A Study on the Impact of the Organization Traits and New product Creativity on Development Performance (신제품개발 조직특성이 신제품 창조성과 개발성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • A Major aim of this study is to test the hypothesis that there is an association between empowerment, organizational memory, and new product creativity. In addition to exploring these relationships, this study examines the effect of new product creativity on new product performance, and identify the moderating effects of market uncertainty in the relationships between new product creativity and performance. For this purposes, we developed a research model based on the literature reviews of empowerment, organizational memory, market uncertainty, and new product creativity. A total of 121 usable survey responses has been used in the empirical research for foods manufacturing industry. The findings indicate that (1) Empowerment has a positive effect on new product creativity, (2) Organizational memory has a positive effect on new product creativity, (3) New product novelty has a positive effect on new product performance, and (4) Only competition uncertainty has a moderating effects between the new product meaningfulness and performance. The findings have implications for managers wishing to acquire the new product creativity and to better the new product development performance.

PowerShell-based Malware Detection Method Using Command Execution Monitoring and Deep Learning (명령 실행 모니터링과 딥 러닝을 이용한 파워셸 기반 악성코드 탐지 방법)

  • PowerShell is command line shell and scripting language, built on the .NET framework, and it has several advantages as an attack tool, including built-in support for Windows, easy code concealment and persistence, and various pen-test frameworks. Accordingly, malwares using PowerShell are increasing rapidly, however, there is a limit to cope with the conventional malware detection technique. In this paper, we propose an improved monitoring method to observe commands executed in the PowerShell and a deep learning based malware classification model that extract features from commands using Convolutional Neural Network(CNN) and send them to Recurrent Neural Network(RNN) according to the order of execution. As a result of testing the proposed model with 5-fold cross validation using 1,916 PowerShell-based malwares collected at malware sharing site and 38,148 benign scripts disclosed by an obfuscation detection study, it shows that the model effectively detects malwares with about 97% True Positive Rate(TPR) and 1% False Positive Rate(FPR).

Development of Power Driver for PVDF Film Actuator Applied to Dehydration of Dredged Sediment (준설토 탈수에 적합한 PVDF Film Actuator 구동용 파워 드라이버 개발)

  • In this study, a power driver for actuating PVDF film that has the characteristic of dramatic impedance change caused by size and operating frequency variation was developed to dehyance rate of dredged sediment. In order to supply maximum energy to the PVDF film, a full-bridge circuit implemented using IGBT with a R-L-PVDF film impedance matching circuit was designed and constructed. the dehydration capabilities of the PVDF film actuated by the developed driver cleary was tested for dredged sediment. It was found that the PVDF film actuated by the developed driver cleary enhanced dehydration, avout three times faster during the first 3 minutes, compared to natural dehydration. The result of the experiment confirmed that the developed power driver for actuating Pvdf film could be used effectively for dehydration of dredged sediment.

Antecedents of Organizational Citizenship Behavior: The Mediating Role of Leader-member Exchange (조직시민행동의 선행요인에 관한 연구: LMX의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The main purpose of this study was to find antecedents of organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) and to investigate the mediating role of leader-member exchange(LMX). This study categorized the factors that influence OCB and LMX into individual(distributive and procedural justice), group(transformational leadership and team empowerment), and organizational levels(complexity). A total of 773 cases were used in this study, which were collected in one of industrial complexes. The research participants were any employees who participated in their work by collaborating with their co-workers. This study found that procedural justice, transformational leadership, and team empowerment had positive influences on OCB, and distributive justice, procedural justice, transformational leadership, team empowerment, and complexity significantly influenced LMX. Moreover, LMX played a mediating role in the relationship between each of the five input variables and OCB.

The effects of political skills on work innovative behavior through empowering leadership: Focusing on the leader's implicit followership prototype (정치적 기술이 임파워링 리더십을 통해 업무혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 리더의 내재적 팔로워십 프로토타입을 중심으로)

  • Employees' innovative behavior is crucial for organizations to maintain competitiveness and foster growth. Empowering leadership coaching styles, which delegate authority and responsibility to organizational members while respecting their autonomy, create opportunities for members to solve problems and present innovative ideas. Drawing on signal theory, this study aims to clarify the process through which political skill influences employees' work innovative behavior, mediated by empowering leadership. Additionally, we examine whether the leader's implicit followership prototype moderates the relationship between employees' political skills and empowering leadership. Survey data were collected in two rounds with a two-week lag from 180 employees in a manufacturing company in South Korea. The results revealed that political skill was related to empowering leadership and subsequent work innovative behavior. Furthermore, the leaders' implicit followership prototype strengthened the relationship between political skill and empowering leadership. This study provides meaningful theoretical and practical insights into empowering coaching styles.

축방향 가상음극발진기를 이용한 고출력 마이크로파의 전자기기 효과 연구

  • Axial type 가상음극발진기를 이용하여 전극의 기하학적 구조와 고출력 마이크로파의 출력 특성을 분석하고, 최대 파워의 조건에 대한 전자기기 효과를 알아보았다. 고출력 마이크로파 발생 장치인 Vircator는 강렬한 상대론적 전자빔 발생장치로 최대전압 600 kV, 최대전류 88 kA, 펄스폭 60 ns의 특성을 가진다. Anode와 cathode의 간격은 4 mm로 최적화 하였고, 이 조건에서 마이크로파의 출력 특성을 분석하여 보았을 때 WR-137 수신안테나에서 최대 출력143 MW와 5.4 GHz의 진동수를 측정하였다. 출력 효율을 증가시키기 위해서 도파관 중앙에 폭이 10 mm인 반사판을 사용하였고, 그 결과 반사판이 공진구조에 기여하여 정상파(standing wave)를 형성하여 마이크로파 출력 효율 향상하여 WR-137에서 최대 549 MW의 출력을 보였다. 향상된 마이크로파의 출력을 이용하여 각도와 거리를 변화해 가며 컴퓨터와 전자소자로 제작된 회로에 대해 전자기기 효과 실험을 실시하였다. 그 결과 컴퓨터의 경우 $0^{\circ}$ 1 m에서 hard kill 상태가 되었다. 전자소자 회로의 경우는 $0^{\circ}$ 30 cm에서 hard kill의 상태로 되었다. 또한 면적 대비 출력 파워로 비교 했을 경우 약 $0.484\;{\mu}J$의 마이크로파의 영향임을 확인할 수 있었다.

Spectral Analysis of Resting EEG in Brain Compartments (휴지기 뇌파의 구역별 주파수 분석)

  • Objectives: Brain maturation involves brain lateralization and asymmetry to achieve efficient information processing and cognitive controls. This study elucidates normal brain maturation change during the gap between ages 6-9 and age 14-17 using resting EEG. Methods: An EEG dataset was acquired from open source MIPDB (Multimodal Resource for Studying Information Processing in the Developing Brain). Ages 6-9 (n = 24) and ages 14-17 (n = 26) were selected for analysis, and subjects with psychiatric illness or EEG with severe noise were excluded. Finally, ages 6-9 (n = 14) and ages 14-17 (n = 11) were subjected to EEG analysis using EEGlab. A 120-sec length of resting EEG when eyes were closed was secured for analysis. Brain topography was compartmentalized into nine regions, best fitted with brain anatomical structure. Results: Absolute power of the delta band and theta band in ages 6-9 was greater than that of ages 14-17 in the whole brain, and, also is relative power of delta band in frontal compartment, which is same line with previous studies. The relative power of the beta band of ages 14-17 was greater than that of ages 6-9 in the whole brain. In asymmetry evaluation, relative power of the theta band in ages 14-17 showed greater power in the left than right frontal compartment; the opposite finding was noted in the parietal compartment. For the alpha band, a strong relative power distribution in the left parietal compartment was observed in ages 14-17. Absolute and relative power of the alpha band is distributed with hemispheric left lateralization in ages 14-17. Conclusion: During the gap period between ages 6-9 and ages 14-17, brain work becomes more complicated and sophisticated, and alpha band and beta band plays important roles in brain maturation in typically developing children.

Effects of RF power on the Electrical and Optical Properties of GZO Thin Films Deposited on Flexible Substrate (RF 파워가 플렉시블 기판에 성장시킨 GZO 박막의 전기적 및 광학적 특성에 미치는 영향)

  • The 5 wt.% Ga-doped zinc oxide (GZO) thin films were fabricated on PES substrates with various RF power 50~80 W by using RF magnetron sputtering in order to investigate the optical and electrical properties of GZO thin films. The XRD measurement showed that GZO thin films exhibit c-axis orientation. At a RF power of 70W, the GZO thin film showed the highest (002) diffraction peak with a Full-Width-Half-Maximum (FWHM) of $0.44^{\circ}$. AFM analysis showed that the lowest surface roughness (0.20 nm) was obtained for the GZO thin film fabricated at 70 W of RF power. The electrical property indicated that the minimum resistivity ($6.93{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$) and maximum carrier concentration ($7.04{\times}10^{20}cm^{-3}$) and hall mobility ($12.70cm^2/Vs$) were obtained in the GZO thin film fabricated at 70W of RF power. The optical transmittance in the visible region was higher than 80 %, regardless of RF power. The optical band-gap showed the slight blue-shift with increased in carrier concentration which can be explained by the Burstein-Moss effect.

Design of a new adaptive circuit to compensate for aging effects of nanometer digital circuits (나노미터 디지털회로의 노화효과를 보상하기위한 새로운 적응형 회로 설계)

  • In nanoscale MOSFET technology, aging effects such as Negative Bias Temperature Instability(NBTI), Hot carrier Injection(HCI), Time Dependent Dielectric Breakdown (TDDB) and so on which affect circuit reliability can lead to severe degradation of digital circuit performance. Therefore, this paper has proposed the adaptive compensation circuit to overcome the aging effects of digital circuits. The proposed circuit deploys a power gating structure with variable power switch width and variable forward body-biasing voltage in order to adaptively compensate for aging induced performance degradation, and has been designed in 45nm technology.

The Effect of pulse power in the non-thermal plasma reactor for Hydrogen generation (수소발생용 비열플라즈마 반응기에서의 펄스파워 영향)

  • 본 논문에서는 인가 전극구조가 다른 두가지 형태의 아크성 스트리머 방전용 플라즈마 반응기를 설계 제작하였다. 제작된 반응기에 60 Hz상용전원과 펄스파워를 인가전원으로 사용하여 반응기 형태와 인가전원에 따른 수소발생 특성에 대하여 조사하였다. 또한 방전 전력에 따른 수소발생량을 비교 분석하였다. 수소 발생을 위한 효과적인 수표면 방전은 강한 전계 집중과 높은 에너지 밀도를 동반한 아크성 스트리머 방전 분위기 형성이 필요하다. 인가전원으로 상용전원을 이용한 경우보다 펄스파워를 사용한 경우와 강한 전계집중 증대를 위해 인가 전극이 석영관 내에 배치된 전극 구조에서 수소발생에 효과적이였다.
