패션브랜드 분류 기준 모형에 관한 연구 - 패션업체 실무자 관점으로 - (A Model of Criteria for Classifying Fashion Brands - from the viewpoint of fashion business practice -)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out criteria for classifying fashion brand from the viewpoint of fashion business practice in order to develop strategy of fashion brands and to manage brand effectively and systematically, and to suggest theoretical frame for application of these criteria. Survey was implemented for this research. 388 Data from the people who works for merchandising, sales or design in fashion business company was analyzed. Questionnaires were developed based on 37 fashion brand classification criteria. SPSS package and LISREL program were used to analyze data. Factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, $$\mu$tiple response analysis, correlation analysis, and structure equation model analysis were applied. The results of this study were as follows First, factor analysis considering 37 classification criteria identified 7 factors as classification criteria which can be used effectively by fashion business company. Second, in two cases, based on the job description and the responsible items, analysis showed that importance of the 7 classification criteria factors was different. And all of 7 criteria were correlated to each other. Third, the effective method to classify fashion brands was proposed by establishing the model of the relationship among the values of 7 criteria and by proving it by the structure equation model analysis. And the two types of the courses to classify fashion brand were shown. Forth, according to the evaluation of these criteria in the importance of appropriateness and difficulty of implementing, classification criteria factor of "the level of product concept" was found to be very effective and "the level of brand value" was ineffective to apply.

국내 의류 제조업체와 생산 협력업체간 정보 공유 특성 (The Quality of the Information Sharing between the Korean Apparel Manufatures and the Contractors)

  • As apparel manufacturers have increased their outsourcing garment making to cope with the rapid changing market, the information sharing has been the most important factor for the Korean apparel industry. The purpose of this research was to study the present state and the needs of the information sharing between the apparel manufacturers and the contractors; and the relationship between the product property (basic/fashion product) and the information sharing property. A total of 86 Korean apparel manufacturers were surveyed for the study. The results are: 1) the information sharing level on manufacturing capacity, manufacturing processing condition, and product quality were a bit higher than other surveyed information, but the level on inventories and sales were lower than others. in addition, the information sharing needs by online system of manufacturing capacity, manufacturing processing condition, and product quality were greater than other information; 2) In the case of fashion product, the information sharing needs of product quality by online system were much greater than in the case of basic product. This study is expected to help apparel manufacturers to construct their information sharing system which is apt for their product property and needs.

  • 경기북부 지역 내 섬유패션산업은 23개 제조업종 중 가장 큰 비중(17.7%, 10인 이상 사업체 수 기준)을 차지하는 중추 기반산업이다. 하지만 소규모 공정별 임가공 업체가 대다수이고 최근 이 임가공업체에 오더를 주던 중대형 벤더의 해외이탈이 가속화됨에 따라 오더가 급감하고 있고 이로 인해 투자 감소로 이어지는 악순환 고리가 고착화되어 가고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 이러한 악순환 고리를 끊고 경기북부 섬유패션산업의 구조 고도화를 위한 정책요인을 분석하고 구체적 정책 제언을 위해. 각종 산업통계 데이터를 조사, 분석하여 관련 산업규모의 변화추이, 경영환경 변화 등을 파악한 결과와 관련 문헌조사 등의 선행연구결과 및 산 학 연 관 전문가의 의견조사를 바탕으로 AHP 연구모형(4개 계층, 36개 요소)을 설계하였고. 계층 간 및 계층 내 요인(요소)들 간 쌍대비교를 통해 상대적 중요도 및 우선순위를 도출하였다. 또한 이 연구모형 및 그 도출 결과를 반영한 섬유패션산업의 비전, 전략, 핵심과제 및 세부추진과제를 구체적으로 제안하여 본 연구결과의 유용성 및 활용성을 제고하였다.

패션 판매원의 직무적합성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Aptitudity of Fashion Salesperson)

  • 오늘날 시장에서는 제품 미학, 브랜딩 전략, 서비스 품질과 같은 감성적 요소들의 중요성이 점점 증대되고 있으며, 특히 패션제품의 경우 구매 시점에서의 감성적 요소들은 주로 인적 판매와 관련된다. 이처럼 패션 판매원의 역할이 중요해짐에 따라 판매원이 갖추어야 할 직무적합성에 대한 검토가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 (1) 패션 판매원의 직무적합성을 구성하는 요인을 규명하고, (2) 인구통계 특성과 직업 통계 특성 및 의복관여, 유형혁신성, 지속적 정보탐색, 직무만족과 직무적합성의 관계를 알아보았다. 연구 결과에서 패션 판매원의 직무적합성은 제품지식, 직업의식, 현 직장 관여, 마케팅 협력자로서의 자질, 고객지향성, 자기관리의 6개 요인으로 규명되었다. 패션 판매원들의 전반적인 의복관여와 유행혁신성은 높게 나타났으며, 직무적합성 요인들 중에서는 마케팅 협력자로서의 자질과 제품지식 요인에 대한 점수가 상대적으로 낮은 편이었으므로 통합적 패션 마케팅을 구현하기 위해서는 섬유와 패션 관련 제품지식과 판매 정보의 전략적 활용을 포함한 판매원 교육이 필요함을 알 수 있다. 패션 판매원의 직무적합성은 의복관여, 유행혁신성, 지속적 정보탐색, 직무만족과 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구에서 직무적합성과 유의한 관계를 보인 척도들은 패션 유통 업체들의 판매원 관리에 직무적합성 검증을 위한 지표로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

스트리트패션에 나타난 한국 소비자들의 패션예측 수용 (Acceptance of Fashion Forecast as Reflected in the Street Fashion in Korea)

  • 빠른 유행변화와 긴 제조과정으로 인하여 패션업계에서 유행예측은 매우 중요한 과업이며,성공의 열쇠가 된다. 따라서 예측된 스타일이 소비자들에게 수용되어 유행되는 과정은 학문적으로나 산업적으로 매우 중요한 주제이다. 이 연구는 해외 콜렉션에서 예측된 유행스타일들이 한국시장에서 어떻게 수용되는지를 알아보고자 여성복 해외 콜렉션 자료와 서울의 스트리트패션 자료를 02 s/s 시즌부터 05 s/s 시즌까지 7시즌에 걸쳐 비교하였다. 해외 콜렉션 자료는 전문 패션잡지인 Fashion Show에서 수집하였으며, 스트리트 패션자료는 서울패션디자인센터의 자료를 사용하였다. 그 결과 우리나라는 해외 콜렉션에서 나타난 전반적인 트렌드를 잘 수용하고 있으며 특히 이 기간 동안은 스포티 스타일과 페미닌 스타일이 크게 유행하였던 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 해외 콜렉션에서 나타난 스타일이 그대로 수용되기보다는 변형되거나, 일부만이 수용되는 경우가 더 많았으며 이것은 한국사회의 특성과 대량생산에 기인한 것으로 사료된다. 또한 해외 콜렉션에서 제시된 스타일들 중 한국에서는 거의 수용되지 않은 경우도 있었으며, 한편 한국에서만 나타난 스타일과 아이템들도 있었다. 이 연구는 해외 콜렉션 자료를 주 정보원으로 사용하는 국내 의류업체들의 상품기획에 좋은 가이드라인을 제공하고 있으며, 또한 한국 패션시장의 특성을 이해하는데 도움이 되는 실증적인 연구로 의의가 있다.

국내(國內) 신속대응(迅速對應)시스템 도입업체(導入業體)의 판별분석(判別分析) 연구(硏究) (A Study of Discriminant Analysis about Korean Quick Response System Adoption)

  • The purpose of this study was to test the discriminant analysis model of Quick Response system and to examine the detailed relationship between each discriminant factor and Quick Response adoption. In this discriminant analysis model of Quick Response system, firm size, strategic type, product category, fashion trend, selling time and the Quick Response benefits were included as discriminant factors. Onehundred and two subjects were randomly selected for the survey study and discriminant analysis, descriptive analysis, t-test, and x square test were used for the data analysis. The results of this study were: 1. Wilks Lambda and F value support the discriminant analysis model that, taken together firm size, strategic type, product category, fashion trend, selling time and the Quick Response benefits significantly help to explain Quick Response adoption. 2. The importance of discriminant ability was, in order, firm size, the Quick Response benefits, women's wear, fashion trend, analyzer, selling time, reactor, defender and men's wear. 3. The discriminant function had the high hit ratio, so this can be well used for the classification of Quick Response adoption/nonadoption.

패션 업체의 DB 정보화 시스템 활용 실태 - 대구지역을 중심으로 - (Utilization of Database Information System in Daegu Fashion Brands)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the utilization of Database Information System of Fashion Brands in Daegu area. The interviews, reviews of previous studies and the empirical investigations were processed for this study. The questionnaire was administered to 27 fashion brands in Daegu, Korea, from September to October in 2002. Data were analyzed by using frequency, mean and percentage utilizing SPSS statistical package. There were no brand differentiation in brand characteristics, items, target age and company size in Daegu Fashion brands. Awareness of Information Network and Usages of Internet marketing were in relatively low level. The rate of the brands possessing Web-site, POS system and Customer ID card were less than one third. More than a half of the brands had Customer Database system.

  • The purpose of this study is to survey and analyze the conditions and automation of sewing machines and thereby, address the problems and their solutions to help local sewn products enhance their international competitiveness. The results of study can be summarized as follows : 1. It was found that most of the sample companies were getting smaller scale or pettier in terms of capital, number of employees or scale of factory. The interest in facility investment was relatively higher, which suggests high interest of our sewing companies in facility investment. 2. Most of the sample companies were well equipped with the essential and several auxiliary sewing machines, but poorly equipped with the special or automated sewing machines. 3. The ratio of idle machines was highest in sewing work, compared with cutting or finishing work, primarily due to decreased orders, aging machines or reduced manpower.

라이프스타일 변화에 따른 미용업체원 시장세분화 전략 (Market Segmentation Strategy of Beauty Shop based on Life Style Variable)

  • As the size and the diversity of the beauty industry grow, the need for systematic marketing strategy in beauty shop also increases. This study aims at finding 1)how to segment the market of beauty industry based on lifestyle variable and 2)how to set up the corresponding mix strategy on target market. The case of 'B beauty shop' shows that the validity of lifestyle-based segementation model is verified as the shop has posted a drastic financial outcome during last 5 years. In addition, this study implies that the corelation research between lifestyle variables and marketing mix strategy should be included as an important factor in launching a beauty-related business in segmented market.

우리나라 의류생산업체(衣類生産業體)의 아웃소싱 효과에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Effect of Outsourcing for the Apparel Maker in Korea)

  • For an enterprise to survive in extremely competitive world, it had better to down budget and resource of unimportant fields so that the enterprise can concentrate resources on the strong field. Nowadays in Korea, it is important to research outsourcing for strengthen the competitive power in apparel maker because of recent depression. The questionnaire was composed of 14 factors about outsourcing effect. The questionnaires were selected for finial analysis 67 apparel makers in Pusan and Seoul and data was analysed by using paired t-test by SPSS program. Almost of apparel makers (85.07%) has been outsourced the sewing process to contractor or vendor. Outsourcing in this case is marked lower effect than insourcing except reducing cost, economy of time and overcoming internal resources. This means that our outsourcing has been progressed with so many risk. If we have research the successful outsourcing and have a strategic vision and plan with vendor and product mutually beneficial relationship, we can share the risk and creating new business synergies through outsourcing.
