In this paper, we investigate a problem with Web-based learing contents and introduce the solving method of the problem. To be more accurate, existing Web-based learning contents were one fixd and uniformed courseware file with a large size and HTML format. Also, They were written files with authoring tools of which depended upon providing a multimedia vender. These learning contents were difficult to reuse among cyber education systems and change the applicable contents to the learner for learning experiences in time. So in this paper, we produced reusable and interopreable learning contents among instruction designers and education systems. They were deconstructed into smaller chunks and added to its properties. For the purpose of this producing method, we used the pedagogical designs for units of reuse. These are just turorial link-more and tell-more and was implemented with CBD method. As a result, The problem of existing Web-based learning contents system was resolved and then the power of understanding about objectified learning content was increased for the learner and instruction designers.

For efficient compatible system between medical clinics, the medical information has to be built on a standardized protocol such as a HL7 for text data and a DICOM for image data. But it is difficult to exchange information between medical clinics because the systems and softwares are different and also a structure of data and a type of code. Therefore we analyze a structure of DICOM file and design an integrated database for effective information sharing and exchange. The WISD system suggested in this paper separate the DICOM file transmitted by medical clinics to text data and image data and store it in the integrated DB(database) by standardized protocol respectively. It is very efficient that each medical clinic can search and exchange information by web browser using the suggested system. The WISD system can not only search and control of image data and patient information through integrated database and internet, but share medical information without extra charge like construction of new system.
This paper proposes the preservation method that can effectively process short messages at mobilePOST SMSC(Short Message Service Center) platform on CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access). There are three techniques for the preservation method. First one is shared memory technique where several processes within the system share same memory to process transmission of short messages with maximum performance. Second one is to back-up messages in shared memory to the file system to prevent lost during system initialization or other unstable period. Third technique is that when transmission of short message was completed, finished message is moved from the shared memory to relational database for accounting purposes.

In the past, the way of sharing data in various devices was to use a physical method such as USBs. The radical development of communications technology and the users, who possess various multimedia devices, caused the need for the new way that people could share their data in various devices, and providing various digital resources by using the cloud computing service helps people solve the limit to sharing the resources in their PC. Therefore, this paper is to suggest the technology for synchronization of mobile devices, and the user-centered cloud service is applied to the technology. Having conducted the experiment, it has been discovered that applying the synchronization of mobile devices using the cloud service enabled to conduct the auto file synchronization and to minimize the bandwidth consumed during the synchronization process between two devices.
In the digital age, the most basic unit of records management is a document file. Depending on whether each document file is produced in an open standard format or an exclusive proprietary format, there is a cost difference in the process of use and long-term preservation. As government agencies moved to cloud-based business management systems, web-based document editing software was newly adopted. They had the opportunity to select a new file format for web-based document editing software. This paper deals with strategies to maximize the advantages of open standard formats while considering the legacy public document production practices. It introduces ISO/IEC 26300:2006 ODF, ISO/IEC 29500:2008 OOXML, KS X 6101 OWPML, etc. as open standard formats, and looks at considerations when choosing a format and web-based document editing software. In addition, it proposes a strategy to maintain the format of document files shared in cloud storage as an open standard format.

Recently, LINUX cluster file systems based on the storage area network (SAN) have been developed. In those systems, without using a central file server, multiple clients sharing the whole disk storage through Fibre Channel can freely access disk storage and act as file servers. Accordingly, they can offer advantages such as availability, load balancing, and scalability. In this paper, we describe metadata management schemes designed for a new SAN-based LINUX cluster file system. First, we present a new inode structure which is better than previous ones in disk block access time. Second, a new directory structure which uses extendible hashing is described. Third, we describe a novel scheme to manage free disk blocks, which is suitable for very large file systems. Finally, we present how we handle metadata journaling. Through performance evaluation, we show that our proposed schemes have better performance than previous ones.
NIST in the United States has developed SCAP, a protocol that enables automated inspection and management of security vulnerability using existing standards such as CVE and CPE. SCAP operates by creating a checklist using the XCCDF and OVAL languages and running the prepared checklist with the SCAP tool such as the SCAP Workbench made by OpenSCAP to return the check result. SCAP checklist files for various operating systems are shared through the NCP community, and the checklist files include ID, title, description, and inspection method for each item. However, since the inspection items are simply listed in the order in which they are written, so it is necessary to classify and manage the items by type so that the security manager can systematically manage them using the SCAP checklist file. In this study, we propose a method of extracting the description of each inspection item from the SCAP checklist file written in OVAL language, classifying the categories through a machine learning model, and outputting the SCAP check results for each classified item.
As the need for sharing for research purposes in the medical field increases, the use of a Common Data Model (CDM) is increasing. However, when sharing CDM data, there are some problems in that access control and personal information in the data are not protected. In this paper, in order to solve this problem, access to CDM data is controlled by using an encryption method in a blockchain network, and information of CDM data is recorded to enable tracking. In addition, IPFS was used to share a large amount of CDM data, and Celery was used to automate the sharing process. In other words, we propose a multi-channel automation system in which the information required for CDM data sharing is shared by a trust-based technology, a distributed file system, and a message queue for automation. This aims to solve the problem of access control and personal information protection in the data that occur in the process of sharing CDM data.
Improved reliability of microarray data and its reproducibility lead to recent increment in demand of data sharing and utilization among laboratories, but house-keeping and publicly opened microarray experimental data can hardly be accessed and utilized since they are in heterogeneous formats according to the various experimental methods and microarray platforms. In this paper, we propose a microarray sharing method which can easily retrieve and integrate microarray data from different experiment platforms, data formats, normalization methods, and analysis methods. Our system is based on web-service technology. The biologists of each site are able to search UDDI(Universal Description, Discovery, and Integration) registry, and download microarray data with common data structure of standard format recommended by MGED(Microarray Gene Expression Databases) society. The common data structure defined in this paper consists of IDF(Investigation Design Format), ADF(Array Design Format), SDRF(Sample and Relationship Format), and EDF(Expression Data Format). These components play role as templates to integrate microarray data with various structure and can be stored in standard formats such as MAGE-ML, MAGE-TAB, and XML Schema. In addition, our system provides advanced tools of automatic microarray data submitter and file manager to manipulate local microarray data efficiently.
