  • This study aims to find out the relationship between purchase intention of fashion products and affecting factors. Measurement was not on the general Web environment but on the individual websites. It was modeled that the likeness of shopping malls affects purchase intention. Flow, which Csikszentmihalyi(1990) introduced as the state of optimal experience, was to affect purchase intention through the likeness of shopping malls. In addition, characteristics of fashion products were to affect purchase intention. A structural equation modeling was used for estimation. The result shows that the likeness of shopping malls affect purchase intention more than characteristics of fashion products. The difference from other studies is that the sign of Skills on Flow is negative. The effect of Flow on purchase intention is the largest and the next is the characteristics of the shopping malls. These results imply that internet shopping malls have to increase the likeness of shopping malls in addition to interests of the products. In addition, fashion consciousness was tested as a moderator by dividing the subjects into two groups of high and low fashion consciousness. The result shows that fashion consciousness works as a moderator for the variables affecting purchase intention.

  • The market of Internet-based fashion/coordination shopping malls have been growing rapidly year by year. In accordance with this growth, Internet fashion shopping malls are also making a lot of efforts to increase their revenue by displaying new fashion products on a high spot or by having professional models wear them to make them more attractive to the customers. If online shopping malls have the functionality of automatically calculating the matching degree of lower and upper clothes, it could play a role of off-line shop assistants and provide a more convenient way of purchasing fashion products for customers. In this paper, we present a learning system adopting the content-based filtering method for online shopping malls, which automatically calculates the matching degree of lower and upper clothes and recommends the most well-matched pair.

  • Recently, as the fashion e-commerce market has expanded, the proportion of online shops that are growing rapidly has increased and with them so too has competition. Most retailers operating online shops need their own competitiveness, and accordingly, the need to develop their logistics service quality components is increasing. This study investigated the quality of the logistics services, which is a factor of the logistics service quality of the internet shop. It influences customer satisfaction and repurchase intention by collecting samples from the customers using online fashion shops. Two hundred customers who shop online were surveyed to extract the data. The sample was subjected to basic statistical analysis using the SPSS 25.0 package, and factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and correlation analysis were performed. The results of this study showed that the information quality of proactive return, promptness of the return process, and reliability of the return cost had a positive impact on customer satisfaction, and it had a significant influence on the customer's repurchase intention to the online store. A selection of shops showed high amounts of return reasons, high customer satisfaction, and high repurchase, whereas, in general, many others scored poorly across these criteria. This suggests that a retailer operating online should consider pages for receiving information plus sales content in addition to the quality and constituent factors of its logistics services for returns that influence repurchase and satisfaction.

In-depth interviews were conducted by presenting browsing-related questions to women in their 20s and 50s who are interested in browsing fashion products online. Based on the answers of the interviewees, using grounded theory, we analyzed and presented six factors such as price factor, promotion factor, purchase review factor, visual information factor, product information factor, and service factor. Based on inducing and hindering factors to browsing analyzed in this study, a strategy to design a browsing environment in terms of shopping malls was suggested, which will be helpful for practical strategies and marketing in related industries. Basic data will be presented in a thesis on a new type of shopping mall browsing environment related to the rapidly developing information and communication technology. In addition, the negative emotions experienced in relation to the detrimental factors of shopping malls in the browsing process are expected to be helpful in researching fashion product browsing related to consumer psychology.
