Similarity Criteria in GUI and Icon Design - with an Emphasis on the Quantitative Evaluation using Checklists - (화상디자인의 유사성 판단기준에 대한 연구 - 체크리스트를 활용한 정량적인 평가 방법을 중심으로-)

  • This paper is focused on the similarity of GUI design and proposes checklists for evaluating similarity of GUI design in quantitative way and more important factors in this checklists. On the first, consideration of similarity and analysis of GUI properties are made, and from these results, the categories that affect the evaluation of similarity are extracted. The categories are consisted of 5 factors, which are concept, shape, color, relation, and multimedia. The checklists from above 5 categories are tested in 3-stage, and in this paper, 11 checklists from shape, color, and relation factor of the second stage are verified by online survey. The purpose of this survey is to find out the difference between user groups(designer, computer related, etc) and more important factors in the checklists that affect the total results of similarity. In the results of survey, the checklists have no relation with the user groups and among the checklists, external shape, composition element, and design methods have impact factors on the evaluation of similarity.

A Basic Study on Assessment Criterion of the Risk Factor for the Marine Traffic Environment (해상교통환경 위험요소 평가기준 설정을 위한 기초 연구)

  • The representative risk evaluation techniques of the marine traffic environment are the FSA, PAWSA, & IWRAP. For the development of these techniques, the risk factors suitable to the marine traffic environment should be selected & the assessment criterion of the risk factors should be provided. The risk factors were selected as the factors that relate both to the frequency of casualty & to the consequence of casualty because the risk was defined as the frequency of casualty times the consequence of that casualty on the existing techniques. But, the risk factors relate to the consequence of casualty are excluded because the risk is defined as the sum of the risk factors including the frequency and the consequence by factors on this study. The 20 kinds of risk factors to compose the risk are selected and classified into 5 categories according to similar nature through the analysis of preceding study on the classification of the risk factors. Finally, as the foundation of risk assessment model's development for domestic marine traffic environment, the practical assessment criterion of the risk factors are suggested.

  • The analysis on the relations of appraising elements and market prices in ruby being used for jewelry was carried out by using the ruby prices from Palmieri's Market Monitor. As the result, it is understood that weight is the most influential, next is color, clarity is the least influential among these three main appraising elements, and the other relations between the appraising elements and market prices in ruby are also clarified.

  • 본 연구는 저수지 주변 생태환경 서식적합도지수를 산정하여 댐 건설 전후의 생태환경을 정량적으로 평가하고자 하였다. 생태적 가치에 대한 평가 모델 고려 인자로는 고도, 경사 및 각과 같은 물리적 요인, 산림 지형, 식생 유형, 연령층, DBH 등급과 같은 초목 요인들, 그리고 생태 자연상태, 식생 보존 분류 및 야생 생물 출현 지점과 같은 서식지 요인을 이용하였다. 각 요소의 생태학적 기능을 고려한 평가기준을 정량화하여 개발된 모델은 한탄강 댐 저수지에 적용하였다. 그 결과 댐 건설 이전의 생태 가치가 100이라고 가정했을 때, 댐 건설 이후에 물리적 요소는 83.9, 초목요소는 92.4, 그리고 서식처 요소는 84.5로 저하되었다. 전반적인 생태 가치는 건설 후 86.9 %, 13.1 % 감소하였다. 또한, 평가 요소를 쌓은 방법을 통해 생태학적으로 건강한 지역을 선정하였다. 본 연구결과는 댐 저수지에 생태 복원 계획을 수립하는 데 유용할 것으로 판단된다.

  • 해상에서는 선박의 안전한 항해를 위해 각종 항로 표지가 이용되는데, 과학 기술이 발전함에 따라 환경적 요소 등의 이유로 항로표지를 설지 할 수 없는 지역에서는 가상항로 표지를 필요로 하고 있다. 선행연구에서는 가상항로 표지의 최적 배치를 위해 선박 항해의 물리적 항해 제한 및 항해 장애물요소, 선박 교통 위험도 등을 격자 단위로 파악하였다. 이에 본 연구는 격자별로 나눈 해역의 위험도 지수를 통합하여 통합 위험도 평가 지수를 개발하고자 한다. 이에 요소별 가중치를 설정하고, 레이어를 통합한 뒤 위험도를 산정하여 통계데이터 기반 위험도를 평가하였다. 요소별 가중치 설정을 위해 위험도 레이어 통합 가중치를 설정하였으며, 실제 해역에 적용하여 위험도를 평가하였다.

Major Issues and Tasks of Restructuring Public Records Appraisal System (공공기록 평가제도의 구조와 쟁점 과제)

  • Unless the records appraisal system is properly overhauled, there is no future for public records management. This study aims to highlight challenging issues and present improvement tasks necessary for the readjustment of the public records appraisal system at the national level. First, public records appraisal policies are divided into five categories: i) statements on appraisal policy and selection criteria, ii) appraisal tools such as disposition authorities, iii) subject of appraising, iv) appraisal procedures, and v) responsibility and authority in appraisal and disposition process. Second, the domestic situation is identified for each category. Third, policies of the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada are compared, and implications are derived for each category. Fourth and last, the tasks for the readjustment of the public appraisal system are proposed based on these analyses.

두께감소 판형 홀다운스프링 집합체의 탄성강성도 해석

  • 판(leaf)의 너비가 일정하고 두께가 균일하게 감소하는 두께감소 홀다운스프링집합체(Tapered-Thickness Holddown spring Assembly ; TT-HDS)에서 단순 보 이론과 Castigliano의 정리를 이용하여 TT-HDS의 탄성강성도를 해석적으로 구할 수 있도록 종래에 유도되었던 탄성강성도 평가식을 수정하고 확장하였으며 TT-HDS의 기하학적 설계자료를 이용하여 탄성강성도를 평가하였다. 아울러 ANSYS code 의 접촉요소를 이용하여 TT-HDS을 유한요소 모델링하여 탄성강성도를 수치적으로 평가하였다. 평가 결과 전단력 및 축력이 TT-HDS의 탄성강성도에 미치는 영향은 약 0.09∼0.16%정도로서 TT-HDS의 탄성강성도는 주로 굽힘모우멘트에 의해 지배되고 있음이 확인되었다. 또한 접촉요소로 유한요소 모델링하여 평가한 결과는 확장된 평가식으로 평가한 탄성강성도와 매우 잘 일치하고 있음을 발견하였다.

Exploring the Evaluation Framework of Maker Education (메이커교육(Maker Education) 평가틀(Evaluation Framework) 탐색)

  • Maker education rooted on Maker Movement refers to constructivist learning approach in which students as makers participate in producing visible outcomes through self-directed inquiry and creative hands-on activities in a real life context to solve their personal or social problems. The Maker education, therefore, stresses cultivation of 'maker mindset' in the process-oriented learning environments, pursuing evaluation aspects different from those in the existing educational system. In this context, this study aimed to explore an evaluation framework for the Maker education which reflects the Maker mindset: First, a literature review was conducted to search for the evaluation framework of the maker education which consists of the category of 5 ONs (Minds-on, Hands-on, Hearts-on, Social-on, Acts-on) representing intellectual, physical, emotional, interpersonal and practical aspects, respectively; Second, a Delphi survey for content validity was carried out to confirm the adequacy of the 5 ONs category along with sub-elements for each category. Finally, this study presented the evaluation framework for the Maker education, which is expected to be used as feedback rather than a measuring tool for the process and environments of the Maker education.

Trend analysis of secondary school art teacher certification examination on Evaluation content element : 2018~2024 school year (2018~2024학년도 중등교사 임용시험 미술과 평가내용요소의 출제 경향 분석)

  • This study analyzes the art and questions presented in the secondary school teacher certification examination from 2018 to 2024, according to the art and evaluation area and evaluation content elements presented by the Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, 159 questions from the art and appointment examination over 7 years were collected and the ratio of evaluation content elements was analyzed for each of the 7 basic subjects and fields. As a result of the study, the proportion of evaluation content elements in each of the seven basic subjects and fields is also balanced at a considerable level. In other words, from 2009 to 2013, 55(50%) evaluation content elements were presented, compared to 71(64.5%) evaluation content elements from the 2018 teacher selection test to the 2024 school year. Despite this improvement, 39(35.5%) evaluation content elements were excluded, so improvement measures were discussed.

  • Quality elements and evaluation methods should be considered according to the characteristics of spatial database. The purpose of this study is to propose specific methods for quality evaluation focusing on land database which are an important parts of spatial database. Through the study, of quality evaluation for selected quality elements are specified, which are based on the construction processes of the topogaphical database, cadastral database, and zoning database. Position accuracy, attribute accuracy, consistency, completeness, temporal accuracy, believability, and lineage are selected as the quality elements of land database. A various statistical and mathematical skills are proposed for measurement and assesment methods of quality elements.
