Hot Issue - 포장재재질.구조개선 기준 및 시험방법

  • '포장재 재질 구조개선 제도'란 "자원의 절약과 재활용 촉진에 관한 법률" 제9조의2에 의거하여 재활용의무생산자가 포장재 설계 생산 단계부터 재활용성을 고려하여 재질 구조를 재활용이 쉽도록 개선하기 위한 제도이다. 이와 관련하여 "포장재 재질 구조 개선 등에 관한 기준"(환경부 고시 제2014-123호) 및 "포장재 재질 구조 개선 제도 운영지침"(환경부 예규 제534호)이 제정 고시되었으며, (사)한국포장재재활용사업공제조합은 환경부 예규 제13조에 따라 포장재 재질 구조 개선 제도 운영기관으로 지정되었다. 이와 관련해 (사)한국포장재재활용사업공제조합은 재질 구조개선 신청 포장재에 대한 객관적인 데이터를 확보하여 평가심의위원회에 정확한 근거자료를 제공하기 위해 포장재 재질 구조 시험방법을 제시했다. 본 고에서는 약 8회에 걸쳐, 포장재별 재질 구조개선 기준 및 시험방법을 연재할 계획이며 이번 호에서는'금속캔 포장재'와'발포합성수지 포장재'에 대하여 살펴본다.

Development and Validation of an Analytical Method for Fenpropimorph in Agricultural Products Using QuEChERS and LC-MS/MS (QuEChERS법과 LC-MS/MS를 이용한 농산물 중 Fenpropimorph 시험법 개발 및 검증)

  • An analytical method was developed for the determination of fenpropimorph, a morpholine fungicide, in hulled rice, potato, soybean, mandarin and green pepper using QuEChERS (Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged and Safe) sample preparation and LC-MS/MS (liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry). The QuEChERS extraction was performed with acetonitrile followed by addition of anhydrous magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride. After centrifugation, d-SPE (dispersive solid phase extraction) cleanup was conducted using anhydrous magnesium sulfate, primary secondary amine sorbents and graphitized carbon black. The matrix-matched calibration curves were constructed using seven concentration levels, from 0.0025 to 0.25 mg/kg, and their correlation coefficient ($R^2$) of five agricultural products were higher than 0.9899. The limits of detection (LOD) and quantification (LOQ) were 0.001 and 0.0025 mg/kg, respectively, and the limits of quantification for the analytical method were 0.01 mg/kg. Average recoveries spiked at three levels (LOQ, $LOQ{\times}10$, $LOQ{\times}50$, n=5) and were in the range of 90.9~110.5% with associated relative standard deviation values less than 5.7%. As a result of the inter-laboratory validation, the average recoveries between the two laboratories were 88.6~101.4% and the coefficient of variation was also below 15%. All optimized results were satisfied the criteria ranges requested in the Codex guidelines and Food Safety Evaluation Department guidelines. This study could serve as a reference for safety management relative to fenpropimorph residues in imported and domestic agricultural products.

Durability Test and Test Jig Development of an Automotive Parking Lock Gear (자동차용 파킹 락 기어의 내구시험과 시험 지그 개발)

  • Generally, the durability of the parking lock gear is evaluated through an endurance test for the entire transmission but no test standard exists for the durability test of one part of a parking lock gear. Therefore, in this study, the durability test standards of the parking lock gear were determined autonomously, and the durability performance test was conducted. A static fracture test was carried out to determine the yield strength of the parking lock gear, and a durability test condition was set to 60 % of the yield strength. The durability test of 1,000,000 times was conducted under the given conditions using a dedicated test jig manufactured for the test. Because the jig fractured during the static fracture test, finite element analysis for the jig was carried out and the jig was re-designed. The modified jig was manufactured and the durability test was carried out based on the test standard of autonomously. The basic data on the performance and endurance limit of the parking lock gear were obtained using these tests and analyses, and the basic data will be used as fundamental materials for the design and the development of the parking lock gear.

  • Digital Printers that are mainly used in enterprises and public institutions are compound machinery and tools which are combined into various functions such as printing, copying, scanning, and fax so on. Digital Printers has security functionality for protecting the important data related with confidential industry technology from leaking. According to the trends, CC(Common Criteria) evaluation and assurance about digital printer is on progress in Japan and USA. Domestically CC evaluation and assurance is started recently. However, the know-how about the digital printer evaluation is not enough and the developers and the evaluators have difficulty in CC evaluation of digital printer products in the country. Therefore, the testing method of digital printer security functionality and evaluation technology is essentially needed for increasing demand for the evaluation afterwards. In this study, we analyze the security functionality and developing trends of digital printer products from internal and external major digital printer companies. Moreover, we research the characters of each security functions and propose guideline for digital printer security functionality evaluation and vulnerability testing methods.

  • There are many studies about the method of trying leveled class because we say the Excellence of Education after high school's Equalization Policy. After the leveled c1ass, Ministry of Education, Science and Tech. announced the induction of leveled classes' evaluation in 2008, it is called that students take classes adapted to their levels. This study illustrates criteria of forming evaluation, it composes leveled assessment tests referenced by Gibb's evaluation effects & Cotton's evaluation principles. Before anything else, this study induced contents of studies which is emphasized the structure rather than the arithmetic that is based on Foucault' s analysis of mathematics' class and examination & MacGregor's point of algebra. Since then we made leveled assessment tests which made by students' Question. And then, In this study, we modified evaluation tests appropriately by criteria of evaluation and analysing the result.

Mechanical Properties And Chlorde Penetration Resistance of Shotcrete according to Mineral Admixture Types and Supplemental Ratio (광물성 혼화재료의 종류 및 혼입율에 따른 숏크리트의 역학적 특성 및 염해 저항성)

  • In this study to improve the chloride durability of the shotcrete structure depending on types and contents of mineral admixture chloride resistance was evaluated by NT BUILD 492 of european test standards. It was also evaluated with the mechanical properties such as static strength and chloride penetration resistance. For shotcrete mixed crushed stone aggregate of the maximum size 10mm of coarse aggregates was produced. Based on 28days compression strength the variable mixed with 15% silica fume showed the highest strength in 67.55MPa. As the content of fly ash and blast furnace slag increased, the strength lowered. In the chloride penetration resistance test, OPC showed "high grade" and In the case of admixture, the penetration resistance tended to increase in all variables except the fly ash. In order to evaluate the service life, the accelerated chloride penetration test was conducted by the standards of KCL, ACI, FIB. Test results were obtained with the lowest spreading factor in a variable mixed with silica fume of 15%. At the KCI standards, It was found to have a service life of about 65 years and at the FIB standards, It was found to have a service life of 131 years. Among standards, the service life of KCI standard in all of the variables was evaluated as the lowest.

  • 한국주거학회 자격관리위원회는 자격검증을 위한 과목 선정을 위해 다수의 검정과목안의 장단점을 비교 분석하고, 국내 12개 주거학과의 의견조회 결과를 참고로 하여, 현행 주거학과의 교과과정을 잘 포괄하고 있고 직무영역의 능력을 균형적으로 평가할 수 있는 (가칭)2급 주택사 검정과목(안)과 직무영역의 평가가 강화된 (가칭)1급 주택사 검정과목을 제안하였다. (가칭)주택사는 설정된 검정과목에 따라 2급 주택사의 검정방법은 1차, 2차로 구분하여 실시하고 1차는 기본 지식 및 이론을 평가하는 객관식 시험형태를, 2차는 실무능력을 평가하는객/주관식 혼용의 시험형태를 제안하였다. 1급 주택사는 1차에 한하며 실무의 전문성을 평가하기 위한 논술형을 시험형태로 하였다. 또한 응시자격은 국가기술자격법 시행령 제 21조 제1항과 관련하여 2급의 경우 "기사"등급에, 1급의 경우 "기술사" 등급에 해당하는 자격을 기준으로 제안하였다.

Lever Arm Compensation of Reference Trajectory for Flight Performance Evaluation of DGPS/INS installed on Aircraft (항공기에 탑재된 DGPS/INS 복합항법 장치의 비행 시험 성능 평가를 위한 기준궤적의 Lever Arm 보정)

  • It has been studied for DGPS/INS(Differential Global Positioning System/Inertial Navigation System) to offer the more precise and reliable navigation data with the aviation industry development. The flight performance evaluation of navigation system is very significant because the reliability of navigation data directly affect the safety of aircraft. Especially, the high-level navigation system, as DGPS/INS, need more precise flight performance evaluation method. The performance analysis is performed by comparing between the DGPS/INS navigation data and reference trajectory which is more precise than DGPS/INS. The GPS receiver, which is capable of post-processed CDGPS(Carrier-phase DGPS) method, can be used as reference system. Generally, the DGPS/INS is estimated the CG(Center of Gravity) point of aircraft while the reference system is output the position of GPS antenna which is mounted on the outside of aircraft. For this reason, estimated error between DGPS/INS and reference system will include the error due to lever arm. In order to more precise performance evaluation, it is needed to compensate the lever arm. This paper presents procedure and result of flight test which includes lever arm compensation in order to verify reliability and performance of DGPS/INS more precisely.

  • Water hammering created by an unsteady flow in pipeline systems can cause excessive change in pressure, vibration, and noise. So, water hammer analysis is very important for limiting the damage caused to pipeline, pump and valve systems by operation conditions. On the other hand, water hammer arrester has been manufactured and used in order to minimize the damage caused by water hammering phenomenon in domestic, and it has been produced and installed as the low cost-oriented because of being no separate standard in the meanwhile. Therefore, our research team investigated about the standardization of water hammer arrester performance through the various methods, such as test methods for verification of one pipe, assuming the occurrence of water hammer in a water-based fire extinguishing system, separated for opening impact pressure and shut off impact pressure and for a branch pipe in order to make guideline for water hammer arrester performance. And finally, verified the performance of the water hammer pressure as the simple mechanical way using the U-shaped pipe and a test weight, so KFI standards for the water hammer arrester could be established.

  • 통상 교량구조물은 차도부와 보도부 및 그 부속시설로서 난간 및 연석부 등으로 구성되는데, 자동차 전용도로의 경우 보도부가 설치되지 않게 되고, 국내의 국도 및 지방도상의 많은 교량이 차도부와 보도부의 별도의 구분이 없이 보행자가 연석부 위로 통행하거나 여의치 않을 경우 난간에 기대어 통행하는 경우가 일반적이어서 안전사고의 위험에 직접 노출되는 경우가 많다. 이에 국토해양부에서는 최근 "도로의 구조 및 시설기준에 관한 규칙"을 개정하여 국내의 보행자 관련 교통사고로 인한 사망자가 전체 교통사고 사망자의 약 절반을 차지하는 실정을 고려하여 보행자의 안전한 통행로 확보를 통해 보행공간의 근본적인 개선이 불가피한 실정임을 시사 하였다. 이에 국내에서는 교량 보도부의 확장에 대한 관심이 높은 실정이며, 현재 보도부 확장에 대한 시공이 활발하게 이뤄지고 있다. 그러나 기존 교량에 보도부를 신설 혹은 확장함에 있어서 보도부 부재의 설치 간격 및 필요한 앵커볼트의 수량 및 부재의 성능 평가에 대한 기준이 명확하게 이뤄지지 않은 상태에서 설치되어져 왔었다. 기존에 시공되던 H-형강의 브라켓 단면의 경우 브라켓 단면의 중량이 커서 안정성 및 시공성이 떨어지며 과다한 앵커볼트의 체결 및 브라켓 단면의 과다설계로 인한 공사기간 및 비용의 증대를 가져오는 문제점이 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교량 보도부의 확장 및 신설에 있어서 보도부 부재의 설치간격의 적정성 및 브라켓의 최적화를 위한 브라켓의 성능평가 시험을 수행하였다. 브라켓의 성능평가 시험은 1차 2차 3차 시험으로 나누어 진행되었으며, 1차시험은 H-형강의 브라켓단면을 원형강관으로서의 대체 가능성을 확인하였고, 2차 시험에서는 원형강관의 브라켓 단면의 앵커볼트수량의 최적화에 대한 시험을 수행하였으며, 3차 시험은 최적화된 브라켓 단면에 프리스트레싱의 도입으로 반력 및 인발력의 감소효과를 확인하는 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 수행결과 기존의 설계 및 시공방법이 과다 설계가 이뤄졌음을 판단하였고, 브라켓 단면의 최적화를 통하여 기존 시공방법에 비해 시공성, 안전성, 경제성을 높일수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
