대면적 터치스크린용 Index Matching ITO Galss 개발

  • 터치패널은 저항막 방식, 정전용량 방식, 적외선방식, Camera방식 등을 사용하고 있으며 현재 널리 상용화 되어 있는 방식은 정전용량 방식이다. 최근 터치스크린의 면적이 점점 커지게 되면서 점차 저저항, 고투과율을 가지는 IM ITO (Index matching ITO)를 요구하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중대형 사이즈(15inch 이상)의 Cover glass 일체형 터치센서 구현을 위한 저저항(60ohm/sq이하), 고투과(88% 이상)의 IMITO Glass를 제작하여 전기적,광학적 특성을 분석하여 IMITO 성막조건을 최적화시키는 연구를 하였다. 또한 TSP의 Pattern 시인성을 향상시키기 위해 Index matching층을 고굴절재료와 저굴절 재료를 사용한 다층박막을 형성하여 반사율(0.5% 이하)을 최소화시켜 구현하였다.

  • 태양광 시스템은 낮 시간 동안에만 사용할 수 있기 때문에 사용시간이 제한적이다. 이 제한적인 시간 내에 최대의 효율을 발휘하기 위해서 태양광 시스템은 주로 최대전력지점 추종(MPPT) 방법을 사용한다. 결국 MPPT 방법에 따라서 전체 시스템의 효율이 영향을 받을 수 있다. 본 논문은 황금분할법으로 최대전력지점(MPP)을 추종하는 새로운 MPPT 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안방법의 성능은 결정형 PV 패널 MSX120을 이용하여 기존의 MPPT방법인 P&O 방법을 제안방법과 비교하며, 제안방법의 성능의 검증은 기존방법과 시스템의 효율 및 MPP를 추종하는 속도를 비교하여 평가하였다. 그 결과 제안방법의 효율 및 MPP추종속도가 개선됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 유리 기판 상에 시스템 온 패널과 같은 차세대 디스플레이 구현과 평판형 디스플레이의 문제점 해결을 위하여 비휘발성 메모리 소자 등의 전자 소자 집적화와 빠른 구동 속도를 가진 박막트랜지스터가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 비휘발성 메모리 소자에서 MONOnS 각 layer층의 두께 따른 특성에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 실험은 ONO 구조를 12.5nm/35nm/2.7nm, 12.5nm/20nm/2.3nm, 8.5nm/10nm/2.3nm, 6.5nm/10nm/1.9nm 의 두께로 증착하였다. ${\Delta}VFB$, Retention time, capacitance을 측정하여 oxide/Nitride/Oxynitride 층의 두께 변화를 통해 최적화된 tunneling layer와 charge storage layer, 그리고 blocking layer의 두께를 알 수 있다.

  • By optimizing the development of IoT-type thermal image-based photovoltaic fault detection equipment and interworking with drones using a drone with an intelligent path movement function, real-time analysis of the acquired image data facilitates fault reading of solar power plants. , design a system that can read out the failure of a solar panel using the image subtraction analysis technique and the presentation of the basic technology that can improve the power generation rate of the solar power plant and make an efficient maintenance model.

  • Injection pressure, an important factor in filling process, should be minimized to enhance injection molding quality. Injection pressure can be controlled by valve gate open timing. In this work, we decided the valve gate open timing to minimize the injection pressure. To solve this design problem, we integrated MAPS-3D (Mold Analysis and Plastic Solution-3Dimension), a commercial injection molding CAE tool, to PIAnO (Process Integration, Automation and Optimization), a commercial PIDO (Process Integration, and Design Optimization) tool using the file parsing method. In order to reduce computational cost, we performed an approximate optimization using meta-models that replaced expensive computer simulations. At first, we carried out DOE (Design of Experiments) using OLHD (Optimal Latin Hypercube Design) available in PIAnO. Then, we built Kriging models using the simulation results at the sampling points. Finally, we used micro GA (Genetic Algorithm) available in PIAnO. Using the proposed design approach, the injection pressure has been reduced by 13.7% compared to the initial one. This design result clearly shows the validity of the proposed design approach.

  • A curved fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) panel is produced with a certain width depending on allowances of manufacturing processes and facilities. An targeted arch-shaped structure could be built by sequential connection of series of the FRP panels. The connection manner between the FRP panels could be given by chemical treatment, mechanical treatment and hybrid method. Among those, the connection between the panels by chemical treatment is commonly adopted. Therefore, For an optimized design of the connected part between FRP pannels, a number of direct shear tests have been undertaken in terms of a number of parameters: surface treatment conditions, bonding materials, etc.. As results, surface grinding condition by sand paper or surface treatment by sand blasting appear properly acceptable methods, and epoxy and acryl resins are shown to be effective bonding materials for the purpose in this study.

Photosensitive Barrier Rib Paste for PDP and Photolithographic Process (Plasma Display Panel용 감광성 격벽 재료 및 Photolithography 공정 성질)

  • Barrier rib for the plasma display panel(PDP) was made by photolithographic process utilizing photosensitive barrier rib paste. The barrier rib paste was prepared by first dissolving ethylcellulose(binder polymer) in butyl carbitol(BC)/butyl carbitol acetate(BCA) =30/70 wt % mixture solvent at 15 wt % concentration. To this solution a mixture of functional monomers consisted of tripropyleneglycol diacrylate/ pentaerythritol triacrylate = 50/50 wt %, Irgacur 651 photoinitiator, and barrier rib powder were added and then the whole mixture was mixed in the three roll mill for 2 hr. The effect of component and concentration of photosensitive barrier paste on the photolithographic process was studied. After optimization of the paste formulation and photolithographic process, barrier rib could be obtained with good resolution up to $100{\mu}m$ height.

Evaluation of Punching Shear Safety of a Two-Way Void Plywood Slab System with Form (거푸집 패널이 부착된 2방향 중공슬래브의 뚫림 전단 안전성 평가)

  • VPS(Void Plywood Slab System, VPS) has optimized the shape of the hollow material. In addition, it has a function to prevent the floating of the hollow material and the separation due to the working load. In this study, the punching shear capacity of flat plate was performed using Void Plywood Slab System with form work panel proposed in the previous study. As a result of the test, the strength of the VSPS specimen in which the hollow material was placed beyond 2.0 times the column width from the loading point was reduced by 9.4% compared to the reference specimen. However, the strength value was about 1.57 times higher than the design value suggested by KBC 2016. It was found that there was no change in stiffness compared to the reference specimen until shear failure occurred in the VSPS specimen in which the hollow material was placed. It can be seen that this experiment is being destroyed by shear as the flexural reinforcing bars are sufficiently reinforced.

The Effect of Workforce Aging on Human Capital Job and Regional Economic Performance in Korea: focusing on Metro Cities and Provinces (노동력 고령화가 인적자본 취업비중과 1인당 지역총생산에 미치는 효과: 우리나라 광역시와 도를 중심으로)

  • This study analyzes the effects of aging workforce on human capital and the per capita gross regional domestic product, using regional panel statistics from 1995 to 2017. According to the results of the two-stage least-squares panel regression analysis reflecting the fixed effects by region, the aging of the labor force had no effect on the human capital employment ratio and per capita gross domestic product in the metropolitan cities, but reduced human capital and per capita gross domestic product in the provinces. The share of service businesses had a positive effect on human capital in metropolitan cities, but the effect was not significant in the provinces. Human capital significantly contributed to the increase in per capita gross regional domestic product in the metropolitan cities, but the physical capital stock significantly contributed to the increase in per capita gross regional domestic product in the provinces. The results of this study suggest that the human capital job policy and the per capita regional GDP growth policy due to the aging workforce may be different between metropolitan cities and provinces.

  • A modified FRP-concrete composite deck applicable to cable stayed bridge with long girder-to-girder span is proposed, and its design and economical efficiency are presented. The existing FRP-concrete composite deck has low section stiffness due to adoption of GFRP panel with low elastic modulus, which arrives at difficulty in meet of serviceability limit such as deck deflection. So a new-type FRP-concrete composite deck, named precast FRP-concrete deck, is developed by extensioning concrete at the both ends of FRP-concrete composite deck, which brings the effect of reduction of net span length of deck. Compared to the existing FRP-concrete composite deck this modified deck has the advantage of increasing span length but slightly increases self weight. For this type of deck the section optimization is carried out for the cases of simply supported on girder and composite to girder. The optimized deck was applied to cable stayed bridge with a center span length of 540m, and as a result it is verified that PFC deck can be applied efficiently to cable stayed bridge due to reduction of quantity of upper structure.
