This study aims to observe the effect of age friendliness of cities on life satisfaction and to suggest ways to improve quality of life of older people. The secondary data sets were used in this study, which were '2014 Survey of Living Conditions and Welfare Needs of Korean Older People.' It's a nationwide data collected by the Korean Institute of Health and Social Affairs. A multilevel analysis model was used to analyze the data because the level of age friendliness has a hierarchical data structure. Results showed as follows: First, life satisfaction of older adults is affected by the level of age-friendliness of cities in which they live. Second, on the personal level, older people showed low life satisfaction when they are more older and have more chronic diseases and more depressed. On the contrary, life satisfaction of older adults increased when they have higher education and income. Third, on the city level, older people showed higher life satisfaction when they live in high employment rate area and participation rate of lifelong education. Cautions should be placed when interpret the result because the variables that represent the characteristics of age friendless of cities were constituted arbitrary. Based on the results, suggestions for improving the city environment age-friendly and implications for social welfare practice were provided.

The purpose of this study is to examine the Baby Boom Generation's participation intention for and needs on the elderly education. The survey research was conducted with the 261 participants who were born in 1955 through 1974 years. The results of this study are as follows : First, 67.4% of the respondents have not experienced life-long education because the respondents have no time to learn. Second, the positive agreement of the participation intention is 64.3% because the elderly people want to cope with the social changes themselves. Third, the respondents want to have the need for the elderly education by taking a class about health education with the method of practical training in a welfare organization. In conclusion, as showed the survey research, the elderly have highly participation intention about elderly education, so this study indicates that the high quality programs of elderly education should develop and provide.

It requires administrative supporting & Policies Aids on Maeul Community Media that confronted with reconstruction of community & interaction of residence. There are increased of community media research. This study examines the meanings of participants, the role of participants & volunteer, characteristic of community media, enlargement of residence, problems and activation of community media also conducted in-depth interviews of participants. According to the results of the analysis, the first it will be enforced administrative supporting & policies aids on Maeul Community Media. Secondly, suggests supporting of a municipal ordinance of Council. Thirdly, facilitate the education of program contents and management of community media. Finally, Supports of production costs.

The purpose of this study is to present the direction of career education by analyzing the meaning of the 3rd Five-Year Basic Plan for Career Education (2023-2027). The meaning of the 3rd Five-Year Basic Plan for Career Education (2023-2027) is: First, the 1st Comprehensive Career Education Plan (2010-2013) and the 2nd Five-Year Basic Plan for Career Education (2016-2020) It is most meaningful that the achievements and limitations of the program were analyzed and reflected in the 3rd 5-year basic plan for career education (2023-2027). Second, the career education presented in the 2022 revised curriculum is faithfully reflected. Third, the range of career education has not only increased, but also has been expanded in depth. Based on this, the direction of career education is presented. First, career education needs to be carried out throughout life. Second, it is necessary to respond sensitively to rapid social environment changes. Third, career education needs to be conducted in an organic relationship between government agencies. Career education policies need to be established and implemented from a holistic perspective of various government agencies such as industry, labor, and education.

The purpose of the study is to draw competencies of faculty members at graduate school faculty to implements the NCS-based curriculum. A set of competency was deductively derived from a total of three professors and consultants with more than ten-year experiences and has been involved in developing the college curriculum. The political endeavors of the Korean government toward the competency-based education have been implemented as a movement to the NCS-based curriculum. The requirements for the reorganization of curriculum and education system as well as cooperation among faculty, industry, region and development part of NCS were suggested for the activation of NCS based education and the operation of NCS. However, one of the most critical factors in introducing and implementing the NCS-based curriculum is the role of faculty members. Therefore, it is an urgent issue to equip the faculties with required competencies. Result showed that the competencies required professors at graduate school for the NCS-based curriculum implementation were classified into four areas: marco-level curriculum development; micro-level course design; knowledge across areas; and attitude across areas.

Coinciding with the advent of COVID-19, online education is on the rise both domestically and globally, and has become an absolutely necessary and irreplaceable form of education. It is a very curious question what the perception of people about the suddenly growing form of education is, and how it has changed. This study investigated changes in consumers' perception of online education using big data. To this end, we divided the time into four stages: before COVID-19 (November to December 2019), after the triggering of COVID-19 (January to February 2020), right after the online classes started (March to April 2020), after experiencing some online education (May to June 2020). Then we conducted text mining, namely, keyword frequency analysis, network analysis, word cloud analysis, and sentiment analysis were performed. The implications derived as a result of the analysis can help education policy makers and educators working in the field to improve online education quality and establish its future directions.

This research has been conducted to investigate the satisfaction level of the learners on after school caring education and the mechanism to improve the drawbacks. In doing so, questionnaire has been carried out on the learners who have finished after school caring education. The results indicates that satisfaction level have been the highest in those who are not married(SD=27.18), has graduated high school(SD=25.55), earn between 2mil and 3mil Won a month(SD=27,42), participate in the program through internet(SD=25.91) respectively. In addition, there have not been significant differences in the level of satisfaction according to motivating factors including benefits for obtaining certificate(SD=27.12), benefits for finding job(SD=26.76), benefit for leisure activity(SD=26.20) and benefit for promotion(SD=24,32). These results imply that there needs to be educational facility and program which can satisfy the learners.

ADHD is a neuro-developmental disorder that begins in childhood, yet may continue into adulthood. Although 3 to 4 percent of adults are affected by ADHD, but only a small proportion of adults ever receive a formal diagnosis and treatment. The core symptoms of ADHD frequently lead to significant academic difficulties that often result in the students' teacher being the first to suspect the disorder. In order for school teachers to effectively deal with ADHD students in school classrooms, they need to have positive attitude toward ADHD students. This study presents a list of ADHD-related web sites which provide educational contents and support for school teachers, and provides the discussions about the current status and the roles of those web sites.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest guidelines for building up an integrated information network(IIN) model that enable to enhance production, flow and use of knowledge and information. The IIN consists of five areas of key infrastructure, such as, education, R&D, labor market, school-industry cooperation, and lifelong education information infrastructure. Based on the analysis of current situations and problems of each information infrastructure, this paper raises variety of issues and solution for the IIN model. Directions for building up the IIN includes both information base infrastructure and information support infrastructure.
