In this study, we derived selection factors for OTT services based on previous studies and presented an hierarchy process analysis model to calculate the weights for each evaluation. To evaluate the OTT selection factors, OTT customer data was used for the analysis. The results showed that of the first stage factors of economic feasibility, system excellence, convenience, diversity, playfulness, and responsiveness, diversity is the most important. When the weights for first stage and second stage factors were synthesized, entertainment was the most important factor. Lastly, this study analyzed whether there is a difference in the weight of the selection factor for the first stage of OTT service according to gender and age. This study shows which factors consumers prioritize when using OTT services.

This study compares and analyzes user experiences of intelligent personal assistant services based on the evaluation criteria of human-computer interaction to explore positive elements of user experiences and factors that could be improved. The research was conducted on Apple's Siri, Google's Google Associate, and Samsung's Bixby, which is presently the smartest personal assistant service on the market. The research method was to compare and analyze the concepts and characteristics of the current services through a literature review and by interviewing seven UI/UX design experts for the second 2 weeks using contextual inquiry. The interview reorganized Peter Morville's user experience honeycomb, reducing his seven usability principles down to five, asking questions about usability, convenience, visual attractiveness, reliability, and satisfaction. On the basis of the reconfigured usability principle, the assessment was conducted on the basis of the assessment timing and the system usability scale. This study is meaningful in that it analyzed the user experience of artificial intelligence personal assistant services both quantitatively and qualitatively.

This study designed, developed and evaluated an application to improve the social skills of students with Autism Spectrum Disorders(ASD) based on the stage of the ADDIE model. The design stage aimed to factor in the characteristics and needs of students with ASD, and created guide maps and story boards accordingly. In the development stage, the application was made through a total of fourteen processes and four official tests. In the evaluation stage, heuristic usability evaluation was conducted on 10 teachers based on the their experience of using the application in the implementation stage. The results of the evaluation were all close to 'very good' in the areas of educational value, content implementation technology, content information and convenience. Finally, the application was fully developed after reflecting the corrections in accordance with the result of the usability evaluation. It is expected that this study have a role in invigorating the development of special educational software content.

The process of inspecting electric railway vehicles is complicated and these vehicles accompany a risk of safety accidents. This developed system will be a great help in simplifying the shunting process and be very useful in terms of ensuring safety and providing user convenience. In this paper, the results of performance evaluation tests are studied on a movable catenary system for railway vehicles that secured mechanical durability, convenience, and operator safety by applying a specific rigid bar catenary of an existing mobile train line. We presented an analysis of the basic characteristics for site installation including sorting. In conclusion, this developed system was obtained in good results through durability test, durable mechanical load test and safety test in require specifications.

오늘날은 정보의 홍수라고 표현이 될 만큼 많은 양의 정보를 어디서나 얻을 수 있다. 이러한 많은 양의 정보 중 사람들은 그들이 필요한 정보를 얻기 위하여 인터넷을 사용하며 대부분의 사용자들이 포털 사이트의 검색 서비스를 통하여 그들이 원하는 정보를 검색하고 얻고 있다. 그러나 전통적인 여과 과정을 통해 검증된 인쇄 자원과는 다르게 인터넷상에 있는 자원은 대부분 여과되어 있다고 볼 수 없다. 인터넷상에서 발견되는 정보가 주로 여과되지 않은 상태라는 점을 이해하는 것도 정보를 얻는 사용자 입장에서 매우 중요하다. 그런 의미에서 웹에서는 제공되는 정보에 대한 선정, 조직화, 검색에 대한 표준화가 아직 없기 때문에, 단순히 웹 검색 엔진을 이용한 검색의 결과만을 통해서 원하는 정보를 찾는 것은 쉽 지가 않다(Spink et al, 1999). 비록 원하던 정보를 얻었다 해도 획득한 정보가 신뢰할 만한 것인지를 판단하기가 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 그러한 요구에 부응하기 위해 검색 서비스에 대한 사용자 선호 요인을 선별하고 설문 조사를 통해 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구는 크게 문헌 연구와 실증 연구로 구별되며, 실증 분석에서는 검색 서비스를 사용해 본 경험이 있는 인터넷 사용자를 대상으로 설문을 인터넷 사이트와 설문지를 배부하는 형식으로 진행하여, 통계 패키지를 이용 결과를 분석하였다. 문헌 연구에 따르면 인터넷 사이트를 사용하는데 있어서, 사용자 선호에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 정보 품질, 서비스 연계성, 인지된 유용성, 흥미성, 시스템 품질, UI의 편의성이 있으며 본 연구에서도 이러한 요인을 중심으로 연구 모형을 정하였다. 이러한 요인들에 대하여 가설을 정해 실증 분석을 한 결과, 기본적으로 검색 서비스에 대한 인지된 유용성과 UI의 편의성은 사용자 선호에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 정보 품질, 서비스 연계성, 흥미 성, 시스템 품질은 사용자 선호에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정보 품질과 시스템 품질의 결과는 유의 수준에서 크게 넘어가지 않는 결과가 나와 반드시 영향을 미치지 못하는 것은 아니라고 조사되었다. 본 연구는 검색 서비스라는 특정 서비스에 대해서 사용자 선호에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해서 알아보고자 하였다. 이는 학문적인 측면에서 기존의 통합적인 웹사이트 평가에 대한 연구의 확장을 가능케 하였고, 개인사용자 측면에서는 좀더 좋은 정보를 제공하는 검색 서비스에 대한 이해를 높일 수 있는 계기가 되었다고 할 수 있다.

전 세계적으로 기후변화에 따른 예측하기 어려운 국지성호우의 발생빈도가 증가하고 있으며, 수반되는 돌발홍수를 사전에 대비하기 위해 하천운영의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 일반적인 하천 시설물 점검 및 보수 계획 수립 시, 시설물의 중요도나 하천의 현황 보다는 행정적인 편의성을 고려하여 구간에 따른 육안 점검 등을 통해 일률적으로 수행되고 있다. 그러나 현재 우리나라의 하천 시설물 중 약 40% 이상이 준공연수가 30년을 초과한 것으로 파악되고 있으며, 노후화된 하천 시설물의 정확한 상태평가에 따른 보수보강 계획수립이 필요한 실정이다. 이를 위해서는 하천 시설물 관리에 있어 다양한 문제점과 관련된 자료를 수집하여 DB화하고, 모델링 및 정밀검사 등을 통해 다양한 각도에서 분석되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 시설물통합정보관리시스템(Facilty Management System; FMS)에서 제공하는 하천 시설물 관리대장 중 테스트베드에 위치한 수문의 개별부재에 대한 상태 평가지수를 활용하여 시설물의 생애주기를 통합적으로 고려할 수 있는 성능평가모델을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 성능평가모델은 하천 시설물의 합리적인 관리체계를 통해 분석된 결과로부터 시설관리자가 하천 관리 및 계획수립에 있어 의사결정을 할 수 있도록 정보를 제공하는 지원 도구로 활용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

While much attention has been given to pedestrian environments recently, methods to evaluate their service level have not been fully developed yet. Although many kinds of pedestrian environment-related surveys and field studies are conducted, data are not systematically collected and accumulated due to the lack of consistent evaluation tools and methods. In this regard, it is necessary to develop reasonable evaluation methods for pedestrian environments. This paper suggests technical indices to evaluate pedestrian environments for a city. These indices provide useful ways to determine priorities to enhance pedestrian streets and also provide ways to compare cross sectional and time series changes of pedestrian environments. These indices therefore can be used as criteria for pedestrian environment planning and policy.

This paper describes capability of utilizing ground control points(GCPs) obtained from 1:1,000 and 1:5,000 digital vector maps to correct image coordinates which have errors due to bais rational polynomial coefficient(RPC) of IKONOS Geo-level stereo images. The accuracy of the bias-corrected images was improved to approximately 4m and 2m in planimetry and height, respectively. The accuracy was also compared with results from using GCPs obtained by GPS surveying. In consequence, bias-compensated IKONOS sereo imagery was evaluated to satisfy generating topographic map 1:10,000.

The purpose of this study is to figure out visitor's attitudes for trail facilities in Gayasan National Park in order to provide the basic information for effective installation and maintenance of trail facilities. The questionnaire survey on two trails were conducted to 227 visitors on the way back home after using the trails. The use characteristics of two trails were a little different from each other, and the conditions of two trails were rated relatively high both in quantity and quality. By the evaluation of 5 types of trail facilities in Haein trail and 4 types in Baegun trail, The responses were noticeably positive about wood deck, log steps with stones and wood steps in Haein trail and about deck-type wood steps and log fences in Baegun trail from the point of three aspects; harmony with nature, resources conservation and user convenience. On the other hand it seems necessary to replace the steel steps of both trails with eco-friendly materials. So, from now on it is necessary for introducing the trail facilities in National Parks to apply the eco-friendly materials extensively and to upgrade the design aspects comprehensively of harmony with nature, resources conservation and user convenience
