이 논문은 개념기반의 대화체 언어번역시스템의 번역부의 평가에 대해 기술한 것이다. 대상언어는 한국어와 영어로 한국어를 해석하여 영어로 번역하는 시스템이다. 개념기반 시스템은 개념을 기준으로 입력된 문장을 해석하고 그 개념을 이용하여 번역한다. 개념기반 시스템은 개념에 기반을 두기 때문에 자유로운 간투사의 사용, 빈번한 단어 생략 등의 특성을 가지는 대화체 번역에 유리하다. 시스템의 평가는 입력문에 대한 번역문의 결과가 의미적으로 어느 정도 전달되었는지를 평가자의 주관적인 판단에 의해 평가한다. 현재 개발된 시스템은 여행안내 영역(domain)을 대상으로 하고 있다. 개발된 시스템에 대한 평가는 대화체를 전사한 문장과 음성인식의 결과 두 가지의 입력에 대해 하였다.

위해성 평가(Risk assessment)는 지하수나 토양의 오염으로 인해 자연 환경과 사람에게 미칠수 있는 위해(risk)를 정량적으로 평가하는 방법이다. 이 평가를 바탕으로 대상지역의 오염도 저감 여부 및 목표를 설정할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 유류로 오염된 부지를 대상으로 측정된 TPH(Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon)값에 근거하여 인체에 미칠 수 있는 위해((Risk)에 대한 정량적인 평가와 동시에 오염된 토양 및 지하수의 정화기준을 산정 하고자하였다. 그 결과 유류로 오염된 00지구에 대한 정화기술적용시의 최소성분감소비(CRF)를 산출하여 정화의 정도치와 정화목표농도를 산출하였다.

In this study the measures and methodology to evaluate the operational efficiency of ITS systems were developed. And they were applied for the ITS systems deployed in the ITS Model Cities in order to figure out their applicability for the operational efficiency evaluation of similar ITS systems which would be deployed in the future.

Damages from typhoon events have contributed more than 60 percent of total economic and social loss and the size of loss have been increased up to 800 million dollars per year in Korea, It is therefore necessary to make an effort to mitigate the loss of natural disasters. To facilitate the evaluation of damages in advance and to support the decision making to recover the damages, scientific methods have been adopted. With the effort, GIS data can provide various tools. Three components of hazard mapping are estimation of hazard, inventory for vulnerable features, and fragility of each feature. Vulnerability of natural disaster can be obtained by relation between loss and meteorological data such as precipitation and wind speed. Features can be categorized from other GIS data of public facilities and private properties, and then social and economic loss can be estimated. At this point, GIS data conversions for each model are required. In this study, we build a method to estimate typhoon risk based on GIS data such as DEM, land cover and land use map, facilities.

교수종합평가는 교육.연구.봉사 영역 모두를 대상으로 해야 한다. 어느 한 영역의 평가결과가 우수하면, 다른 영역의 결과는 그렇지 못할 수도 있다. 모든 영역에서 평가결과가 우수한 경우는 드물다. 그리고 교수종합평가의 평가영역 및 평가요소별 가중치는 개인의 가치에 따라 차이가 있을 수 있다. 교수의 종합평가나 중점평가에 적용될 가중치는 특정 개인의 주장만을 반영하기보다 많은 사람이 합의한 결정에 근거하여 설정되어야 한다. 여기에서는 보다 많은 대학과 다양한 학문계열의 교수들을 표집하여 객관적인 입장에서 평가영역 및 평가항목의 가중치를 규명하였다. 그 결과로 도출된 가중치는 대학교수들의 평가에 적용되어 평가결과의 타당성을 제고할 수 있을 것이다.

The research attempted to propose directions for improving evaluation of science gifted educational institutions affiliated with universities through its meta-evaluation. A survey questionnaire was developed and responded by 25 representatives of 25 science gifted educational institutions and 9 evaluation committee members in February 2008. According to research results, it was found that reference-criteria and categories for evaluation were abstract and did not reflect varied characteristics of individual institutions. Evaluation of outcomes mainly emphasized student number admitted by science high schools and science gifted school. Evaluation was performed for the sake of judging ranks. In addition, research capacity of institutions was not even considered as an evaluation element. For its improvement, the followings were suggested: First, evaluation should be functioned as consulting. Second, evaluation criteria are presented as concrete as it can be. Third, on-site evaluation should be introduced Fourth, evaluation process and results should be publicized Fifth, satisfaction by student and parents should be also included. Furthermore, exemplary cases of science gifted educational institutions should be identified and rewarded, and their management strategies should be disseminated with other institutions.

This study is to develope the usability evaluation criteria for improving quality of user services in digital library website. It compared and analyzed major eight studies concerning usability evaluation of library website in foreign and domestic. This paper was suggested 36 items of evaluation criteria that are belongs to six domain(quality of links, feedback mechanism, accessibility, design, navigation and searching). Usability evaluation criteria for digital library websites suggested in this paper is a item-based level, and to observe generally.

한국은 기상·수문정보의 예측이 기상 및 기후 측면에서 주도적으로 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 단기 및 중기 수자원 평가 및 분석을 위해 필요한 시공간적 규모, 정확도, 평가체계를 고려한 기상 기후 예측정보의 활용 방안이 마련될 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 미래 수자원 평가 및 분석을 위한 방안을 마련하고자 국내 경안천 유역을 대상으로 하천유량을 예측하고 평가하였다. 이를 위해, 우리는 세계기상기구(World Meteorological Organization, WMO)에서 회원국을 대상으로 배포 중인 수자원 평가 도구인 동적수자원평가시스템(Dynamic Water resources Assessment Tool, DWAT)을 경안천 유역에 대하여 구축하고, 과거 관측 기상 및 유량 자료를 이용하여 매개변수를 보정하였다. 앙상블 하천유량 예측을 위해서 전지구적인 기후 패턴과 국내 기상 특성 간의 상관성 분석 후 이를 예측인자로 활용하여 다중회귀모형과 인공신경망 모형으로부터 생성된 1,000개의 앙상블 강우 및 기온 예측정보를 DWAT의 입력자료로 이용하였다. 2022년에 대한 앙상블예측정보를 DWAT의 입력자료로 사용하여 앙상블 하천유량이 예측되었다. 예측된 일-단위 하천유량은 실제 관측유량과 차이를 보이나 이는 예측된 앙상블 강우 및 기온정보의 오차에 기인하는 것으로 보인다. 이러한 결과는 수문 모형 결과의 오차는 강제 자료의 오차에 큰 영향을 받는 한계를 다시 한번 확인시켜준다. 따라서 단기·중기 수자원 평가 및 분석을 월-단위 하천유량으로 변환하여 월별 통계치를 분석하는 방향을 고려할 필요가 있다.

일본원자력연구소에서는 현재 원자력발전소의 확율논적 안전성평가방법을 개발$\cdot$작성하고 있다. 이 평가에서는 원자력발전소의 지진에 의한 리스크도 대상으로 하고 있으며, ${\ulcorner}$지진위험도평가${\lrcorner}$도 지진리스크 평가의 일환으로 수행되는 것이다. ${\ulcorner}$지진위험도${\lrcorner}$란 용어의 정의가 확정되어 있지는 않지만, 본고에서는 원자력발전소의 사이트에 어느 정도 레벨의 지진이 어느정도 빈도로 발생하는지로 정의한다.
