When an enemy platforms transmit electronic jamming or tracking interference signal to a friendly ship's radar, the radar have to avoid the jamming and to track targets continually without losing the targets with the electronic protection techniques. Electronic protection is an essential key for a platform to survive in electronic warfare, for this purpose, jamming simulator was developed to provide electronic warfare environments for the test and evaluate the effectiveness of radar's electronic protection techniques. Jamming simulator has ability to generate a variety of deception and noise jamming signals using the DRFM which minimize phase distortions of 1GHz broadband radar signal with the phase sampling method. This paper presents the design contents of the jamming simulator to process the analysis of broadband radar signal and generate jamming signal, also proposes the algorithms of the deception and noise jamming and verifies the effectiveness of the simulator by field trial.

기업의 ESG 활동의 일환으로 탄소중립과 순환경제의 개념을 활용한 기업의 성과를 고객에게 알리기 위하여 고품질의 전과정평가 결과에 대한 요구가 커지고 있다. 이를 위해서 LCI 데이터베이스에 대한 글로벌 요건에 맞는 고품질의 LCI 데이터베이스를 구축하고 관리하는 것이 국가적으로 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 이를 위해 UNEP는 GLAD 플랫폼을 만들었고, EU는 LCDN 플랫폼을 만들어 국제통용성을 고려한 고품질의 LCI 데이터베이스를 관리하려는 노력을 하고 있다. 국내 LCI 데이터베이스는 정부주도로 1999년부터 지속적으로 개발되어 활용되고 있지만, 국제통용성의 측면에서 볼 때, 기업의 생산현황을 반영한 최신의 일차데이터가 부족하고, LCI 데이터베이스에 포함된 목록항목들이 모든 환경영향을 충분히 평가할 수도 없으며, 데이터 정보제공의 형식인 LCI 데이터베이스 포맷이 글로벌 동향을 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있다. 이에 국제통용성을 고려한 국내 LCI 데이터베이스의 개발을 위해 산업을 대표하는 협회 또는 단체를 통해 매년 최신의 일차데이터를 확보하고, 이를 토대로 모든 환경영향을 평가할 수 있는 수준의 목록항목을 포함한 국내 LCI 데이터베이스를 개발하고, 이를 Eco-SPOLD_02 또는 ILCD 등의 최신 LCI 데이터베이스 포맷으로 관리하여야 한다.

Since the first interactive broadcasting of Skylife had been launched in S. Korean it has passed over 4 years. Subsequently the new digital broadcasting platforms, such as DMB, Mobile-TV, IPTV and so forth, are appearing between the keen rivalries. At the centre of diagram for new digital platforms there is positioned the interactivity. In order to cope with the limitation of contents on television, even Korean terrestrials have resolutely carried out interactive broadcasting as of 8th of June, 2006. Although the flamed competition of digital environment there are lacking in the public understanding and interests for interactive programmes on digital television. We can be analysed that it is difficult to acquire the viewer's satisfaction for guessability in spite of our governmental efforts. Here it presents the problematic results obtained by analysing both quantitative and qualitative data from the usability test for the current interactive programme in centre of the viewer.

Companies that use open source SW must comply with the "Open Source SW License" in order to use it freely. However, despite the potential legal responsibilities and risks associated with compliance, they do not know or neglect the risks. For this reason, cases of disputes, including license violations, are soaring. Recently, Open source SW license compliance platform services have been developed and actively utilized to address these issues. This study designed a business model for open source SW license compliance platform and conducted an economic feasibility analysis. The focus of the study is the establishment of a business model and the estimation of potential customers and actual purchase rates. For this purpose, we designed seven business model scenarios for promotion and sales period, and performed an economic evaluation using an expanded model of the Bass model, the Kalish model and the customer's maximum willingness to pay.

Children, who have a language disorder, have difficulty in expressing their reaction about stimulus of sound and vision. So it is very hard to grasp that they recognize external stimulus or not. For solving these problem, we can check response time and make them to choose stimulus by giving stimulus of sound and vision to them through Audio and Visual Stimulus and Reaction Meter System. Additionally, We can help them by improving response time by repeated study based on the results and making them to recognize and choose stimulus faster without aversion about external stimulus. It would make them not to feel uncomfortable and isolated because they are unfamiliar with external stimulus.

Recently, research and development using various Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies are being conducted in the field of education. Among the AI in Education (AIEd), conversational agents are not limited by time and space, and can learn more effectively by combining them with various AI technologies such as voice recognition and translation. This paper conducted a trend analysis on platforms that have a large number of users and used conversational agents for English learning among commercialized application. Currently commercialized educational platforms using conversational agent through trend analysis has several limitations and problems. To analyze specific problems and limitations, a comparative experiment was conducted with the latest pre-trained large-capacity dialogue model. Sensibleness and Specificity Average (SSA) human evaluation was conducted to evaluate conversational human-likeness. Based on the experiment, this paper propose the need for trained with large-capacity parameters dialogue models, educational data, and information retrieval functions for effective English conversation learning.

Purpose: Natural Disaster has well formed framework more than social disaster, because natural disaster is controlled by one department, such as MOIS, but social disaster is distributed. This study is on the design of the integrated service platform for the social diaster data. and then, apply to the local governments. Method: Firstly, we design DB templates for the incident cases considering the incident investigation reports. For the risk management, life-damage oriented social disaster risk assessment is defined. In case of the real-time incident data from NDMS, AI system provides the prediction information in the life damage and the cause of the incident. Result: We design the structured and unstructured incident data management system, and design the integrated social disaster and safety incident management system. Conclusion: The integrated social disaster and safety incident management system may be used in the local governments

This paper proposes a software development guidance and an evaluation index for the productivity related to Spring 2.5 and EJB 3.0 with same lightweight container architecture. Spring is a known successful open source standard model for lightweight container architecture. EJB in an enterprise environment as a standard framework is most commonly used in production. However, there is no comparison research about the performance of Spring 2.5 and EJB 3.0 Framework with same identical platform. Quantitative analysis is supported as a part of LoC(Line of Code) analysis. There is a limit to develop the updated software with no the specific evaluating index for the productivity of the software. In this study, the development platform environment based on the same pilot system Spring 2.5 and EJB 3.0 framework is in the design and implementation. In addition, comparison and standardization of software development productivity assessment is to provide guidance.

In order to secure the convenience of information retrieval by users of scientific information service platforms and to reduce the time required to acquire the proper information, this study proposes an optimized content recommendation algorithm among the algorithms that currently provide service menus and content information for each service, and conducts comparative evaluation on the results. To enhance the recommendation accuracy, users' major items were added to the original algorithm, and performance evaluations on the recommendation results from the original and optimized algorithms were performed. As a result of this evaluation, we found that the relevance of the content provided to the users through the optimized algorithm was increased by 21.2%. This study proposes a method to shorten the information acquisition time and extend the life cycle of the results as valuable information by automatically computing and providing content suitable for users in the system for each service menu.

The purpose of this study is to improve the digital literacy of pre-service home economics education teachers by designing and applying 'teaching materials and methods of home economics education' class using the Metaverse platform in virtual classes during the Covid-19 pandemic. For this purpose, six lessons of the 'Teaching Materials and Methods of Home Economics Education' classes were designed and applied as a class using the Metaverse platform, and the effectiveness was analyzed. In this study, three types of classes(TBL, discussion, and PBL) were developed and evaluated. The results of the study showed that most of the learners were satisfied with the classes utilizing the Metaverse platform, and the effectiveness of the classes was shown in terms of learner-instructor interaction and the realism of actual classroom cases. Based on these results, it is expected that various home economics education classes utilizing metaverse platforms will be developed and applied to school sites to increase the realism of lessons.
