A Study of Analysis for Electromagnetic Force of Solenoid impressed by pulse-voltage (펄스 인가시 솔레노이드 내의 자기력 해석에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구는 유한 길이를 갖는 솔레노이드 내에 원통형 도체가 존재하는 경우, 코일에 펄스 전압을 인가했을 때 정적, 동적 특성을 고찰하였다. 또한 솔레노이드 내에 자속을 한 부분으로 집중시켜주는 B-field shaper를 삽입하여 같은 방법으로 펄스 전류 인가시의 정적, 동적 특성을 고찰하였다. 원통형 도체의 재질로는 Al, Cu, Fe 계열을 사용하였으며, 인가 전압은 고압용 콘덴서를 충전하여 수백 micro sec 단위의 짧은 시간에 통전하였다. 본 논문에서는 유한 길이 솔레노이드는 설계 기본 방법을 제시하였고, 설계된 시작품에 대한 동적특성 해석은 유한요소법을 이용하여 검증하였다. 해석결과로는 현상에 따른 솔레노이드 내의 원통 도체에 작용하는 자기력 분포, 인덕턴스 등 설계 변수에 대한 자기력 특성 값을 제시하였다.

A study on intra-pulse modulation recognition using fearture parameters (특징인자를 활용한 펄스 내 변조 형태 식별방법에 관한 연구)

  • The modern Electronic Warfare Receivers are required to the current radar technologies like the Low Probability of Intercept(LPI) radars to avoid detection. LPI radars have features of intra-pulse modulation differ from existing radar signals. This features require counterworks such as signal confirmation and identification. Hence this paper presents a study on intra-pulse modulation recognition. The proposed method automatically recognizes intra-pulse modulation types such as LFM and NLFM using classifiers extracted from the features of each intra-pulse modulation. Several simulations are also conducted and the simulation results indicate the performance of the given method.

  • The adaptive learning circuit is designed on the basis of modeling of MFSFET (Metal-Ferroelectric-Semiconductor FET) and the numerical results is analyzed. The output frequency of the adaptive learning circuit is inversely proportional to the source-drain resistance of MFSFET and the capacitance of the circuit. The saturated drain current with input pulse number is analogous to the ferroelectric polarization reversal. It indicates that the ferroelectric polarization plays an important role in the drain current control of MFSFET. The output frequency modulation of the adaptive learning circuit is investigated by analyzing the source-drain resistance of MFSFET as functions of input pulse numbers in the adaptive learning circuit and the dimensionality factor of the ferroelectric thin film. From the results, adaptive learning characteristics which means a gradual frequency change of output pulse with the progress of input pulse, are confirmed. Consequently it is shown that our circuit can be used effectively in the neuron synapses of neural networks.

  • An accurate prediction of electricity supply and demand is important for daily life, industrial activities, and national management. In this paper electricity sales is predicted by time series modelling. Real data analysis shows the transfer function model with cooling and heating days as an input time series and a pulse function as an intervention variable outperforms other time series models for the root mean square error and the mean absolute percentage error.

  • 본 연구에서는 임펄스 잡음 환경 하에서, 대표적인 Bussgang계열의 블라인드 등화 알고리즘인 LMS-Sato 및 LMS-CMA 블라인드 등와 알고리즘의 수렴특성을 컴퓨터 모의 실험을 통하여 살펴보았다. LMAD-Sato 및 LMAD-CMA 블라인드 등화 알고리즘을 유도 하고, 동일한 조건하에서 그 수렴특성을 살펴보았다. 16-QAM 데이터에 대한 실험 결과 임 펄스 잡음 환경 하에서 LMAD 형태의 블라인드 등화 알고리즘이 LMS 형태의 블라인드 등 화 알고리즘 보다 안정적인 수렴특성을 보여 주었다. 또한, normalized 형태의 LMAD-Sato 및 CMA 블라인드 등화 알고리즘을 제안하였으며, 실험 결과 이들 알고리즘들이 임펄스 잡 음 환경에서 LMAD 형태의 알고리즘 보다 더 우수한 수렴 특성을 보여 주었다.

A Point Rainfal1 Model and Rainfall Intensity-Duration-Frequency Analysis (점 강우모형과 강우강도-지속기간-생기빈도 해석)

  • This study proposes a theoretical methodology for deriving a rainfall intensity-duration- frequency (I-D-F) curve using a simple rectangular pulses Poisson process model. As the I-D-F curve derived by considering the model structure is dependent on the rainfall model parameters estimated using the observed first and second order statistics, it becomes less sensitive to the unusual rainfall events than that derided using the annual maxima rainfall series. This study has been applied to the rainfall data at Seoul and Inchon stations to check its applicability by comparing the two I-D-F carves from the model and the data. The results obtained are as followed. (1) As the duration becomes longer, the overlap probability increases significantly. However, its contribution to the rainfall intensity decreases a little. (2) When considering the overlap of each rainfall event, especially for large duration and return period, we could see obvious increases of rainfall intensity. This result is normal as the rainfall intensity is calculated by considering both the overlap probability and return period. Also, the overlap effect for Seoul station is fecund much higher than that for Inchon station, which is mainly due to the different overlap probabilities calculated using different rainfall model parameter sets. (3) As the rectangular pulses Poisson processes model used in this study cannot consider the clustering characteristics of rainfall, the derived I-D-F curves show less rainfall intensities than those from the annual maxima series. However, overall pattern of both I-D-F curves are found very similar, and the difference is believed to be overcome by use of a rainfall model with the clustering consideration.

  • In this study, thermophysical properties of the engineering ceramic materials such as $Al_{2}$O$_{3}$, Si$_{3}$N$_{4}$ and SiC were measured b y a single rectangular pulse heating method. The values of thermal diffusivities, specific heats, and thermal conductivities were measured as a function of temperature ranging form room temperature to 1300K. The measured thermal properties of one group of ceramic material were compared with those of other group and discussed in detail in connection with the chemical composition. Thus, some criteria for thermal design with the engineering ceramic materials were proposed.

다양한 색상 구현을 위한 물리적 박막 증착 공정에 관한 연구

  • 금속, 플라스틱, 유리 등의 재료 표면에 다양한 색상을 표현하기 위해 일반적으로 습식 도금을 많이 적용하고 있다. 하지만 습식 도금은 공정 수가 많을 뿐만 아니라 위험물질 및 오염물질을 많이 사용하기 때문에 산업사고, 환경오염 등을 야기 시킨다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 친환경적 방법인 물리적기상증착(PVD ; Physical Vapor Deposition) 방식의 한 종류인 스퍼터링(Sputtering)으로 색상을 구현하였다. PVD 방식의 증착은 습식 도금 방식에 비해 친환경적이며, 전처리에서 후처리까지 한 공정으로 가능하다는 점이다. 스퍼터링은 PVD의 다른 방식인 E-beam 방식에 비해 대량생산을 할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 양산형 스퍼터링 장비(${\Phi}1200mm{\times}H1400mm$)로 실험을 진행하였으며, 증착 물질은 Ti, Al, Cr 을 사용하였고, 반응성 가스(Reactive Gas) 로는 N2, C2H2 가스를 사용하였다. 전처리는 LIS (Linear Ion Source)로 식각(Etching) 하였고, 펄스직류전원공급장치(Pulsed DC Power Supply)를 사용하여 증착 하였으며, 증착시 기판에 bias (-100 V)를 인가 하였다. 그 결과 회색계열, 갈색계열 등 여러가지 색을 구현할 수 있었으며, 증착된 박막의 특성을 알아보기 위하여 색차계, 내마모 시험기, 연필경도 시험기를 사용하였다. 향후 후처리 공정으로 내지문(AF ; anti fingerprint coating) 박막 등과 같은 실용적인 박막을 증착할 계획이다.

  • This research experimented on the change of the multiple colleague scan angle facing one scan object facet to many directions of the form of 3D about the visual angle nervous system forming the cubic distribution with the gradient magnetic field of the mri system and considered the existing basic angle oblique direction test coverage and comparison. MR system can freely select various pulse sequence and image slice. To oblique imaging for optic nerve viewing, we have studied the variation of scan angle between typical oblique scan method (sagittal-coronal plane) and multi directional angles oblique scan method (sagittal-coronal-axial plane) using gradient of MR system. In this study, the subjects of the experiment were normal adults in our country. As a result, we confirmed that multi directional angles oblique scan method can display anatomical information of more wider area than typical oblique scan method. In addition, to clearly display optic nerve, we also confirmed that image slice thickness and pulse sequence have effect on it.

A New Vocoder based on AMR 7.4Kbit/s Mode for Speaker Dependent System (화자 의존 환경의 AMR 7.4Kbit/s모드에 기반한 보코더)

  • A new vocoder of Code Excited Linear Predictive (CELP) based on Adaptive Multi Rate (AMR) 7.4kbit/s mode is proposed in this paper. The proposed vocoder achieves a better compression rate in an environment of Speaker Dependent Coding System (SDSC) and is efficiently used for systems, such as OGM(Outgoing message) and TTS(Text To Speech), which needs only one person's speech. In order to enhance the compression rate of a coder, a new Line Spectral Pairs(LSP) code-book is employed by using Centroid Neural Network (CNN) algorithm. In comparison with original(traditional) AMR 7.4 Kbit/s coder, the new coder shows 27% higher compression rate while preserving synthesized speech quality in terms of Mean Opinion Score(MOS).
