A Study on Early Childhood Teachers' Perceptions of Early Childhood Evaluation in the 2019 Revised Nuri Curriculum (유아교사의 2019 개정 누리과정에서의 유아평가에 대한 인식)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the perceptions and difficulties of early childhood teachers about the revised Nuri Curriculum, and to provide basic data for stable operation. 128 early childhood teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province were surveyed, and frequency analysis and chi-square test were performed using the SPSS 27.0 program. As a result of the study, teachers recognized the difference in child evaluation in the Nuri Curriculum and the revised Nuri Curriculum, and recognized the difference in the evaluation method the most. Some of the items on perception showed a significant difference according to the educational experience of teachers. Teachers recognized 'autonomy' as the focus of early childhood evaluation, and at the same time recognized that it was the biggest factor that made child evaluation difficult. The interactive peer-to-peer workshop showed the highest demand for early childhood evaluation. The results of this study will be the basis for finding ways to support teachers in charge of early childhood evaluation in the revised Nuri Curriculum.

  • 본 연구는 웹사이트에 대한 사용자와 제공자의 인식의 차이를 확인하고 분석한 후 이를 데이터마이닝을 이용해 웹사이트의 개선을 위한 전략의 도출을 제시하고자 한다. 이 연구에서는 웹사이트 사용자와 제공자간의 인식차이 분석을 위하여 기존 문헌 연구를 통해서 웹사이트 개선을 위한 웹사이트의 평가 요인과 항목을 중심으로 인터넷 서점 사이트를 연구대상으로 한 설문지를 재구성하였다. 그 다음 동일한 문항으로 사용자와 제공자에게 각각 설문 조사를 실시하여 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 사용자와 제공자 각각의 응답을 통계분석을 통해 비교하고 그 차이를 확인한 후 조하리 창(Johari Window)을 바탕으로 인식차이에 대한 분석을 하였다. 웹사이트의 개선을 위한 전략을 도출하기 위해서 사용자와 제공자간 인식차이가 상이하게 나타난 설문 항목에 대해 데이터마이닝을 이용하여 응답 데이터에서 규칙을 도출해내고 이를 기반으로 웹사이트 사용자와 제공자간 인식차이 분석을 통한 웹사이트 개선전략을 제시하였다.

A Study on Users' Perception of Specialized Services through Service Quality Evaluation of Public Libraries (공공도서관 서비스 품질 평가를 통한 특화서비스에 대한 이용자 인식 연구)

  • This study was intended to confirm the perception of the users for the public libraries specialized service through the difference in library service quality according to the availability of specialized services by utilizing 'LibQUAL+' that is a service quality assessment tool. As a results, there is difference in the minimum and perceived levels between libraries that provide assessment result specialized services for service levels and those that did not. And there was no difference in the expected level. The degree of service showed generally higher user perception in the Adequacy Gap and Superiority Gap than libraries that do not offer specialized services. Therefore, the users of public libraries recognize that libraries that offer specialized services are better served than libraries that do not.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the recognition on the administrative and financial support system to execute integrated early education program by kindergarten and educational offices. The results were as follows. First, there has been a difference of recognition by three variables: 1) teachers' position in the area of all, law and institution, curriculum, administrative and financial support, and assessment, 2) educational career in the area of all, law and institution, curriculum, and supervision, 3) integrated education career in the area of all, law and institution, administrative and financial support and assessment. Second, there has been a difference of recognition by two variables: 1) kindergarten institutional establishment in the area of all, law and institutions, curriculum, teaching-learning, financial support, and assessment. 2) size in the area of all, law and institutions, curriculum, supervision, administrative and financial support, and assessment.

  • 본 논문에서는 얼굴 영상에서 눈동자와 입술을 효과적으로 인식하는 방법을 제안하였다. 색 정보를 기반으로 LDA를 이용하여 입술 영역을 찾았다. 눈동자와 흰자위로 구성되는 눈의 형태적인 특징과 눈동자와 눈썹 사이의 관계를 반영하는 평가함수를 정의하여 눈동자를 인식하였다. 입술에서의 밝기차이를 기반으로 가중치 벡터를 정의하여 위 입술과 아래 입술 사이의 경계선을 찾고 입술과 인접한 피부와의 밝기 차이를 이용하여 입술의 양 끝점 및 위와 아래의 끝점을 찾았다. 여러 영상에 대한 실험 결과 좋은 결과를 얻었다.

  • This study applied a meta-evaluation approach to examine the performance evaluation system for privately-contracted projects by the National Health Promotion Fund, focusing on the discrepancies in perceptions between evaluators and evaluatees. Using a systems approach, five evaluation elements were analyzed: environment, input, process, outcomes, and utilization. T-tests revealed significant differences in perceptions between evaluators and evaluatees across all five evaluation factors. These differences were particularly pronounced (p<.001) for the following factors: environment(specifically, its appropriateness), input, and utilization(specifically, the performance improvement). To bridge this gap in mutual understanding, it is necessary to provide sufficient explanations of evaluation criteria and procedures, along with reliable feedback on the results. This study informs improvements to the evaluation system, enhancing project performance.

The Difference of Staff Perceptions in Performance Evaluations at Local Self-Sufficiency Centers (지역자활센터 성과평가에 대한 실무자의 인식 차이에 관한 연구)

  • Under the goal of investigating the difference of staff perceptions in performance evaluations at local self-sufficiency centers, this study set out to examine whether differences would be found between team leaders or those in higher positions and the common staff in criteria, procedures, implementation, rewards, and feedback of performance evaluations. For that purpose, the investigator conducted a survey by mail with staff working for local self-sufficiency centers in 15 cities and provinces across the nation from September 6 to 30, 2010. Of 672 questionnaires that were distributed, 439 were returned. Of these, a total of 432 were used in latent mean analysis. The major findings are as follows: first, the staff at local self-sufficiency centers had a relatively negative perception of performance evaluation in terms of rewards for evaluation results. Secondly, the team leaders or those in higher positions had a more negative perception of performance evaluation in terms of evaluation criteria and rewards for evaluation results than common staff. Based on those findings, the study offered some implications with regard to performance evaluation systems at local self-sufficiency centers.

  • 정보통신기술의 발달에 따라 인터넷에 대한 급증하면 학생들과 교사들의 교육용 사이트에 대한 정보를 제공할 필요가 있다. 교육용 웹사이트를 평가함에 있어 학생과 교사간에 인지발달 수준이나 그 입장에 따라 여러 가지 차이가 있다고 본다. 교사나 전문가 입장에서 우수하다고 판단되는 교육용 웹사이트가 실제로 학생들에게도 우수하다고 인식되는지 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교육용 웹사이트를 평가함에 있어 교사와 학생의 인식 차이를 살펴보고자 한다. 이는 학생이 교육용 사이트를 평가하는 관점을 이해하고 교육용 웹사이트 설계 및 평가 시 보다 학생들의 관점을 고려할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

Understanding the Difference in Residents' Perception of the Vulnerability of Local Ecological Assets - Focused on Paju, Gyeonggi-do - (지역 생태자산의 훼손 취약성에 대한 거주민의 인식 차이 - 경기도 파주지역을 대상으로 -)

  • This study targets the city of Paju, Gyeonggi-do, where many challenges are facing ecological assets management due to the increase in recent development. Using the survey data provided by the National Institute of Ecology in Korea, the study analysed the differences in the local residents' perception of local ecological assets. The Q methodology, which is useful for revealing differences in opinions, was applied to classify the narrative groups, which had different points of view in evaluating each asset. Next, the study compared the differences in perceptions of the vulnerability of ecological assets. As a result of the analysis, the city of Paju was divided into two main narrative groups: a 'Nature Conservation Group' and a 'Heritage Conservation Group'. The Nature Conservation Group wanted to prioritize ecologically valuable assets, such as wetlands, brackish zones, and forests. The Heritage Conservation Group preferred preserving ecological assets having a cultural contexts, such as royal tombs, graves, and the surrounding landscape. Evaluating the ecological assets, the two groups identified 23 ecological sites under threat from development among the 25 ecological sites considered. The Nature Conservation Group noted the importance of sites such as the Sannam Wetlands, Gongneungcheon, Gongneungcheon Brackish Zone, and Simhak Mountain. These were considered to be the most vulnerable ecological assets in the city. The study found differences in the perceived values for each ecological asset by residents. The results can serve as useful data for decision-making on ecological asset management in the city of Paju.
