Modeling and Tuning of 2-DOF PID Controller of Gas turbine Generation Unit by ANFIS (적응형 신경망-퍼지 추론법에 의한 가스터빈 발전 시스템의 모델링 및 2자유도 PID 제어기 튜닝)

  • We studied on acquiring of transfer function and tuning of 2-DOF PID controller using ANFIS for the optimum control to turbine's variables variety. Since the shape of a membership function in the ANFIS based on the characteristics of plant. ANFIS based control method is effective for plant that its variable vary. On the other hand, a start-up time is very short and its variable's value for optimal start-up in gas turbine should be varied, but it is very difficult for such a controller to design. In this paper, we tune 2-DOF PID controller after apply a ANFIS to the operating data of Gun-san gas turbine and verify the characteristics. Its results is compared to the conventional PID controller and discuss. We expect this method will be used for another process because it is studied on the real operating data.

  • 본 논문은 퍼지 추론을 이용하여 소수문서로부터의 대표 용어들을 추출하고 가중치를 부여한 기존 방법의 유용성을 평가하고자 GIS (Generalized Instance Set) 알고리즘에 이를 적용시켜 보았다. GIS 는 학습 문서 집합에 대한 플러스터링 과정을 통해 문서 그룹들을 생성하고 이들에 대한 선형 분류기들을 유도한 뒤 k-NN 알고리즘을 적용하는 방법이다. GIS의 일반화(generalization) 과정에 Rocchio, Widrow-Hoff 및 퍼지 추론을 이용한 방법을 적용시켜 문서 분류 성능을 비교하였다. 긍정적 문서 집합에 대한 실험에서 비교적 우수한 성능 향상을 보여줌으로써 퍼지 추론을 이용한 방법의 유용성을 확인 할 수 있었다.

  • This paper suggests an approach to the subtle concept, "good", through the fuzzy logic and the design of the Canny edge detector of Gray scale images based on the rules of fuzzy anisotropic diffusion. The Canny edge detection algorithms design is to divide the gray levels into pixels and then calculate the diffusion coefficients at each pixel of non-edgy regions. Based on this processing, we present the Canny edge detector implementing fuzzy logic and comparing the results to other existing methods. The proposed approach is the narrow dynamic range of the gray-level image Sharpening the edge detection and has the advantage.

  • In this paper, we proposed a fuzzy controller and algorithm for efficiently obstacle avoidance in unknown space. The ultrasonic sensor is used for position and distance recognition of obstacle, and fuzzy controller is used for left and right wheels angular velocity control. The fuzzification is used singleton method and the control rule is each wheel forty-nine. The fuzzy inference is used simplified Mamdani's reasoning and defuzzification is used SCOG(Simplified Center Of Gravity). The computer simulation based on mobile robot modelling was performed for the capacity of fuzzy controller and the really applicable possibility revaluation of the proposed avoidance algorithm and fuzzy controller. As a result, mobile robot was exactly reached in target and it avoided obstacle efficiently.

  • 본 논문에서는 퍼지제어 이론을 적용한 전지 유압 속도제어 시스템을 설계하였다, 최적의 퍼지 추론법을 유도하기 위해서 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 개발하여 최적의 샘플링 시간, A/D 및 D/A 변환기의 비트수를 결정하였고, 퍼지 입출력 변수의 형태, 퍼지 관계 행렬의 크기, 비퍼지화 방법 등을 시뮬레이션화하여 최적의 제어조건을 결정하였다, 전기유압 서어보 시스템에 적합한 퍼지 알고리즘은 Lsrsen 추론법, 비퍼지화 방법으로는 무게중심ㅂ버, 9*9 퍼지관계 행렬, 등간격의 삼각형 입출력 변수, 오차의 퍼지집합 및 오차 변화분의 퍼지집합이 각각 40과 5 일때 제어가 가장 잘 되었다. PID 제어방법과 비교할 때 퍼지제어가 우수한 성능을 보였으며,시스템의 등록성이 변할 때도 퍼지제어가 PID 제어 보다 적응이 잘 됨을 확인하였다.

  • Recently, researches on ontology-based pattern classification have been tried out in many fields. However, in most of the researches, the ontology which represents the knowledge about pattern classification is just referred during the processes of the pattern classification. In this paper, we propose ontology-based fuzzy classifier for pattern classification which is extended from the fuzzy rule-based classifier In order to realize the proposed classifier, we construct an ontology by conceptualizing the method of fuzzy rule-based pattern classification and generate ontology inference rules for pattern classification. Lastly, we show the validity o) the proposed classifier through the experiment of pattern classification on the Fisher's IRIS dataset.

  • 최대 수용전력 시계열 데이터를 수집하여 카오스적 성질을 분석하고 퍼지 제어기로부터 추론되어진 제어 값으로 특정 플랜트의 단기예측을 수행하는 카오스 퍼지 제어기를 구성하고 시뮬레이션을 통하여 실제 데이터와의 오차 검토를 통하여 카오스 퍼지 제어기의 강인성을 검증하고 이 시스템을 통하여 얻어진 결과와 실제 데이터를 비교함으로써 제어기의 성능을 평가한다.

  • In this paper, We propose the fuzzy controller for the gain tuning of PID controller The proposed controller doesn't use the crisp output error and rule tables though with a fuzzy inference process in forward fuzzifier, New Fuzzy PID Controller assigns relations and ranges of two variables of PID gain parameters. These new gain parameters are calculated by the fuzzy inference with max-min ranges of Kp and Kd. The Ki parameter is computed automatically between Kp and Kd parameter Is calculated by Ziegler-Nickels tuning rules. Finally we experimented the propose controller by the hydraulic servo motor control system. We can obtained desired results through the good control characteristics.

  • A new simply computable operator named DBAH(difference between arithmetic mean and mean)and fuzzy reasoning technique of local thresholds for extracting sketch features are proposed in this paper.The DBAH operator provides some advantages, for example dependence on local intensities and small reponses with small rates of intensity change in very dark regions. Also, the proposed fuzzy reasoning technique has a good performance extracting sketch features without human intervention.

  • Fuzzy reasoning was applied to sensory evaluation of cooked rice. A sensory attribute diagnostics was done in terms of tour kinds of attributes-texture, taste, odor and appearance which determine overall palatability. First, rating for the contribution level of each attribute to the overall palatability was asked as one of five scales-very important, important, moderate, slight and very slight. Secondly, the preference level of each attribute for a cooked rice sample was asked as one of five hedonic scales-excellent, good, fair, poor and very poor. Thirdly, the results of the scales were converted into fuzzy values and operated by fuzzy reasoning. Finally, the contribution and preference levels of the attributes were composed to infer the overall palatability of cooked rice sample.
