The purpose of this study is to compare with work satisfaction, job stress and turnover intention of nurses who work in Comprehensive nursing care service ward, Anshim unit and general ward. The subjects are nurses of general ward, Anshim unit, Comprehensive nursing care service ward from two hospitals in Seoul and one hospital located in Gyeongi province. The summary of the research is as follows. Nurses in a general ward, a Comprehensive nursing care service ward and an Anshim unit don't have meaningful difference in job satisfaction(F=0.50, p=.602), job stress(F=1.12, p=.326), turnover intention.(F=0.02, p=.972). There were some statistic differences of Work satisfaction, job stress and turnover intention according to general characteristics. Henceforth it needs diverse consideration on these factors to reduce turnover intention of nurses.

For the past 66 years, the Korea-U.S. alliance has been a typical asymmetric alliance in which the U.S. supports South Korea's security during the Cold War and South Korea gives some of its policy autonomy to the U.S. But Lee Myung-bak government military alliance the 'comprehensive strategic alliance' of the character, 'value of alliance', Park Geun-hye ' a global, 'Frontier of cooperation', the government.'reciprocal, comprehensive alliance' Moon Jae-in, the government and partnerships developed with ' euroui the development of national security strategy said. The purpose of this study is to explore ways to build a reciprocal and comprehensive Korea-U.S. alliance for the development of the Korea-U.S. alliance policy in order to ensure South Korea's policy autonomy following changes in the Trump administration's alliance policy. The results of the research show the need for Korea to participate in the U.S.-led 'India-Pacific Strategy' continue diplomatic efforts for the mutual economic benefits of the two countries and strengthen public diplomacy in order to build the Korea-U.S. alliance in a reciprocal and comprehensive manner.

There are various information resources on the Internet and people are taking more interest in XML day by day. In XML, the structure of information can be freely defined so that the standardization of documents can be hardly made. If DTD, which is applied to an XML Document representing specific information, is including concept information, it can be freely applied to the structure of document and also contributes to the convenience in information retrieval. In this study, we developed universal DTD Generator in order to automatically generate DTD including concept information. For the generation of universal DTD, the conceptualization of information is required; to conceptualize information, the hierarchical structuring and propertizing are required. The hierarchical structuring represents the inclusive relation of routine concepts for representing information in hierarchical structure, and the propertizing represents the property and mutual relation that the each concept represented in hierarchical structure can have. The defined hierarchical structure and propertization come to generate the universal DTD Generator. The universal DTD generated by DTD Generator can be applied to all the XML Documents representing the same information in different structure. However, the most ideal way is that the information of universal DTD, which can be applied to various documents, is including all the cases. Therefore, the study for designing correct concept information is necessary.

This paper described a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and implemented assessment system for multi-layer decision making. The proposed method is a assessment before bidding through the key questions using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the entropy weights. The key questions are given by the wider investigation of major sports event organizers. The paper carried out evaluation of single factor and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation from low layer to high layer step by step. In order to verify the effectiveness of proposed method, we built the sports event management service platform (SEMSP) for assessment of applicant city. This method represents a unified one of the quantitative results and the qualitative results based on the judgment of experts.

There are a variety of entities in natural language such as people, organizations, places, and products. These entities can have many various meanings. The ambiguity of entity is a very challenging task in the field of natural language processing. Entity Linking(EL) is the task of linking the entity in the text to the appropriate entity in the knowledge base. Pairwise based approach, which is a representative method for solving the EL, is a method of solving the EL by using the association between two entities in a sentence. This method considers only the interdependence between entities appearing in the same sentence, and thus has a limitation of global interdependence. In this paper, we developed an Entity2vec model that uses Word2vec based on knowledge base of RDF type in order to solve the EL. And we applied the algorithms using the generated model and ranked each entity. In this paper, to overcome the limitations of a pairwise approach, we devised a pairwise approach based on comprehensive interdependency and compared it.

It is essential in social policy evaluation to examine how effectively they protect people from social risks. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of five income security programs of Korea in coping with poverty, using KoWEPs data. We analyse the coverage and adequacy of these programs, joint as well as individual, for each sub-groups. As a result, it was found that 35% of the poor get none of the benefits. The coverage and adequacy for the aged is rather high. However, for the working age people, the unemployed in particular, are very poorly covered and average benefits levels are very low. These findings imply that there are much room and demand for improvement of Korean income security program, especially for working age population.

The importance of GPS was great1y increased for aviation after the completion of the GPS satellite constellation in December of 1993. The Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS) is being developed for operational use in the United States and also a similar system, European Geostationary Navigation Overlay Service (EGNOS), is also under development in Europe. There are needs to develop Wide Area Differential GPS (WADGPS) covering Korea to complete the GNSS mentioned above. The GNSS then allows international aviation users to fly world-wide with a single avionic system. In case of DGPS, it can cover within 100km and needs many stations for serving the widely-spreaded users. But WADGPS can cover wide area via fewer stations than DGPS. In this paper we propose an Korea version of WADGPS and discuss on algorithms and performances.

This study examined the effects of the Ministry-of-Health-and-Welfare-initiated comprehensive nursing service on the nursing performance, job satisfaction, and customer orientation among nurses. The participants were nurses working in a running hospital without a patient-sitter in S city (Experimental group=57, Control group=55). The data was collected at 1 and 6 months following a pilot program and analyzed by SPSS using a Chi-squire test, t-test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and ANCOVA. The experimental group showed significantly better nursing performance, job satisfaction, and customer orientation than the control group. This finding can be used to establish the criteria for systematizing comprehensive nursing service.
