A Study on the Subjective Perception Types of Vulnerable Adolescents on the School Environment (취약계층 청소년의 학교환경에 대한 주관적 인식유형 연구)

  • In this study, the characteristics of the experiences and perceptions of vulnerable adolescents on the school environment were explored and categorized, and of which the meanings were confirmed. For this purpose, Q methodology was used, and 94 Q samples were extracted by analyzing pre-interviews, literature analysis, and media search contents to form a Q population. Q classification was performed on the subjects. The schools belonging to the sample P are 7 high schools in Seoul and 4 high schools in Gyeonggi-do. As a result of analyzing the data collected in Q sorting using QUANL-PC program, a Q analysis program, it was classified into 4 types. Type 1 is 'a conformal and moeling type', and Type 2 is 'negative and defiant type', Type 3 is 'passive and helpless type' and Type 4 is 'progressive and struggling type'. Through this study, it is expected that this study will be able to understand the experiences and perceptions of the school environment of underprivileged adolescents, and to obtain the necessary clues for realistic support strategies for them.

  • This study was conducted to examine the nursing image types and characteristics of nurses perceived by nursing college students by applying the Q methodology and to manage effective nursing education and clinical education. The survey was conducted from May 15, 2017 to May 24, 2017, and the data collection for the Q population composition was based on in-depth interviews and literature review. First, nursing college students were searched for convenience and 158 statements were obtained based on open questionnaires and 64 statements extracted from in-depth interviews and after a literature review. To select the Q sample, Q population was categorized by taking several repeated readings. Five categories were developed from these processes: quality and role, social awareness, professionalism, uniqueness, and working conditions. The selected statements were reviewed and revised by experts and 35 Q samples were finally selected. Based on this, 46 students in one nursing college classified 35 Q statements, and analyzed data using PC QUANL program. The results of the study were as follows: 2) Type I-1: Job related anxiety, Type I-2: cold and professional, Type II-1: Complaint of treatment and Type II-2: Profession-Unacceptable. These results are expected to provide useful data for understanding the characteristics of nurses' images and provide data enabling development of image improvement strategies of nursing education and clinical education.

The Structural Relationship and Difference During to Watch Sports Through TV by Advertising to Perceived Intrusiveness, Advertising Attitude and Advertising Avoidance (TV를 통한 스포츠 시청 중 광고에 대한 소비자의 지각된 침입성, 광고태도, 광고회피의 차이와 구조적 관계)

  • The purpose of this research was to find out the structural relationship and difference soccer and baseball during TV sport broadcasting of advertising for consumer attitude relation of advertising, advertising avoid, perceived intrusiveness in order to help for advertising strategy and giving for good image to sport viewer by advertising media. In this study, 275 surveys were collected and the participants were university student in B metropolitan city using convenience sampling method. The questionnaires were written using self-administration method. The confirmatory factor analysis and the structural equation model were done using IBM AMOS 20. The reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, frequency analysis, independent t-test and correlation were done using IBM SPSS Statistics 21. The results were as follows: First, cognitive avoidance and physical avoidance was shown that baseball viewer was higher than football viewer. Advertising attitude and perceived intrusiveness was shown the baseball viewer and football viewer not different. Second, perceived intrusiveness had effect advertising attitude. Third, perceived intrusiveness had effect avoidance(physical avoidance, cognitive avoidance). Fourth, advertising attitude had effect on advertising cognitive avoidance. Fifth, advertising attitude had not effect on advertising physical avoidance.

  • The purpose of this study is to present an alternative improving the efficient and reasonable of the physical distribution system management is influenced by many factors. Therefore, the study depends on the documentary method and survey method to achieve the purpose of this study. The major components of a physical distribution system are refers to as elements, include warehouse·storage system, transportation system, inventory system, physical distribution information system. The factors used in this study are ① factor of product(quality·A/S·added value of product·adaption of product·technical competitive power to other enterprises), ② factor of market(market channel·kinds of customer·physical distribution share), ③ factor of warehouse·storage(warehouse design·size·direction·storage ability·warehouse quality), ④ factor of transportation(promptness·reliability·responsibility·kinds of transportation·cooperation united transportation system·national transportation network), ⑤ factor of packaging (packaging design·material·educating program·pollution degree measure program), ⑥ factor of inventory(ordinary inventory criterion·consistence for inventories record), ⑦ factor of unloaded(unloaded machine·having machine ratio), ⑧ factor of information system (physical distribution quantity analysis·usable computer part), ⑨ factor of physical distribution cost(sales ratio to product) ⑩ factor of physical distribution system(physical distribution center etc). The implication of this study can be summarized as follows: ① In firms that have not adopted a systems integrative approach, physical distribution is a fragmented and often uncoordinated set of activities spread throughout various functions with function having its own set of priorities and measurements. ② The physical distribution is recognized as more an important strategic factor than a simple cost reduction factor, ③ It can be used a strategic competition tool to enterprise.

Perceptions of Residents and Visitors of the Policy for Special Protected Areas in Korean National Parks - A Case Study of the Nature Restoration Period in Chilsun Valley of Jirisan National Park - (국립공원 특별보호구 정책에 대한 지역주민과 탐방객의 인식에 관한 연구 - 지리산국립공원 칠선계곡 자연휴식년제를 중심으로 -)

  • This study is a survey on the general perceptions of the residents and visitors regarding the Nature Restoration Period in Chilsun Valley in Jirisan National park, and it was designed to establish systematic park management plan for the Special Protected Areas in Korean National Parks. This survey was conducted on the residents of five towns including Chuseong-ri, Gwangjum-dong, Uijung-ri, Uitan-ri and Uipyeong-ri, as well as visitors to Chilsun Valley by using convenience sampling. The result showed that those individuals or groups who responded to the survey were all positive about preservatory effect of Nature Restoration Period in the valley; however they also showed major perceptional differences as to the ways in which the nature restoration period managed. They also disagreed among themselves on the assessment of the extent of damage that could be generated due to the restoration, the appropriateness of the Nature Restoration Period as a management policy and maintenance of the policy in the future. The appropriateness as a policy and the extent of damage due to the Nature Restoration Period particularly showed some serious perceptional differences among five resident groups based on the location of their towns. To minimize current conflict and achieve the goal of Nature Restoration Period, the park management authorities need to communicate more actively with the stakeholders of the local community and NGOs, and secure their support and cooperation by accommodating their ideas and opinions to build a strategic partnership.

  • 기존의 웹 디자인은 웹이라는 매체의 특성 상 디자인적인 요소가 매우 중요함에도 불구하고 디자인은 위한 구체적인 방법론이 미약하다. 특히, 많은 소비자들을 유인하고 구매를 촉발시켜야 하는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 경우에는 더욱 더 그럼하에도 불구하고 이를 위한 전략적인 방법론이 부족하다. 즉, 기존 연구들은 제품의 다양성, 서비스, 촉진, 항해량, 편리성, 사용자 인터페이스 등이 중요하다고 하였지만 실제 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 디자인하는 입장에서는 활용하기가 상당히 애매하다. 그 이유는 이들 요인들은 서로 영향관계를 가지고 있어서 사용자 인터페이스가 복잡하면 항해량이 늘어나 편리성이 감소하고, 제품이 늘어나더라도 검색엔진을 사용하면 상대적으로 항해량이 감소하게 되어 편리성이 증가한다. 따라서, 이들 요인을 활용하여 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 구축하려면 요인간의 영향관계를 면밀히 파악하고 이 영향요인이 소비자의 구매행동에 어떠한 영향을 주는지가 충분히 검토되어야 한다.이에 본 연구에서는 퍼지인식도를 이용하여 인터넷 쇼핑몰 상에서 소비자의 구매행동에 영향을 주는 요인을 추출하고 이들 요인간의 인과관계를 도출하여 보다 구체적이고 전략적으로 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 디자인할 수 있는 방법으로 web-Cogmulator를 제시한다. Web-Cogmulator는 소비자의 쇼핑몰에 대한 암묵지식 형태의 구매행동을 형태지식화하여 지식베이스 형태로 가지고 있기 때문에 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 다양한 요인의 변화에 따른 소비자의 구매행동을 추론 시뮬레이션하는 것이 가능하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기본적인 인터넷 쇼핑몰 시나리오를 바탕으로 추론 시뮬레이션을 실시하여 Web-Cogmulator의 유용성을 검증하였다.를, 지지도(support), 신뢰도(confidence), 리프트(lift), 컨빅션(conviction)등의 관계를 통해 다양한 방법으로 모색해본다. 이 연구에서 제안하는 이러한 개념계층상의 흥미로운 부분의 탐색은, 전자 상거래에서의 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)나 틈새시장(niche market) 마케팅 등에 적용가능하리라 여겨진다.선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. A Study on the Knowledge Acquisition from Local Companies and Job Seekers using Data Mining Techniques (데이터마이닝 기법을 이용한 지역 기업과 구직자로부터의 지식 도출에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of the study is the acquisitions of knowledge related in job searching from local companies and job seekers using data mining techniques. At the first step, for the study, we had selected the local companies their headquarters are located in Jeonbuk province. Then we had picked the graduating students out from the high schools, colleges, and universities in the same area as the job seekers. After the targeting of the sample, we had surveyed 560 local companies and 14 schools for the collecting of the preliminary data. As the result of the survey, we could collect 173 responses from the companies and 551 responses from the job seekers. At the second step using data mining, we had adapted the C5.0 algorithm to extract the inference rules. Then we had used the Visual Basic (VB) programming language to visualize the rules at the third step. At the fourth step, we transformed the inference rules into DB tables. At the final step, we had executed the rule inferences to support the development of the long-term human resources development (HRD) strategies. As the result of the study, we could suggest the helpful information to the HRD directors and job seekers in designing their strategies in managing their jobs and career development.

A Study on Management Strategies and Structural Relationships in the Restaurant Industry Using the Service Profit Chain (서비스이익사슬 모형을 적용한 외식업의 구조적 관계와 경영전략에 관한 연구: 직원과 고객을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically determine the structural relationship between employee constructs such as internal service quality, employee satisfaction, and organization commitment and customer constructs such as perceived value, customer satisfaction, and loyalty to suggest an effective business strategy for restaurant business. To do this, the study consulted with the Korea Restaurant Association, the representative of Korean food service and got the intention of participating in the research from the Daegu branch. As a result, 51 restaurants registered in the Daegu branch who showed their intention to participate were selected as an initial sample. Also, other restaurants were introduced through snow-ball sampling method by the owners of restaurants who finished responding to the survey, and total 100 restaurants were examined. A survey was conducted to external customers who visited restaurants and internal customers working there. For final analysis, 741 questionnaires of internal customers and 970 questionnaires of external customers were used. The result of analysis showed that team-work & communication in internal service quality has a significant effect on employee satisfaction, employee satisfaction on organization commitment, and organization commitment on value perceived by customers. Also, perceived value has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty, and customer satisfaction on loyalty.

  • 오늘날의 기업은 상품을 판매하는 것 뿐만 아니라 기업의 신용과 이미지를 위해 그 상품에 대한 사후처리(After Service) 업무에 많은 투자를 하고 있다. 이러한 양질의 사후서비스를 고객에게 공급하기 위해서는 많은 인력을 합리적으로 관리해야 하고 요청되는 고장수리 서비스 업무를 빠르게 해결하기 위해서는 업무를 인력들에게 합리적으로 배정을 하고 회사의 비용을 최소화하면서 정해진 시간에 요청된 작업을 처리하기 위해서는 인력들에게 작업을 배정하고 스케줄링하는 문제가 발생된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 화학계기의 A/S 작업을 인력에게 합리적으로 배정하는 스케줄링 시스템에 관한 연구이다. 먼저 스케줄링 모델을 HP 사의 화학분석 및 시스템을 판매, 유지보수 해 주는 "영진과학(주)"회사의 작업 스케줄을 분석하여 필요한 도메인과 고객서비스전략과 인력관리전략에서 제약조건을 추출하였고 여기에 스케줄링 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 제약만족문제(CSP) 해결기법인 도메인 여과기법을 적용하였다. 도메인 여과기법은 제약조건에 의해 변수가 갖는 도메인의 불필요한 부분을 여과하는 것으로 제약조건과 관련되어 있는 변수의 도메인이 축소되는 것이다. 또한, 스케줄링을 하는데에 있어서 비용적인 측면에서의 스케줄링방법과 고객 만족도에서의 스케줄링 방법을 비교하여 가장 이상적인 해를 찾는데 트래이드오프(Trade-off)를 이용하여 최적의 해를 구했으며 실험을 통해 인력에게 더욱 효율적으로 작업들을 배정 할 수 있었고 또한, 정해진 시간에 많은 작업을 처리 할 수 있었으며 작업을 처리하는데 있어 소요되는 비용을 감소하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 검증하였다.를, 지지도(support), 신뢰도(confidence), 리프트(lift), 컨빅션(conviction)등의 관계를 통해 다양한 방법으로 모색해본다. 이 연구에서 제안하는 이러한 개념계층상의 흥미로운 부분의 탐색은, 전자 상거래에서의 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)나 틈새시장(niche market) 마케팅 등에 적용가능하리라 여겨진다.선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. The Effect of Retro Restaurant Servicescape on Customer Satisfaction - Focused on Moderating Role of the SNS Trust- (레트로 식당의 서비스스케이프가 만족도에 미치는 영향 -SNS 신뢰 조절효과 중심-)

  • Recently, as retro restaurants began to appear nationwide, including Seoul, consumers are aware of the importance and use them according to the important factors of Servicescape and the use of SNS. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Retro Restaurant's Servicescape and Customer Satisfaction, and the effect of SNS Trust in their relationship. Convenience sampling was used for customers with experience of using Retro Restaurant, which was recently created mainly in Seoul. The survey period lasted about one month from July 1, 2020, and the final 289 copies were used for analysis. The SPSS 21.0 statistical package program was used to verify the hypothesis. As a result of analysis, among the Servicescape factors of Hypothesis 1, attractiveness (β=.442, p<.001) and human service (β=.516, p<.001) had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In the moderating effect of Servicescape and SNS Trust of Retro Restaurant in Hypothesis 2, attractiveness⁎SNS trust had a significant positive (+) influence. Accessibility⁎SNS trust had a significant negative (-) influence. Lastly, in the fierce food service industry environment, it aims to achieve a competitive advantage in the food service market through a differentiated servicescape such as Retro Restaurant. Through the SNS marketing strategy, the loyalty and re-visiting of customers visiting the restaurant is checked, and it is intended to be provided as useful data for establishing a customer-oriented marketing strategy.
