  • 현대의 디자인 산업은 환경을 파괴하던 산업구조를 벗어나 에코디자인을 필두로 친환경적 디자인에 몰두 하여 업사이클에 큰 관심을 보이고 있다. 다양한 산업과 함께 패션 장신구 산업도 친환경적 디자인을 적용, 업사이클 장신구를 개발해야 할 때이다. 이 논문은 다양한 측면에서 업사이클의 개념을 이해하고 사례를 탐구하여 패션장신구 산업의 업사이클 방향을 제시한다.

  • 현대 패션의 다원적 상황 속에서 해체주의 패션은 패션에의 새로운 접근방식으로 그 중요성이 부각되었다. 패션에 있어 해체주의 정신을 분석하여 표현하기 시작한 것은 1960년대 이후부터였다. 해체주의가 어떤 개념으로 표현되었는가 하는 연구는 많이 이루어졌지만, 니트디자인에서 해체주의 이론을 적용한 연구는 많지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구는 패션에 나타난 해체주의의 외적, 내적 의미를 살펴보고, 특히 해체주의의 외적의미로서 빈곤적 표현기법을 이용하여 핸드니트 작품으로 형상화 시키고 해체주의 이론을 고찰해 보고자 한다. (중략)

  • Fashion is hard to expect owing to the rapid change in accordance with consumer taste and environment, and has a tendency toward variety and individuality. Especially street fashion d 21st century is not being regarded as one of the subcultures but is playing an important role as a fountainhead d fashion trend. Therefore, Searching and analyzing street fashions helps us to understand the popular fashions d the next season and also it is important in understanding the consumer fashion sense and commercial area. So, we need to understand fashion styles quantitatively and qualitatively by providing visual data and dividing images. The purpose of this study is to design for street fashion on design analysis using web which can update quantitative and qualitative data. through the on site investigation d street fashion, and put the information onto a database.

  • The purpose of this study was to research modern reinterpretation of traditional Chinese culture and design development of fashion items in the context of globalization and technological advancements, reflecting fashion demands of young female consumers in their 20s in China. To achieve this, this study investigated fashion preferences of young women in major Chinese cities, focusing on design elements such as form, details, patterns, and colors in 'New Chinese Style' fashion. Results indicated a high preference for overlapping collars, Mandarin collars, oblique front pieces, and slit sleeves. Additionally, there was a strong preference for natural and eco-friendly materials such as plant dyes and embossed velvet. Based on survey results and analysis of the popular brand 'TUYUE,' this study proposed two design themes. The first theme, 'natural symbiosis,' focused on casual wear with a soft and free image with a simple design. The second theme, 'chivalrous guest,' targeted work attire with minimal designs emphasizing power and confidence. Both themes aimed to meet aesthetic and practical needs of modern women by incorporating overlapping collars, asymmetrical front pieces, slit sleeves, and preferred colors and patterns. In conclusion, although this study was limited to design preferences of young Chinese women in their 20s, results offer valuable direction for future design innovation, contributing to sustainable development of the fashion industry and the preservation and innovation of traditional culture.

  • With the development of advanced information and communication technology, Generation Z, familiar with digital culture, is drawing keen attention as a major consumer of the fashion industry. In this study, casual wear for Generation Z, who is proficient in digital devices and prefers information acquisition and lifestyle over the Internet, was designed using 3D virtual simulation and developed into four looks: Gulish, Sportive, Easy and Contemporary. The use of simulation of 3D virtual clothing in costume design can build digitalization of future fashion industry through convergence with digital fashion design planning and production process in fandemic environment and strengthen online platform distribution. In a business environment that continues to innovate to enhance work efficiency by introducing an Untouch fashion production system, the use of 3D virtual clothing technology can increase the efficiency of sustainable management through 3D sample production, online fitting, modification, and final critic processes to reduce the time and cost of human and physical resources and review.

  • The Hallyu wave based on K-pop and K-culture has increased the global interest in Korean culture. Therefore, to satisfy consumer demand, there is an attempt to develop a variable fashion design using traditional Korean culture. Transformable fashion design causes changes in form and meaning according to various situations and needs and can induce active participation of consumers. Therefore, we intend to propose a transformable fashion design that is based on traditional Korean culture but appears in a new form and meets the needs of consumers of fashion design. Among Korean traditional culture, wrapping cloths, bojagi are practically used by ordinary people until now, and their shape and use change according to the user's needs. This study intends to derive expression characteristics by examining the expression tendencies of bojagi and to develop transformable fashion designs through the derived data. The purpose of this study is to make and propose transformable fashion designs in real life using the expression characteristics of Korean bojagi. As the method of this study, we first conducted a literature review. Through this, a case study of empirical production was conducted in parallel with the development and production of transformable fashion designs using bojagi. A total of three illustrations and six variable fashion designs were developed. Two of the six works are transformable fashion design that change through movement and expansion of the square shape, the prototype of the bojagi, and two works are modular, bringing changes in function through combination and separation. The work was produced as a multi-purpose transformable fashion design that can be used as clothes or a bag.

  • In this study, we wanted to apply the creative problem-solving theory of TRIZ to explore the possibilities of applying it in fashion design as well, and to develop a creative bag design so that one product design can be transformed into a form for another purpose. Through TRIZ's 4 invention principles, Local Quality No. 3, Universality No. 6, Nesting No. 7, and Another dimension No. 17, the solution was derived and applied, and the final design was developed, and it was found to satisfy the functionality and usability of 2 types of bag form and apron shape. Accordingly, it was confirmed that TRIZ as an invention principle technique can be fully utilized in fashion design. It is hoped that it will increase the possibility of developing a converged design in the future and be used as a basic example material for designing products that are highly utilized in everyday life.

  • The revolution of digital fashion continues along with the development of technology. In particular, after COVID-19, fashion design development, exhibitions, and fashion shows using the metaverse space are being actively developed. In particular, as research on 3D virtual costumes becomes active, creative ideas are needed to develop creative virtual costumes. The purpose of this study is to examine the geometric formative characteristics of constructivism in art and fashion design and to develop 3D virtual works using them. Geometric form is a logical and rational basic form that includes the order of nature as an artistic material that has been constantly studied along with the creation of mankind a long time ago, and it has become a motif of many artworks and fashion. In this paper, we studied the application of the costume design of geometric shapes according to the 3D Clo, virtual-wear production software, and understood the effect of the combination of geometric shapes on costume styling. As the formative characteristics of constructivist art, three types of overlap, asymmetry, and simplicity were derived, and the geometric form was visually simple, clear, and concise. The first work produced virtual costumes that reflected the overlapping elements of constructivism. The second costume was produced by reflecting the asymmetric formative characteristics of constructivism. The third costume was a jacket that applied the simplicity of constructivist art.

  • 본 연구에서는 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어의 국내브랜드를 중심으로 고찰한 후 그 디자인 특성에 대해 살펴보고 한 시대의 패션현상을 규명하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 국내 패션시장의 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어에 대한 디자인 특성을 살펴보기 위해 신세대의 하위문화와 국내브랜드 시장조사를 통한 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어의 동향에 대한 일반적 고찰을 한 후 영 캐주얼웨어의 브랜드를 디자인의 차이에 따라 분류하고, 그 디자인 특성을 컬러, 소재, 스타일, 아이템별로 구분하여 분석하였다. '00 S/S, '00 F/W의 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어 브랜드를 중심으로 고찰해 보고자 패션 정보잡지와 인터넷의 패션사이트를 검색하였다. 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어의 브랜드별 시장조사를 통한 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 영상매체, 대중음악. 스포츠, 스타문화로 나타난 신세대의 하위문화는 탈중심성, 탈국경화, 의미의 해체 등의 포스트모던적 문화현상이며. 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어는 자유와 개성을 추구하는 신세대의 라이프 스타일을 잘 반영한 하위문화의 복식양식으로서 현대 패션에 영향을 미치고 있다. 2. 기성복업체는 신세대가 가지고 있는 새로운 욕구와 감성을 겨냥한 브랜드를 개발하고 판매촉진을 위해 전력을 다하는 과정에서 신세대의 하위문화를 반영한 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어의 일반적인 복식양식을 형성하였다. 3. 국내시장의 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어는 디자인 특성에 따라 컴포터블 캐주얼웨어, 스포츠 캐주얼웨어, 힙합 캐주얼웨어로 구분된다.

A Study on the GUI Design of Fashion Customizing Web : Centered on Custom Knitware (패션 커스터마이징 웹 GUI디자인연구 : 커스텀 니트웨어를 중심으로)

  • The need for customized products has also been increasing as more active consumers consume according to their values in recent years. Accordingly, fashion customizing web is becoming popular, but because custom freedom is low, we want to increase custom freedom by applying knitwear. To this end, a theoretical review was conducted through prior research and literature research on customization, knit design, and GUI, and based on this, a case analysis was conducted focusing on knit-making programs and fashion customizing web. Knit designs have more considerations than other fashion design process, resulting in more UIs, so users should use visual elements that are easily recognizable. Therefore, a draft assessment item was derived based on the preceding survey and three Delphi surveys were conducted on experts based on the draft. Each item was modified and deleted during the Delphi research process to produce the Custom Knitware Web GUI Design Guide. Through this study, we were able to identify the need for intuitive understanding and application of knit custom functions in GUI design of custom knitwear web. Through this research, it is expected that this data will be used to improve the usability of custom knitwear websites and to refer to knit design fields that utilize knit machines.
