  • 2005년도에 저압 지중함에서 감전사고가 발생한 후 감전예방을 위한 다양한 개선대책이 현장에 적용되었다. 사고발생 직후에는 지중전선의 접속부에 테이핑처리에 의한 보완조치가 적용되었으며, 그 이후 전선 접속 부를 방수형접속재로 교체하는 작업이 시행되었으며 전선 접속부 위를 감전방지용 절연고무판으로 덮거나 차량의 통행이 없는 일부 지중함의 뚜껑을 절연재질인 고강도플라스틱(FRP)으로 교체하거나 그 이외에 다중접지된 중성선과 지중함의 틀을 본딩하는 개선대책 등이 현장에 적용되었다. 이러한 다양한 개선대책은 지중함에서의 감전사고를 예방하기 위한 것으로 그중 틀접지는 이미 적용된 지중함 내의 접지설비와 중성선이 공통접속된 상태에서 지중함과 맞닿는 틀에 접지도체를 연결하는 것이다. 계통의 중성선을 이용한(TN-C)방식의 틀접지는 효과가 있으나 뚜껑부분의 진동방지를 위하여 삽입한 고무패킹은 성능저하를 일으키므로 그에 대한 대책이 필요하였다.

An Basic Study on the Curriculum Evaluation of Gifted Education in Visual Art (미술영재 교육과정 평가를 위한 이론적 기초)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the evaluation model of gifted curriculum in visual art. For this purpose, first, it discusses about what kinds of issues raised about gifted education in visual art. Second, it critically reviews the evaluation models of gifted curriculum, and investigates the suitable model for developing curriculum evaluation model of gifted in visual art. Third, it suggests the appropriate perspective and evaluation model of gifted curriculum in visual art. Along with the change in the concept of creativity, recent studies on gifted education in visual art concentrate that gifted learners who have the potential find their own way of creating art. Also they emphasize the contextual implementation which recognizes the significance of interaction among field, domain and individual. Based of these inquiry, existing evaluation models of gifted curriculum have limitations in suitability as a evaluation model of gifted curriculum in visual art. This study suggests that the curriculum evaluation of visual art gifted programs should be approached from the decision-making perspective. Also it develops the conceptual framework and the evaluation model of gifted curriculum in visual art based on the CIPP model, which is the representative model of decision-making approach. It concludes with its implications and the discussion about the role of evaluators.

  • 본 연구는 이론적 계보가 다른 다양한 기술평가 방법론을 종합하여 어떠한 기술가치평가에도 적용할수 이는 방법론적인 일관성을 제시한 것이다. 실제 기술평가에 있어서 어떠한 가치개념이 분석 초기부터 설정되어야하고 이어 대상기술의 어떠한 측면이 평가되어야 하며 그에 따른 다양한 이론이나 기법이 어떻게 적용될수 있는지를 언급할 것이다 본 연구에서는 다양한 이론이나 기법의 적용은 공공기술과 민간기술이라는 분석대상의 구분에서부터 출발해야 함을 보였다.

Pre-service Teachers' Perceptions on the Seminar and a Case of the Development of Presentation Ability (예비 교사의 세미나 발표에 대한 인식 및 발표 능력 발달 사례)

  • The college of education should support pre-service teachers to learn knowledge of their major and develop the ability of presenting or teaching the knowledge. The pre-service teachers may have many opportunities of presentations to develop the ability of teaching. Some college of education provide such opportunities in the 'seminar' course. In this study we investigated the pre-service teachers' perceptions on the seminar where they present contents of their major, developed the framework to analyze and evaluated the seminar presentation ability, and explored the change of presentation ability through a case study. Pre-service teachers perceived that from the seminar they could develop the presentation skill and understand the scientific contents more deeply. However they pointed out the difficulty of understanding others' presentations, discussing on the contents and interpreting the English paper. We developed the presentation analysis framework including the evaluation elements, the evaluation items, and the evaluation methods according to the progress of a seminar presentation. Using this framework we evaluated and compared the development of seminar presentation ability of a per-service teacher both quantitatively and qualitatively. We discussed the educational implication of this study such as the suggestion for the effective management of a seminar and the usage of the presentation analysis framework.

  • This study aims to emphasize the importance of social inclusiveness for evaluation and future development of social policy in Korea. In particular, this study emphasizes that the future of social policy in Korea depends on the level of social inclusiveness. Social inclusiveness can be measured by the extent to which social policy is inclusive and the level of citizens' perception of social inclusiveness. This study uses 4 frameworks (universality, progressiveness, life-long, and adequacy) of inclusive asset-based policy to evaluate the level of social inclusiveness of key laws and social policies. Key findings are as follows: First, Korea has established normative systems of laws and social policies. Second, however, Korean social policy has multiple problems in universality, progressiveness, life-long, and adequacy. To enhance social inclusiveness of social policy, this study emphasizes the 'socialness' of social problems. Korea has faced market failure, the high level of rate experiencing poverty during life, and inefficiency of social policy. If we accept the socialness of social problems, social policy should attempt to increase publicness of social policy. The increase in socialness as well as social inclusiveness may be fundamental for inclusive society in Korea.

  • This paper describes the structural analysis result and load test result of accident EMU(Electric Multiple Units). Structural analysis and load test of EMU were performed for the criteria of safety assessment. Structural analysis using commercial I-DEAS software provided important information on the stress distribution and load transfer mechanisms as well as the amount of damages during rolling stock crash. The purpose of the load test is to evaluate a safety which carbody structure shall be considered fully sufficient rigidity so as to satisfy proper system function under maximum load and operating condition. The results have been used to provide the critical information for the criteria of safety assessment.

  • 유동층 연소기술은 다양한 연료의 사용과 SOx와 같은 공해물질의 배출제어가 용이하여 환경규제에 대한 대처능력이 우수한 발전방식으로 널리 적용되고 있는 추세이다. 국내에서도 동해화력 1,2호기(200MWe급)가 유동층 연소방식을 도입하여 운전중에 있으며, 국내 무연탄을 연료로 사용하는 최대 규모의 순환 유동층 보일러라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 IEA-CFBC 모델을 이용하여 개발된 동해화력 순환유동층 성능모사 시뮬레이션 틀을 이용하여 여러 가지 운전변수 변화에 따른 성능예측을 수행하였으며, 특히, 연소로의 성능향상을 위한 방안의 일환으로 사이클론 개조를 수행하고 그에 따른 성능모사를 고찰하였다. 본 성능평가 결과 연소로내 전체 차압을 증가시키는 운전을 지향하는 것이 연소로내 희박상의 온도분포를 낮추고, 탈황효율을 증가시켜 운전 안정화에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 본 시뮬레이션 틀을 이용한 운전변수 변화에 대한 성능예측 결과 동해화력 운전 실측치와 잘 일치하는 것으로 고찰되었다.

  • Observation is one of the important aspects in science and science education. However. observation has so many varieties that the purpose and the meaning of scientific observations used in science education are different in persons, contexts, and subjects. In this study, we tried to understand the natures of scientific observation and investigated students' observational activities using four observation tasks: candle, double pendulum, iron filings around bar magnet, two electric bulbs connected in series. We required the subjects to observe the given tasks and described what did they observe. Based on students' observational descriptions, students' observational activities could be classified in four categories: primitive, interpretive, operational, and interfered observation. Also, we could find that some of the descriptions were non-observational activities such as predicting and questioning and so on. Finally, implications for the teaching of observation in science education are suggested.

  • This paper describes the stability evaluation of reinforced earth wall with steel framed-facing based on field test. The reinforced earth wall with steel framed-facing is composed of wall facing, reinforcement and backfill soil. The wall facing is assembled by steel frames and the aggregates are filled in that. The reinforcement is steel strip type based on bearing resistance. Field test is conducted to evaluate for two separate sections and the measurement is conducted according to construction elapsed time of structure for earth pressure, horizontal displacement of wall facing and reinforcement strain. The evaluation results show that the measured earth pressure is less than theoretical earth pressure due to dispersion effect of earth pressure by the applied reinforcement. Also, the horizontal displacement of wall facing satisfied a empirical criteria and the measured strain of reinforcement had nearly no effect on stability of structure. Therefore, the reinforced earth wall with steel framed-facing has a structural stability and it can be commonly used in field.

  • This paper intends to set up a standard sets of indicators based on system-orientor framework, in assuming urban place as a self-organizing system within which several subsystems are interlinked together. Also, The application guideline composed of normative-analytical-practical dimensions, is proposed how to put into practice a standard set of indicators according to the regional characteristics. In practice, Seongnam in Gyeonggi Province in Korea and St. Paul in Minnesota in US are selected for case studies in order to measure and evaluate urban sustainability. Both data availability for measured variables and establishment of minimum level and satisfactory level of sustainability are requested for furthermore researches.
