지금까지 1940년대부터 최근까지 건설된 미국의 시험도로에 대한 목적과 주요특징 등에 대해 알아보았다. 과거와 다르게 최근 건설된 시험도로들은 크게 도로 본선 옆에 시공한 시험도로의 형태와 시험 주로 형식의 루프구간으로 이루어져 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이는 시험주로에서는 포장재료 영향 평가를 목적으로, 시험도로에서는 포장층의 구조적 영향을 파악하기 위한 것으로 판단된다. 표 4는 최근 미국에서 건설된 시험도로를 간략하게 요약한 것이다.

오는 2011년부터 부산물을 포함한 수입되는 모든 쇠고기에 대해 12자리의 유통식별번호가 부여되며 유통되는 모든 수입쇠고기 포장박스에는 바코드 형식의 유통식별번호표가 부착된다. 유통식별번호표는 업무의 효율성을 감안해 현행 수입쇠고기 포장 박스에 부착되고 있는 한글표시사항과 함께 표기되는 방안이 검토된다. 즉, 거래명세서 발급 및 거래내역서 서류 작성 보관시 B/L(선하증권) 번호를 포함토록 하고 수입쇠고기 보관 판매시 B/L 번호 표시를 의무화했던 현행 수입쇠고기 유통이력관리 제도가 대대적으로 손질보다 강화된 방식으로 개편되는 것이다.

Semi rigid pavement is a pavement type using advantages of both flexibility of asphalt pavement and rigidity of concrete pavement by infiltrating cement paste into voids of open graded asphalt mixtures. The semi rigid pavement has better smoothness and smaller driving vibration or noise comparing to the concrete pavement, and has smaller permanent deformation and has temperature falling effect comparing to the asphalt pavement. The temperature falling effect were investigated at a semi rigid overlay pavement test section, and the temperature falling and water retaining effects were verified by measuring the temperature and weight of specimens at a housetop. Horizontal and vertical stresses and strains were compared by structural analysis of the semi rigid pavement and asphalt pavement using the Abaquser o, a commercial 3D finite element analysis program. The results were verified by Bisar 3.0, a multi-layered elastic analysis program. Performance of the semi rigid pavement and asphalt pavement were compared by predicting fatigue cracking based on the structural analysis results.

Recently, usage bicycle has been encouraged to reduce energy consumption and $CO_2$. For this purpose, lots of bike road construction are planned. Typical type of pavement used in bikeroad such as asphalt concrete pavement, portland cement concrete pavement, colored pavement, soil pavement. However, these pavement types may need high construction cost comparing the required capacity of bike road. In this study, roller compacted concrete pavement which are economical and durable, are investigated to use as bike road pavement. The optimum compaction level and mix design of roller compacted concrete pavement are suggested by exploring strength test with various mixture ratio and compaction level, Also durability was examined based on freeze-thaw and scaling test. In addition, the cost and amount of carbon emission during in the construction of roller compacted concrete were evaluated and compare with the cost and carbon emission of typical portland cement concrete.

Construction of road closed to mountains is inevitable in Korea because the mountainous region in Korea is more than 70% in area. Recently, due to global warming, typhoons or heavy rainfalls frequently occur, and accordingly, mountain roads are seriously damaged by landslides, debris flows, and uplift pressure below pavement. in this study, damage on pavement by uplift pressure was investigated. Various influencing factors such as slope angle, reinforcement of slope surface, thickness of soil cover underlain by rock, and types of drainage system were considered to evaluate uplift pressure acting on the bottom of pavement. Raising of water table up to the surface of slope may depend on the duration and intensity of rainfall. It shows that the installation of subdrain can reduce the uplift water pressure. Therefore, It is concluded that the use of subdrain system is effective to decrease uplift pressure and cement treated base is more endurable than typical crushed-stone base.

Recently, usage bicycle is encouraged to reduce fuel consumption and air pollution. For this purpose, bike road constructions are actively performed. However, types of pavement used in bike roads have high construction cost and performance comparing the required capacity of bike roads. Thus, an economical pavement type for construction is necessary for the effective development. Roller compacted concrete pavement have good requirements, such as easy construction and low costs, high structural performance of hydration and internal communication aggregation on compaction for bicycle roads. However, the pool landscape surface and resistance to deicer damage cannot be applied to the construction of bicycle roads. Thus, for solving this problem used coating which may have effect of improving the landscape and environmental resistance. To examine this effect were evaluated performance of roller compacted concrete pavement on the coating.

The rational methods of pavement design and analysis using the resilient modulus have been increasingly adopted by major advanced countries and many researches concerning the resilient characteristics of pavement materials as well as developement of reliable testing method have been actively performed. Accordingly, fundamental researches on the resilient modulus characteristics of domestic subgrade soils are very important. With want of aggregate due to the national constuction projects, it is siginificant to examine on the utilization of coal ash as pavement materials. The purpose of this study is to examine resilient modulus characteristics and to evaluate the relationship between MR and CBR by AASHTO testing method. The materials for this investigation are Coal Ash (Fly Ash, Bottom Ash) from 5 thermal-power-plants and 4 decomposed-granite-soils from central regions of Korea.
