적 정보(형태, 통사, 의미, 화용 정보)를 수록하는 최초의 업적이 될 뿐만 아니라 실제 언어 자료에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 관습적 표현까지 모두 포괄하는 4만 표제어의 대규모 사전이 될 것이다. 본 사전에서는 관용표현의 형태 통사적 구성과 그 분포적 속성뿐 아니라, 관용표현이 가지는 논항의 존재 유무, 구조, 조사 통합 양상, 그리고 고정명사에 대한 수식어 제약, 어휘적 통사적 변형 양상, 선어말어미 제약, 어말어미 제약, 문장 유형 제약 등이 수록된다. 또한 각 논항의 의미역과 선택제약에 관한 정보, 그 외 다양한 의미 화용 정보 어원 표기 정보 등도 담기게 된다. 본고에서는 그러한 정보의 표기 양식을 하나하나 명시적으로 설명할 것이다.

Julia set, Fatou set와 Mandelbrot set 가 컴퓨터에 의하여 도형화된 후부터 혼돈 역학체계 (chaotic dynamical system)에 대한 연구가 모든 학계에 비상한 관심을 모으고 있으며 특히 수학자들에 의하여 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 또한 혼돈 역학체계를 기초로 하여 컴퓨터 그래픽스를 이용한 후랙탈(fractal)들의 매혹적인 시각적 표현으로 인하여 최근들어 과학자들 뿐 아니라 일반대중의 후랙탈에 대한 관심이 매우 높아지고 있다. 후랙탈이란 말은 라틴어 fractus(부서진 상태를 뜻함)에서 유래되었으며 1975년 Mandelbrot가 수학 및 자연계의 비정규적 패턴들에 대한 체계적 고찰을 담은 자신의 에세이의 표제를 주기 위해서 만들었다(〔6〕). 후랙탈을 기술하는데 있어서 가장 중요한 양은 차원(dimension)으로, 예컨데 Cantor 1/3 집합은 길이 1인 선분으로부터 시작하야 매 단계마다 모든 선분들의 가운데 1/3을 잘라내는 것을 무한히 반복함으로써 얻어지는데 이 집합의 Lebesgue measure는 0이지만 후랙탈 차원은 log2/log3 로 정수차원이 아닌 실수차원을 갖으며 또한 Cantor 1/3집합은 연속이 아니면서 점도 선도 아닌 집합인 것이다. 이 논문에서는 Box counting dimension 과 Hausdorff dimension에 대한 몇 가지 정의를 하고 정리 2.6, 정리2.7 및 정리 3.3을 증명함으로써 어떤 성질을 갖는 후랙탈의 가장 중요한 양인 후랙탈 차원에 대하여 논의 하고자 한다.

It is useful to find something valuable for researching through literature based discovery. Swanson's ABC model, known as literature based discovery, suggests the relationship between entities undiscovered yet. This study tries to find the valid relationship between entities by referring to citation which connects articles on similar topic. We collect citation from references in articles, and extract important concepts in titles and abstracts through text mining techniques. We reproduce the relationship between fish oil and Raynaud's disease, which is known as one of Swanson's works, and compare the results with entities identified from traditional approach.

The development of civilization of the book which owed the invention of printing played a prominent part in all fields in IS-16 centuries. In this paper, little attempt has been made to examine the physical make-up of this early printed books: the paper and the parchment as a graphic media; the type mould, the composition and the impression as a tool and a process of the typography: the fold of paper and the format of book; the title page and colophon, the various style of types and writings, the lubrication and decoration, the illustration, and finally, the binding with a leather.

품사 태그세트 매핑은 서로 다른 품사 태그세트로 태깅되어 있는 대량의 코퍼스들로부터 정보를 얻고 또한 제공함을 통해 코퍼스의 재사용성(reusability)을 높이는데 유용하게 사용된다. 본 논문은 포항공대 자연언어처리 연구실의 자연언어처리 엔진(SKOPE)의 품사 태거(POSTAG)에서 사용되는 태그세트와 한국전자통신연구원의 표준 태그세트 간의 양방향 태그세트 매핑을 다룬다. 매핑을 통해 표준태그세트로 태깅된 코퍼스로부터 POSTAG를 위한 대용량 학습자료를 얻고 POSTAG 가 두 가지 태그세트로 결과를 출력할 수 있다. 특히 한국어 태그세트 매핑에서 발생할 수 있는 여러 가지 문제점들, 즉 사전 표제어 차이 (형태소 분할 차이), 태그 할당 차이, 축약 처리 차이 등과 그것들의 기계적인 해결책을 살펴보고, 태그세트 매핑의 정확도를 측정하기 위해서 매핑 전과 후의 태깅 시스템의 정확도를 서로 비교함으로써 매핑의 정확도를 측정하는 실험을 수행하였다. 본 자동 매핑 방법을 반영한 POSTAG 는 제 1회 형태소 분석기 평가 대회(MATEC'99)에 적용되어 성공적으로 사용되었다.

A method of calculating the natural frequency corresponding to the first mode of vibration of beams and tower structures, with irregular cross-sections and with arbitrary boundary conditions was developed and reported by D. H. Kim in 1974. This method has been developed for two-dimensional problems including the laminated composite plates and was proved to be very effective for the plates with arbitrary boundary conditions and irregular sections. In this paper, the result of application of this method to the building slabs with passive and active control devices is presented. Finite difference method is used to obtain the deflection influence surfaces needed for this vibration analysis in this paper. The influence of the modulus of the foundation on the natural frequency is thoroughly studied.

The title complex [Pt(dppe)($NO_3$)($CF_3SO_3$)] (dppe=1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane, $Ph_2PCH_2CH_2PH_2$) was prepared by sequentially treating [Pt(dppe)$Cl_2$] with 1 equiv of $AgNO_3$ and 1 equiv AgOTf (OTf=$CF_3SO_3$). The Pt metal is coordinated by two phosphorous atoms of the dppe ligand, one oxygen atom of the nitrato ($NO^-_3$) ligand, and one oxygen atom of the triflato(trifluoromethylsulfonato, $OTf^-$) ligand. The coordination sphere of Pt metal can be described as a distorted square plane.

This article attempts to extract headwords for complication of "Donguibogam Dictionary" with Corpus-based Analysis. The computerized original text of Donguibogam is changed into a text file by a program 'EM Editor'. Chinese characters of high frequency of exposure among Chinese characters of Donguibogam are extracted by a Corpus-based analytical program 'AntConc'. Two-syllable, three-syllable, four-syllable, and five-syllable words including each Chinese characters of high frequency are extracted through n-cluster, one of functions of AntConc. Lastly, The output that is meaningful as a word is sorted. As a result, words that often appear in Donguibogam can be sorted in this article, and the names of books, medical herbs, disease symptoms, and prescriptions often appear especially. This way to extract headwords by this Corpus-based Analysis can suggest better headwords list for "Donguibogam Dictionary" in the future.

국어사전의 뜻풀이말은 표제어의 의미를 기술할 뿐만 아니라, 상위/하위개념, 부분-전체개념, 다의어, 동형이의어, 동의어, 반의어, 의미속성 등의 많은 의미정보를 내재하고 있다. 본 연구는 뜻풀이말에서 다양한 의미정보를 획득을 위한 기본적인 도구로서 국어사전의 뜻풀이말 구문분석기를 구현하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해서 우선 국어사전의 뜻풀이말을 대상으로 일정한 수준의 품사 및 구문 부착 말 뭉치를 구축하고, 이 말뭉치들로부터 품사 태그 중의성 어절의 빈도 정보와 통계적 방법에 기반한 문법규칙과 확률정보를 자동으로 추출한다. 본 연구의 뜻풀이말 구문분석기는 이를 이용한 확률적 차트파서이다. 품사 태그 중의성 어절의 빈도 정보와 문법규칙 및 확률정보는 파싱 과정의 명사구 중의성을 해소한다. 또한, 파싱 과정에서 생성되는 노드의 수를 줄이고 수행 속도를 높이기 위한 방법으로 문법 Factoring, Best-First 탐색 그리고 Viterbi 탐색의 방법을 이용한다. 문법규칙의 확률과 왼쪽 우선 파싱 그리고 왼쪽 우선 탐색 방법을 사용하여 실험한 결과, 왼쪽 우선 탐색 방식과 문법확률을 혼용하는 방식이 가장 정확한 결과를 보였으며 비학습 문장에 대해 51.74%의 재현률과 87.47%의 정확률을 보였다.
