2000년부터 적용되고 있는 7차 교육과정은 학습자 중심의 교육과정이다. 이를 실행하기 위해 수준별 교육과정과 과정을 중시하는 수행평가가 도입되었다. 본 논문은 컴퓨터 교과의 수행평가와 수준별 학습의 문제점을 분석하고 이를 해결하기 위하여 수행평가와 수준별 학습이 결합된 학습모형을 제안하다. 이 학습모형을 따르면 수준에 맞는 개별화 학습이 이루어져 능동적인 완전학습이 이루어지고 교사는 수행되는 과정을 관찰하여 학생의 수준을 잘 파악할 수 있어 보다 객관적이고 정확한 평가를 할 수 있다.

This study compares and analyzes the mathematics assessment items of the middle school's national-level academic achievement tests in Korea and Japan, recently revised as a competency-focused curriculum. By comparing and analyzing the assessment items in each country, the analytic framework is integrated into content areas, contexts, and competencies. The characteristics of each country's assessment items developed for each content area were analyzed using the framework. We suggested some implications on developing and improving national-level academic assessment items.

본 논문은 문장 내에서 나타나는 어휘간의 관계를 통해 표현 수준을 자동으로 평가할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 영어에세이 코퍼스 내의 문장에서 발생하는 철자 및 문법의 오류와 함께 어휘와 문법 패턴에 따른 표현난이도를 평가할 수 있는 자질을 생성하고 다양한 기계학습기법을 사용하여 문장의 수준을 평가하고자 하였다. 또한 기존에 연구되어온 규칙기반의 문장 평가시스템을 구현하고 기계학습기법을 이용한 문장 평가시스템과 비교하였다. 이를 통해 철자 및 문법의 오류율뿐만 아니라 표현난이도를 평가할 수 있는 자질들이 유용함을 확인할 수 있었다. 영어작문 문장의 수준평가를 위해서 국내 학생들의 토플 에세이 코퍼스를 수집하여 2,000문장을 추출하였고, 4명의 전문평가자들을 통해 6단계로 평가하여 학습 및 테스트 세트를 구성하였다. 성능척도로는 정확률과 재현율을 사용하였으며, 제안하는 방법으로 67.3%의 정확률과 67.1%의 재현율을 보였다.

연구실안전법에 따라 모든 연구실은 주기적으로 안전점검과 정밀안전진단을 통해 안전을 확보하고 안전환경 상태에 따라 미흡한 평가등급을 받으면 연구 활동에 제약을 받는 제도가 시행되고 있다. 하지만 현재의 점검 및 진단제도는 안전분야별 각 점검항목에 대해 양호, 주의 및 불량 등 이상 3가지로만 평가하고 있으며 각 점검항목에 대해서도 안전에 미치는 영향에 따른 가중치가 고려되지 않아 평가 대상 연구실에 대한 종합적인 안전수준을 확인하는 데 한계가 있다. 이에 연구실 안전전반에 관한 점검항목을 추가하고 평가기준도 가중치를 고려하여 평가결과가 정량적인 점수로 도출될 수 있도록 개선하여 연구주체자가 평가점수를 향상해감으로써 연구실 안전수준을 향상해 갈 수 있도록 방법을 제안해 보고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 수업에서 정규 수업과 연계하여 학습자들의 수준별 맞춤형 학습 활동을 별도로 진행할 경우, 학습자들의 학습 수준을 평가하여 수준별 팀 구성을 하게 되는데 학습 수준을 평가하기 위해 프로그래밍 작성 능력과 같은 학습실력 이외에 학습 의욕이나 도전 정신 등 다른 요소들을 함께 반영하여 팀 구성을 하게 되면 어떤 학습 효과를 거둘 수 있는지에 대해 연구해보고자 한다.

기업의 경쟁력을 확보하고, 이를 유지하기 위해서는 기업의 정보화가 필수적이다. 이에 따라 구현된 한 기업의 정보화 수준을 평가할 수 있는 정보화 수준 평가모델은 매우 중요한 척도로 사용된다. 그러나 기존의 평가방식들은 대부분 중소기업의 다양한 규모와 업종, 사업유형 등을 반영하지 못하고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 기업의 주요 업무프로세스별로 현재 상황의 정보화 수준을 평가해서 향후 정보화를 추진하기 위한 로드맵을 제시하는데 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 중소 제조업체를 대상으로 제조업종의 사업형태를 고려하여 전사적 정보화 성숙단계 및 주요 업무프로세스별 정보화 수준을 평가할 수 있는 모델을 개발하였다.

One of the major results of National Assessment of Educational Achievement in 2003 is that the final test results were reported by four levels such as Advanced, Proficient, Basic, and Below Basic. We used it to investigate into the characteristics of students according to achievement levels, and finally we listed them. We think that these results will be a help to instructions according to achievement levels.

In times of current warfare, importance of civil military operations(CMO) is more on the rise because the military winning does not couple the political winning immediately. For this reason, CMO Model Development Program has been commenced by ROK JCS since FY 2014. As CMO is non-kinetic operations which is focused on civilians, it depends on the commander's decision that reflects the results of the evaluation of the CMO performance level. The evaluation of CMO performance level is a very important factor of this model. So, I decided my subject a study of simulation method for evaluation of CMO Performance level. It is affected in CMO performance level by the occurrence of some event, and the achievement results of CMO for the response action on such event is evaluated by the 5 factors(administration level, security level, infrastructure level, humanitarian support level, friendship level) on the evaluation of CMO performance level. Even more it is affected in achievement of new CMO and new event by evaluation results. In this study, I provided a methodology of how apply the evaluation results and how simulate the achievement results of CMO performance with the 5 factors on the evaluation of CMO Performance level. Also this study is expected that it will be highly contributed to training and exercise in CMO branch in ROK JCS, when CMO Model Development Program is done as a new model applied such evaluation factors matching military environment in the Korean Peninsular, and applied this simulation method for evaluation of CMO Performance level.

This paper identifies some components should be evaluated and certified to assure that IT systems are secure. Security objective of IT systems will be obtained by protecting all areas of IT systems, so not only visible parts but also non-visible parts must be protected. And for verifying all the parts of IT systems are protected, we should check the scope of evaluation and certification covers all necessary parts.

In this paper, we proposed the ISL for evaluating the security level of Intranet. This method is composed of two parts First, Hacking Scenarios are the hacking stories by hacking/hackers levels. Second, Network Model is composed of the zone and intrusion paths. Our method is very active and practical. We divide ISL into five levels ISL1∼ISL5. Among the levels, ISL5 is the highest security level. Main purpose of this paper is to promote the security of Intranet. In this paper, we designed and analyzed the test-bed for ISL3.
