  • 본 논문에서는 포토커플러와 DC모터를 이용한 축소형 자동운전 에스컬레이터를 제작한다. 포토커플러는 전기신호를 빛으로 변환하고 그 빛을 다시 전기신호로 전환하는 회로패스이다. 이 축소형 자동운전 에스컬레이터에는 3개의 포토커플러가 사용이 되고 입구에 하나 출구에 두개를 사용하여 입구의 포토커플러가 켜지면 운행이 되고 출구의 두개의 포토커플러 중 2번 포토커플러가 켜지면 안전을 위해 경보음이 울리게 한다. 여기서 에스컬레이터 양축의 힘의 평형을 위해 두개의 DC모터를 사용해 제작하게 된다. 이 축소형 자동 에스컬레이터는 광센서를 이용하여 전기절약과 안전을 생각한다. 직접 제작을 통해 에스컬레이터가 계속 켜져 있지 않고 필요할 때 켜지게 되므로 전기절약이 되고 경보음으로 인해 안전에 유의할 수 있다.

  • we have investigated a characteristic of a vibration displacement detector, which was made with a photocoupler. Output signals of the detector were dominant at 700Hz of the frequency of vibrator, and It was maximum, when the amplitude of input signal had been at 1.1V. The detector will be used in measuring the surface roughness of substrates.

  • 본 논문은 저 대기전력의 구현이 가능하며 출력전압을 정확하게 제어할 수 있는 플라이백 컨버터 제어방식을 제안한다. 제안 방식은 모든 절연 형 컨버터에 적용 가능하고, 2차 측에 PFM(Pulse Frequency Modulation) IC를 위치시켜 정확한 출력전압 제어가 가능하다. 또한, 1,2차 측간에 신호 전달을 위하여 기존에 사용되는 TL431과 포토커플러가 아닌 Y-capacitor와 Low-Pass-Filter를 적용하여, 저 대기전력 구현이 가능하다. 제안방식의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 이론적 해석과 시뮬레이션을 통하여 가능성을 확인하였다.

  • In order to maximize the usable capacity of a BMS (battery management system) that uses several battery cells connected in series, a cell balancing technique that equips each cell with the same voltage is needed. In the active cell balancing circuit using a multi-winding transformer, a balancing circuit that transfers energy directly to the cell (cell-to-cell) is composed of a PMOS switch and a gate driving chip for driving the NMOS switch. The TLP2748 photocoupler and the TLP2745 photocoupler are required, resulting in increased cost and reduced integration. In this paper, instead of driving PMOS and NMOS switching devices by using photocoupler, we proposed 70V BCD process based PMOS gate driving circuit, NMOS gate driving circuit, PMOS gate driving circuit and NMOS gate driving circuit with improved switching time. ${\Delta}t$ of the PMOS gate drive switch with improved switching time was 8.9 ns and ${\Delta}t$ of the NMOS gate drive switch was 9.9 ns.

  • In recent, there has been progressed in various ways of research and development about a ubiquitous telemetry reading, but several problems are arising the reliability of reading value, power supply and so on. These issues were solved by using the RF module and digital pulse meter with photocoupler. Realized by this study, a telemetry reading system, utilizing RF and CDMA telecommunication, and check in real time the state of water leakage by managing the distinct usage data. In addition, the users can check it in person, and it can minimize the public enmities. Further, as a part of the silver industry fur constantly growing senior population, it might be introduced as safety supervision system.

  • 본 논문에서는 저 대기전력 구현이 가능하며 정확한 출력전압 제어가 가능한 SSR(Secondary Side Regulator) 플라이백 컨버터를 제안하였다. 제안 SSR 플라이백 컨버터는 2차 측에 control IC를 사용하여 별도의 제어기(TL431) 및 포토커플러를 제거하여 구조가 간단하고 대기모드 시 TL431의 바이어스 전류에 의한 전력소모를 줄일 수 있으므로 대기전력을 최소화 할 수 있으며 출력전압을 직접 검출하여 정확하게 출력을 제어할 수 있다. 한편 1차 측의 위치한 게이트 구동을 위해 절연된 1-2차 측간 신호를 전송하는 PET(Pulse Edge Transmitter)를 제안하였으며 제안 방식은 IC로의 직접화가 매우 용이하여 1-2차 측 IC와 제안 PET를 one-chip화 할 수 있다. 제안 회로의 타당성 검증을 위해 10W급 Adaptor의 시작품을 제작하였고, 이를 이용한 실험결과를 바탕으로 제안 시스템의 타당성을 검증한다.

  • The tool wear that is developed by long-term machining in mold manufacturing with machining center makes a severe influence to the accuracy and the surface roughness. In this reason, tool-wear supervising system which has guaranteed high accuracy and high speed is needed to improve the measurement quality. Touching probe and touch sensor are widely used to measure the tool profile at on-machine measurement. In this paper, using the newly developed electric touch point measuring system, the Automatic Tool Compensation System is developed to correct the error of tool diameter resulted from the wear, and the operating method of this system is also provided.

  • 본 논문은 Y-capacitor와 미분기를 이용한 절연형 AC/DC컨버터의 제어신호 전송기법을 제안한다. 기존 SSR(Secondary Side Regulation)의 제어단(Photo-coupler, TL431 및 부가회로)은 바이어스 전류에 의한 대기전력 손실이 크다. 하지만 제안된 방식은 기존 SSR의 제어단을 제거하고, 2차 측 제어신호를 EMI노이즈 경로로 사용되는 Y-capacitor와 저항, 커패시터만을 이용하여 1차 측으로 전송한다. 제안 신호전송기법의 이론적 해석과 PSIM Tool을 이용한 Simulation 결과를 통하여 타당성을 검증하였다.
