The Design and Implementation of Interface in the Distributed Object Environment for the Object-Oriented Access of Relational Database (분산객체 환경에서 관계형 데이터베이스의 객체지향적 접근을 위한 인터페이스 설계 및 구현)

  • 대규모 분산 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축하는데 있어 CORBA와 DBMS의 연동은 필수적이다. 특히 개방 분산 환경에서 기존 시스템 통합시 관계형 데이터베이스의 접근 문제를 해결해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 ORB 컴포넌트중의 하나인 BOA(Basic Object Adapter)를 확장하여 관계형 데이터베이스의 연동을 지원하는 관계 데이터베이스용 객체 어댑터(Relational Object Data base Adapter: RODA)의 구현과 이를 이용한 응용 개발에 관한 내용을 기술한다. 객체-관계 사상은 Tie 방식과 객체 포장기(Object Wrapper)를 사용하여 CORBA 객체와 튜플을 일대일 대응시켰다. RODA 는 CORBA 지속성 객체의 생성, 데이터베이스 객체의 생성, 지속성 객체의 해지 등과 같은 ODA(Object Data base Adapter)가 가지는 주요 기능 뿐 아니라 관계형 데이터베이스의 객체 포장 기능을 제공한다. 이를 통해 개발자 측면에서는 RODA클래스 라이브러리를 이용하여 소프트웨어 개발 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 분산 응용에서 객체지향적 DB통합시 사용자에게 단일한 정보 처리 인터페이스를 제공하는 요소 기술로 활용할 수 있다.

  • 가. 작업단계 별 작업수단 및 노동투하시간 -고추재배는 포장준비 등 일부작업을 제외하고는 인력작업에 의존하고 있으며, 육묘에서 수확 및 수확후 포장처리가지의 총 노동투하시간은 266.7시간/10a로 수확작업이 44.5%로 많았으며, 다음으로 육묘, 지주세우기 및 제거, 정식, 방제 순으로 나타났다. 따라서 노력 및 생산비절감을 위해서는 고추재배 기계화가 시급한 것으로 판단된다. 나 일관기계화방안 -고추재배시 기계화를 저해하는 요인으로는 경지규모의 협소함, 재배지의 필지의 분산, 협소한 조간간격, 비닐멀칭 및 지주유인재배, 수확기간의 길이가 길고 횟수가 많음 등으로 나타났으며, 기계화가 곤란한 것으로 나타났으며, 고추재배일관기계화를 위하여는 공동 또는 공정육묘, 트랙터 등 대형기계중심의 포장준비, 정식은 자동정식기보급, 관수·시비자동화와 붐방제기 또는 방제장치시설화, 기계수확이 되어야할 것으로 판단되었다.

Residual characteristics of insecticide flubendiamide in kale (케일 중 살충제 Flubendiamide의 잔류 특성)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the residual characteristics of flubendiamide in kale to establish pre-harvest residue limits (PHRL) and the removal efficiency according to the washing solvent and method. Field tests were conducted at two different greenhouses, field 1 (Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do) and field 2 (Incheon-si, Gyeonggi-do). According to the safe use guidelines kale was sprayed with flubendiamide twice every 10 days and harvested 0 (after 2 h), 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 and 10 days after the final application. The biological half-live of flubendiamide in kale was calculated based on dissipation curves of the pesticide in samples analyzed by liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry. In the analysis, method limits of quantitation (MLOQ) were 0.01 mg/kg, and recoveries performed with two different fortification levels of 10 MLOQ and maximum residue limit (0.7 mg/kg) were 104.2±3.6 and 101.9±10.2%, respectively. The dissipation rate constant of flubendiamide in kales were 0.2437 at field 1 and 0.1981 at field 2. PHRL calculation equations obtained using the dissipation constants estimated as follows: if the residual concentration of flubendiamide in kale on 10 days before harvest is less than 8.0 mg/kg, the residual concentration on the harvest would be under MRL. The removal of flubendiamide from kale was the greatest when it was washed with vinegar (39.8%), followed by baking soda (31.7%), calcium powder (30.2%), neutral detergent (27.2%), and tap water (15.9%). The results of this study would be useful for both farmers and consumers to produce or consume safe agricultural products.

  • For the time being, HMA test specimen were prepared by Marshall Compaction Method for hot mix asphalt design and evaluated the mechanical properties of HMA at the specified air voids. Gyratory Compaction can simulate the field compaction process and measure the degree of compaction just after field compaction in laboratory. Superpave mix design with Gyratory compactor has been used for characterization of performance. The curve of gyratory compaction can be used to evaluate the permanent deformation potential of hot mix asphalt. In this paper, couple of indices for hot mix asphalt have been showed for hot mix asphalt in Korea. The major properties from gyratory compaction curve are compaction energy index and traffic compaction index. The specific guide line for the potential of hot mix asphalt has been proposed.

The Fundamental Properties of Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Packaging Materials for Bike Paths using Industrial By-products (산업부산물을 이용한 유무기 복합 자전거 도로 포장재의 기초적 특성)

  • In this study, in order to develop organic-inorganic hybrid packaging materials(PM) of bike paths using blast furnace slag(BS) as industrial by-products, fundamental properties of organic-inorganic hybrid packaging materials were performed. Test result, the increase of Acryl emulsion polymer(AEP)/binder(B) ratios tends to delay the setting time, to increase the table flow, to decrease the strength by material segregation and to increase the length change. The optimal mix proportion of AEP decides on 40%(AEP/B) due to workability and high strength. The increase of BS replacement ratios also tends to delay the setting time, to separate AEP from B and to decrease the strength by material segregation. When BS replacement ratios were lower than 40%, they are satisfied with goal properties.

Estimation of Bearing Capacity of Subbase and Subgrade Using Pavement Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (포장동적관입시험기(PDCP)에 의한 보조기층 및 노상 지지력 측정)

  • This paper presents a theoretical approach for estimation of CBR-value of subbase course and subgrade using a portable pavement dynamic cone penetrometer(PDCP). The PDCP used in this paper was based on a design from South Africa and extensive studies by Kleyn(1982) and more recently by Liveneh and Ishai(1987) and Chua(1988). To date, California Bearing Ratio[CBR] value was studied mainly for application of pavement structural design. This study was initiated to develop a method of obtaining the in situ CBR-values of subbase and subgrade for the structural evaluation of pavements in the swift and inexpensive manner. PDCP tests were implemented at 20 different kinds of soil samples in the lab and test results were analysed by a theoretical approach introduced. The procedure presented provides acceptable and promising results.

Development of the Impulse Response Measurement System for Non-destructive Test of Slab Structure (판상 구조물 비파괴검사를 위한 충격응답시험기의 개발)

  • We developed a Impulse Response Measurement System, including hardware system and data analysis software, for non-destructive test of slab structure. And, we carried out impulse response measurements on the pavement to test performance of the system. In the field test, the developed system measured impulse response stably and showed parameters immediately. Test results showed that dynamic stiffness and average mobility varies significantly depending on the characteristics of the pavement materials. Some data showed anomalous values those reflect variations in pavement itself or subsurface ground. Developed system gives informations of conditions of slab structure easily and quickly. So, 2-D monitoring with the system will be helpful in maintaining various slab structures.

  • Curling is caused by the difference in the temperature and humidity by the depth of the slab in Jointed Plain Concrete Pavement. Slab curvature shape and size change due to curling exert a profound influence on the internal stress and roughness of the pavement, affecting structural and functional performance of the pavement. Direct measurement of the slab curvature entails many problems. Many measuring instruments have to be installed at the early-stage of the pavement construction, and the behavior of the slab curvature needs to be measured accurately from the early-stage. Moreover, the cost and technical difficulty are very formidable to measure the slab curvature. This study develops a measurement method for slab curvature in jointed concrete pavement at any given time by applying Power Spectrum Density Analysis and Inverse Fast Fourier Transformation to the profile data, that can be easily obtained at the construction field site. The effectiveness of this developed method is verified by measuring the profile data of the test road of jointed concrete pavement at an inland central expressway by the hour and by examining the result of extracting the slab curvature shape from this profile data. Additionally, the profile data of CRCP(Continuously Reinforced Concrete Pavement) sections on the same expressway were obtained and analyzed at the same time. The validity of the method developed for the slab curvature shape extraction is verified by comparing the result from the analysis of the profile data of CRCP sections with that from the analysis of the prof1Ie data of jointed concrete pavement sections.

Improvement of Moisture Resistance of Aqueous Slip-Resistant Adhesive on the Polyethylene Film (폴리에틸렌 필름에서의 수용성 미끄럼 방지 접착제의 내습 특성 개선)

  • Stretch wrapping processes that are used to the packaging process had a serious problem of high price and treatment of used wraps. On the other hand, slip-resistant adhesive provides the advantage of simple process, low cost, and free from after-use treatment. In this research, adhesion deterioration of aqueous slip-resistant adhesive adhered to polyethylene film under the moisture condition using aqueous slip-resistant adhesive was observed by the Peel Test. Improvement of adhesive property under the moisturizing condition could be obtained by the selection of appropriate additives. As a result, introduction of maltodextrin reduced the deterioration of slip-resistant adhesion owing to the improved moisture resistance and introduction amount of 10 wt% of maltodextrin showed optimal performance.

  • 궤도형 차량의 이동구조는 에너지 소비 측면에서 단점이 있지만 접지압의 감소로 인한 평지 및 야지험지에서도 원활한 주행이 가능한 장점으로 인해 농업분야의 플랫폼에서 많이 사용된다. 곡식을 베는 일과 탈곡하는 일을 한 번에 하는 콤바인도 이러한 무한궤도형 이동구조를 사용한다. 또한 궤도형 차량의 방향전환 및 주행속도 변환은 좌 우 궤도의 회전 속도를 다르게 하여 동시에 제어하기 때문에 정교한 주행 성능을 위해서는 궤도형 차량의 기구학 모델을 고려한 경로 계획이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 직교형 포장에서 Round harvesting 기법 기반으로 궤도형 차량의 기구학 모델 및 포장정보를 고려한 자율주행 콤바인 경로계획 알고리즘을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 Labview 기반의 궤도형 차량 시뮬레이션을 구축하여 실제 포장정보를 이용해 생성 된 경로의 적용 가능성을 구명하고자 하였다. 자율주행 콤바인 경로 계획은 콤바인의 길이, 너비, 회전 시 좌 우 궤도의 속도 비, 직진 속도와 회전 속도 비, 회전 각도, 포장의 외부 경계선, 작업 겹침 량, 회경 횟수를 이용하여 좌현 새머리 선회를 포함한 내부 왕복작업 경로를 생성하며 외부 회경 횟수는 2~3회를 가정하였다. 자율주행 시뮬레이션은 차체와 궤도 자체의 미끄러짐과 작동기 지연시간을 단순화 한 궤도형 기구학 모델형태로 구성하였다. 추종 알고리즘은 선견 거리법을 사용하였으며, 측면 변이값과 방향 오차의 선형조합을 이용하여 조향변수를 정의하고 퍼지로직기반으로 좌 우 궤도 속도를 7 단계화하여 조향장치를 모델링하였다. 실험결과 개발 된 경로생성 알고리즘은 실제 취득 된 포장 외부 경계 GPS 위 경도를 이용해 자동으로 생성이 가능하며 간략화 된 콤바인 시뮬레이션에서 직진주행 RMS 위치 오차는 0.05 m, 선회구간에서 직진 구간 진입 시 RMS 위치 오차는 0.11 m, 직진 구간 RMSE 방향 오차는 3.2 deg로 콤바인 예취부 간격인 30 cm보다 작은 위치 오차를 보이며 생성된 경로 전체 추종이 가능함을 나타내었다.
