A Study on a Validity of Traffic Signal Control using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (퍼지AHP를 이용한 교통신호제어 적합성에 관한 연구)

  • This paper discusses a fitness of the control on intersection using fuzzy analytic hierachy process. The validity of control of traffic signal on intersection is the fitness of phase and cycle on the intersection. The validity of the controller is cleared by the comparison of the delay time of vehicle. Fuzzy analytic hierachy process clears the grade of validity of the fixed cycle time controller and adaptive fixed cycle time and fuzzy trafic controller and proposes a new control type a traffic signal by this fuzzy analytic hierachy process.

  • 본 논문은 퍼지 계층분석법을 이용하여 교통신호의 교차로에서의 적합성에 대해서 논의한다. 교차로에서의 교통신호는 현시, 주기 등이 현재의 교차로 상황에 적합한가를 구별하여 판별할 수 있다. 교통신호의 적합성 여부는 현시, 주기를 따로 구별한 신호체계에서의 지체차량의 지체시간을 비교하여 구별한다. 교통 신호체계는 고정신호체계, 최적신호체계, 퍼지응용신호체계를 구별하여 응용단계가 높은 신호체계가 적합성이 높음을 퍼지계층분석법을 이용하여 밝히고 이를 이용 새로운 체계의 교통신호 체계도 제시한다.

  • A Port Authority system has been regarded as one of the efficient ways of port management. The Korean government is thus now planning to set up such a system into the Busan Port. Busan New Port is located in Kadok Island but divided Busan and Kyongnam administrative district, so complicated in the appropriate selection to Busan New Port Administration. The research method which was used in this study accounted for overlapping between attributes, and introduced the HFP( Hierarchical Fuzzy Process) method that can perform an operation.

  • This study presents the feasibility of fuzzy multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) techniques for the robust prioritization of projects. It is applied to water resources planning problem. Results from weighted sum method (WSM), analytic hierarchy process (AHP), revised analytic hierarchy process (R-AHP), and TOPSIS are compared with those from Fuzzy WSM, Fuzzy, AHP, Fuzzy R-AHP, and Fuzzy TOPSIS. For the calculation, all weights on criteria and the normalized data were obtained from the same investigation. As a result, the rankings from four MCDM techniques are slightly different while those from fuzzy MCDM show the comparatively consistent ranking. Therefore, it is desirable to use fuzzy MCDM technique when MCDM is used for the prioritization problem, since fuzzy MCDM can include the uncertain variability of input data and weighting values on criteria.

  • Nowaday, The tendency of complexity and extension of construction fields increase the need for efficient works managements like a construction management. Consequently, by the introduction of Decision-Making Theories, researches for improving construction field's efficiencies are actively performed. Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process method is invented, so that describes a decision maker's ambiguous linguistic judgment with fuzzy numbers. but most of researches on Fuzzy-AHP use symmetric triangular fuzzy function for estimating each evaluation item with the consequence that exact judgments are impossible. those limits are caused by the point that employed fuzzy ranking methods can not support dissymmetric fuzzy numbers. In this research, we aims to overcome this problem with R.P.R(Relative Preference Ratio) method and suggest improved Fuzzy-AHP method which can use dissymmetric fuzzy triangular numbers.

  • This paper discusses a fitness of the control on intersection network using fuzzy analytic hierachy process. The validity of control of traffic signal on intersection is phase, cycle of intersection. But the aigent of traffic intersection network is relative of intersection article. Therefor the aigent of traffic network intersection is before intersection passing vechile number, delayed vechile number. Fuzzy analytic hierachy process clears the grade of validity of the fixed cycle time controller and adaptive fixed cycle time and fuzzy traffic controller and proposes a new control type a traffic signal by this fuzzy analytic hierachy process.

  • This study is realized using fuzzy evaluation and AHP(the analytic hierarchy process) for the optimum search of traffic route and estimated by the quantitative analysis in the vague subjective judgement. It is different from classical route search and noticed thinking method of human. Appraisal element, weight, appraisal value of route is extracted from basic of the opinion gathering fur the driving expert and example of route model was used for the finding of practice utility. Model assessment was performed attribute membership function making of estimate element, estimate value setting, weight define by the AHP, non additive presentation of weight according to $\lambda$-fuzzy measure, Choquet fuzzy integral.

  • Recently, Fuzzy theory has been applied in evaluation problem. Fuzzy evaluation based on Fuzzy theory can accommodate fuzziness of judgement with people through introducing Fuzzy measure. Representative Fuzzy evaluation is Fuzzy Integral using Fuzzy measure. Definite methodology using Fuzzy Integral HFI(Hierarchical Fuzzy Integrals), HFEA(Hierarchical Fuzzy Evaluation Algorithm), HFP(Hierarchical Fuzzy Process), etc. In this paper, we deal with problem identifying evaluation value using Fuzzy Relation Equation at these Fuzzy evaluation. We verify relation between Input data and Output data through @-operation and apply this to HFP. And that we verify evaluation value which objects of evaluation are able to possess.

  • 다기준 의사결정 문제에서 요인간의 가중치 계산과 계산된 요인의 평가값 종합화는 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 다기준 의사결정 문제에 있어서 의사결정자의 의사전략 결합기법을 도출하고 다기준의사결정 문제로 적용하였다. 복잡한 환경에서 의사결정을 할 때 발생되는 모호함을 해결하기 위해 주관적 의견을 결합한 퍼지지합 이론을, 다기준 문제의 요인을 퍼지값으로 계층화하기 위해 계층분석법을 적용하였다. 또한, 의사결정자의 의사전략을 결합하기 위해 순위 가중치평균법을 이용하였다. 순위가 있는 가중치 평균방법은 퍼지집합의 orness 특성을 이용하여 의사결정자의 주관적 의지를 반영할 수 있는 기법으로, 순위가중치평균(OWA) 연산자에 따른 낙관적 혹은 비관적인 정도에 따라 주관적인 의도를 반영할 수 있는 방법이다. 다기준의사결정 문제의 적용사례로서 해상교통안전을 위한 대기정박지의 위치분석 문제를 본 연구에서 제시한 방법에 따라 적용하였다.
