주거공간의 개방성은 채광, 조망, 환기에 직접적인 영향을 끼치는 특성으로, 단위세대의 개방성 확보를 위해 아파트의 평면유형이 다양화되고 있다. 그러나 개방형 평면유형과 주택가격과의 관계를 분석한 연구는 부족한 실정으로 본 연구는 개방형 평면 유형이 아파트 가격에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 개방형 평면유형과 베이수, 발코니비율, 공간 당 외부접면비율 등의 평면개방정도와 형태를 변수화하고, 2006년부터 2015년까지 120개월간 강남구에서 거래된 아파트 자료를 기반으로 헤도닉 가격모형과 인공신경망 모형을 통해 비교분석하였다. 분석결과, 베이수, 공간 당 외부접면 비율이 높을수록 아파트 가격은 상승하며, 개방형 평면 유형은 3면 개방형 평면, 직각 개방형 평면, 양면 개방형 평면, 1면 개방형 평면, 복합 개방형 평면 순으로 가격이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 신축 및 재건축시 사업자가 평면설계에 있어 소비자의 선호를 반영하고 구매자의 경우에도 평면유형에 따른 가치파악을 위한 시사점을 제공할 수 있다.

Recently, house market is focusing to consumer because competition between contractors is getting more deeply. So they are suppling various plans and changing space to confront lifestyle of consumers. This study has researched types of master rooms and analyzed the Preferences of users, so offers a basic material of master room zoning plan.

This study was intended to grasp the housing unit plan which the residents preferred. The subjects were 100 housewives who lived in 85$m^2$ sized housing units in the New Apartment Complex, Gimhae. First, four elements of unit plan were selected on the basis of the results of the POE which was carried out for the same subject the size of master bedroom and living room, the openness of dining/kitchen from living room, the openness of living room from entrance, and whether or not a bathtub or a shower booth is in bathroom. Then, eight design alternatives of unit plan made by combination of these four elements according to orthoplan were visualized by computer media. This visualized tool was used for collecting data. The results of the study were as follows: The important determinants of the residents' preferences for unit plan were the size of master bedroom and living room and the openness of living room from entrance. The residents preferred the unit plan which living room was large and the view from living room to dining/kitchen was open. Also, the important elements were different according to the characteristics of the residents. Therefore, the housing alternatives which are flexible and optional would be desirable.

본 연구에서는 디자인 사고 과정에서 디자이너의 시각적 표현도구 중 하나인 '에스키스(esquisse)'를 분석하였다. 결과물 이미지의 유사성에 근거하여 F.G.I를 통해 M, N, O, P, Q 5가지 유형으로 분류하였으며, Ned Herrmann의 두뇌 4분할 이론에 근거한 두뇌선호도검사(HBDI)를 통해 두뇌활용영역의 선호유형을 분류하였다. 분류된 5가지 에스키스 유형과 이에 따른 두뇌유형의 비교 대조분석을 통해 상관관계를 찾아내어 디자인 사고 유형을 정의하였다. 구조적인 좌뇌형(M), 감성적인 변연계형(N), 시각적인 우뇌형(O), 평면표현을 선호하는 우뇌형(P), 텍스트표현을 선호하는 우뇌형(Q)의 5가지 디자인 사고 유형을 통해 디자이너의 다양한 성향과 특징을 분석하는 것이 가능하였으며, 또한 두뇌의 결핍영역을 보완시켜 창의적인 결과물을 도출해낼 방법을 찾아내는 연구의 기틀을 마련하였다.

The apartment house is one of the representative housing types in Korea. However, it has not met the diverse and individualized needs of their residents. This study was intended to identify the residents' preference of interior design in apartment houses and suggest the guidelines for the diversity of Intoner design In apartments. The subjects were 412 apartment residents who lived in Haeundae, Busan. They were asked about their preference for interior images of each room and finishing materials. The findings were as follows. 1) The apartment interior images were composed of nine main factors. 2) The residents preferred to 'practical' interior image in apartment and different interior images for each room. 3) The residents preferred interior images were different by their housing sizes and space organization types. 4) The residents preferred to different finishing materials for each room..

주거공간의 질적 만족도 향상과 거주자의 다양하고 개성있는 요구에 효과적으로 대응하기 위한 방안으로서 계획된 이 연구는 개인주택과는 달리 다수의 불 특정인을 대상으로 디자인되어야 하므로 다양한 평면계획을 세리 건설하기보다는 보편적인 디자인으로 계획할 수밖에 없는 공동주택(아파트)의 한계점을 극복해 보고자 하는 시도이다. 이를 위하여 조사대상자 360명을 선정하였고, 실 거주자의 선호도를 파악했던 선행연구에 의해 검증된 아파트 실내이미지 유형과 MBTI라고 하는 성격유형검사와 연계하여, 조사대상자의 성격유형에 따라 실내이미지 선호가 달라지는가를 알아보았다. 이러한 연구 결과는 거주자가 요구하는 실내공간의 이미지 특성 및 이에 따른 각종제품에 대한 선호를 예측, 공급할 수 있게 하여, 아파트에서 살기를 원하는 거주자의 만족도를 높이는데 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 8명의 초임 초등 교사들을 대상으로 설문지와 전체 토의 과정에서의 응답을 중심으로 평면도형에 관한 학생들의 오류와 원인 그리고 오류에 대한 지도법 측면에서 교수학적 내용 지식을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 초임 교사들은 학생들의 오류 유형에 관해서 어느 정도 잘 예상하는 것으로 드러났지만, 그러한 오류의 원인에 대해서는 주로 학생들과 관련된 요인만 찾는 경향이 짙었다. 또한 오류에 대한 지도법에 관해서는 교사의 명확한 설명과 반복 그리고 학생들의 문제 풀이를 선호하였다. 한편, 수업 중 다양한 범례를 제시하거나 분류하기 그리기 만들기와 같은 활동의 중요성을 인식하였지만 이를 직접 실행하는 것에 대한 어려움을 토로하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 논문은 초임 초등 교사들의 전문성 발달 프로그램에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.
