Studies on Target Market of GAP Certified Raw-Ginseng (GAP 인증 수삼의 표적시장 연구)

  • This study was carried out to suggest producers' marketing direction for GAP certified rawginseng using STP(segmentation, targeting and positioning). In order to fulfill this object, conjoint analysis and cluster analysis were used. The main results are as follows. Based on the results of part worth for attributes such as safety, size, and price, GAP certified raw-ginseng, large size, and low price were preferred to conventional ginseng, small size, and high price respectively. In the relative importance for each attributes, safety was 47.2%, size was 30.0%, and price was 17.8%. As a result of market segmentation, 3 consumer groups(large size preferred, safety preferred, lower price preferred) were classified. Among those groups, the safety preferred group was selected as a target market for GAP certified raw-ginseng and its market size was estimated approximately 2,968 tons which is 26.8% of total raw ginseng market.

  • The brand value of apartment which affects not only sale percent and profit but also the worth of real estate is rising as an important point of apartment competition. But now the apartment brand market is occupied by some large-sized construction companies with strong recognition. So it's difficult for newly joined construction companies to enter the apartment market and the companies that made inroads into the market don't have the brand effects because of consumers' ignorance. Therefore, through the analysis of example from construction and industrial companies, I suggest the marketing strategy which consists of target market, positioning strategy, brand naming strategy, PR strategy and distinct strategy.

  • This study aims to propose that archives introduce marketing strategies for their archival reference services. Target marketing which is based on market segmentation for customer satisfaction is popular among enterprises in these days. Market segmentation strategy of target marketing need to be used for user centered archival reference services in archives. This study proposed that demographic, geographic, psychographics, and use variables can be used for archival user segmentation. And for the user segmentation, archives should collect data of use and users systematically.

  • This study examined the present condition of convention of convention in Korea and the establishment of strategies for the convention marketing. It is defined as establishing a direction of decision-making for the achievement of efficiency in the convention activities and consists of the following steps; firstly, to set up a target market through the analysis of the convention market and the itemization of the market, and then to draw up a budget and adopt a strategy of convention marketing. Based on this plan of convention marketing, I think the 7P strategy variables such as product, price, passage, and promotion, as well as the participant, physical proof, and process of service assembling should be fixed to attain the target market, for the convention industry is a field of service industry.

A study on the information effect of tracking error affecting the sector ETF pricing (산업별 ETF의 가격결정에 영향을 미치는 추적오차의 정보효과에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the information effect about the pricing using the ETF price, the benchmark index, and the total tracking error between the ETF price and the benchmark index on the index ETF market and sector ETF markets. Furthermore, the total tracking error is distinguished between the market tracking error and the NAV tracking error. Summary of this study are as follows: First, While KODEX200 don't have impact factors on the price, the most sectors of ETF have the factors affecting the pricing decision. They are the day before the total tracking error or market tracking error. Second, for the ETF price of the most industry, we find that the day before the market tracking error have the price discovery function because it is a negative(-) coefficients. But NAV tracking error could not find such a feature. Finally, the sector ETF price of energy chemical, construction, IT, and semiconductor industries affected of the day before positive(+) impact by the benchmark index price.

  • 본 연구에서는 기업의 기술 사업화 타당성 평가 시, 기술성, 시장성 및 경제성 평가가 독립적으로 진행되는 것을 제고하고, 평가과정 중에서 자연스럽게 기술성과 사업성을 결합하여 인식할 수 있는 방법론적 틀을 제시하고자 하였다. 여기서는 크게 LSLP 개념을 도입한 기술기여율 분석과, 기술적 난이도 및 부가가치 창출율의 기하평균으로 구성된 기술의 제품기여도 분석으로 이를 파악하고자 하였으며, 이를 통해 도출된 결과들은 기술의 경제적 가치의 상대적 파악, 표적시장 및 기업의 기술 포트폴리오 구축에 활용되었다.

A Study on Segmenting of Cruiser Customers (관광유람선 고객의 시장세분화에 관한 연구)

  • This study was conducted for market segmentation of cruise tourist according to launching the "T" in Busan. Benefit segmentation was used to identify attributes of cruise services; importance of ship's physical appearance and importance of service and activities. 24 attributes were distilled to 5 factors: 'Facility & Service', 'Atmospherics of cruise ship', 'Escape', 'Choice', 'Safety'. A K-means cluster analysis identified three clustered segments for five importance factors in which high loyalty customers were found to be the most important segment. Based on the findings, three distinct groups were formed: 'Moderators', 'High Loyalty', 'Spurious'. The most important factors by high loyalty groups were identified 'Safety', 'Facility & Service', 'Atmospherics of cruise ship', 'Choice', 'Escape' in order. The results of the study showed statistically significant differences among the three groups in terms of demographic and behavioral variables. Especially, the target market should be considered by 'High Loyalty' group and 'Moderators' group in order. Positioning strategies and marketing mix strategies for effectively targeting the segments were discussed.

  • International marketing, which is target market that overseas market is differ from environments and given conditions with a domestic market, is infinite variety shape of market as well as is differ from language, customs, sales habit, structure of market, and system of law, is changing dynamically. It is very difficult to develop, maintain and enlarge this market without practice of efficient sales promotion. But, majority of corporations in a country cannot recognize the importance of this, actually, they had been doing marketing by rule of thumb. So corporations of our country have to pass over simply importing and exporting, they have to promote international marketing strategy with an eye for a long period including technology and sales practice. Ultimately, they have to enlarge range of overseas business in quality and quantity. International marketing which is more advance and progressive sales strategy, has to collect overseas markets information speedily and exactly, and practice more specific marketing mix strategy based on collecting marketing information.

  • 본 연구는 소비자의 의류제품평가에 있어 개인적ㆍ심리적 요인인 자기이미지 및 의복태도의 관련성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 소비자의 의류제품평가는 다차원적인 구조를 가지며, 외관적, 성능적, 외재적, 표현적 요소로 세분화되어 사용되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 소비자의 자기이미지와 의복태도에 따라 의류제품 평가기준과 의복선호스타일에 유의한 차이가 나타남으로써 이들이 소비자의 의류제품 평가에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인이라는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 이러한 소비자의 자기이미지 및 의복태도는 감성이나 이미지와 같은 요소들의 중요성이 증가하고 있는 최근의 의류시장의 경향에 부합하여 시장세분화의 효과적인 변수로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 이와 함께 자기이미지 및 의복태도를 통해 세분화된 표적시장 소비자들이 보다 중요시하는 의류제품평가의 차원들을 파악하고 이를 강화함으로써 보다 효율적인 마케팅 전략을 수립할 수 있을 것이다.
