The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of leadership development program for university students. This program based on the book written by Lee et al.(2012) to improve leadership for university student. This program consisted of a total of 13 session and every session consisted of 20 minutes lecture and 80minutes activity program. The researcher carried out the pre-test, post test and followed up paired t-test using spss 18.0. The results showed significant improvement of leadership life skills on total scores and sub scores, and reported significant improvement of self-esteem and relationship empowerment. Finally the Leadership development program for university students helped improving the leadership life skills, self-esteem and relationship empowerment.

C-band pumping effect appears in L-band EDFA because the absorption in C-band occurs dominant under the condition of such a low average population inversion. In this paper, we show how the C-band pumping effect depends on 980nm pump power, the C-band wavelength, and its input power. The C-band pumping is caused by absorbing C-band injection or backward spontaneous emission power through EDF. If the same small signal condition is given by a C-band pump, the C-band pump of a long wavelength is good for the saturation and noise characteristics of L-band signal. Finally, it is considered that in the aspect of saturation characteristics, C-band compensation is not so much efficient as L-band in Gain-Clamped L-band EDFA having a lossy resonator.

The purpose of this study was to compare EMG activities on the lower limb muscles during power walking and mormal walking. Seventeen subjects who have no known musculoskeletal disorders performed walking exercise at a cadence of 140 beats/min. After surface electrodes were attached to rectus femoris, vastus medialis, vastus lateralis, biceps femoris, tibialis anterior, medial gastrocnemius, averageed IEMG and peak IEMG, were measured. The result showed that the power walking did influence the averaged IEMG and peak IEMG. The EMG activity of the quadriceps during power walking was significantly higher than the corresponding values in normal walking during most phases. The averaged IEMG and peak IEMG of gastrocnemius muscles at the end of the double limb stance increased significantly when going from normal walking to power walking. The results indicate that power walking had greater effect on EMG activities on the lower limb muscles and demonstrate that the wide range of benefits can be obtained from power walking in respect to health and fitness. This study suggests that power walking has the potential to improve aerobic fitness and assist in weight management.

본 논문에서는 고속 회전기의 자기 베어링을 위한 새로운 파인 앰프(Power Amplifier) 구성 방법에 대하여 논하고자 한다. 그리고 이를 위한 새로운 PWM 구현 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 6개의 IGBT로 구성된 3개의 암(Arm)을 내장한 파워 모듈(Power Module)을 이용한다. 제안된 방법을 통해 필요한 파워 모듈의 숫자를 줄이면서도 자기 베어링 코일에 효과적으로 전압을 인가할 수 있음을 보인다. 또한 자기 베어링 1자유도 모의 실험 장치를 구성하여 제안된 방법의 실효성을 검증한다.

조화집중이동하중을 받는 무한보에서의 음향방사에 대한 연구는 선박, 비행기, 타이어 트레드 밴느 등과 같은 계의 설계시 계의 구조물로부터 발생하는 소음에 대한 해결방안을 제시해 준다. 구조물 표면에 발생하는 음향파워는 svktnqusghks방법을 이용하여 보의 전길이에 분포된 음향 인텐시티를 적분하여 구한다. 보의 표면에서 발생하는 음향파원는 미하수, 장력, 감쇠계수, 기초강성계수, 그리고 파수비에 의해서 결정된다. 각 인자에 따른 음향파워에 대한 정성적인 분석을 수행하기 위해 심프슨 적분방법을 이용하여 수치적분을 하였다. 무한보에 작용하는 유체하중에 3다라 진동에너지가 음향에너지로 변환되는 비율이 달라진다. 밀도가 큰 유체는 등가감쇠로 작용하여 보로부터 방사된 음향에너지는 빠르게 감소된다. 하중의 이동에 의하여 도플러이동효과가 발생하여 무한보의 공진부근에서의 음향파워 파크가 분리되고 보의 기초감쇠의 영향으로 음향에너지는 감소된다.

This study presents a model to minimize vibration and noise of powertrain mount on a compact car which has the application of Stop & Go performance, in order to reduce CO2 and achieve better fuel-efficiency in accordance with the environmental regulations in automotive industries. In the first step, we analyze the powertrain mount system of the automobile "A" and present variables about rubber stiffness applied on powertrain mount using the Taguchi method. In the next step, we verify the optimization of vibration and noise which meet Stop & Go performance using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method on the proto products for each variable. Using this validation system on the initial stage of the powertrain mount design, it is expected that we can grasp vibration and noise problems caused by engine movements and control them effectively without engineering know-how about powertrain mount rubber stiffness.

The purpose of this paper is that analyze the influence of empowering leadership and constituent individual of organization's creativity and the moderating effect of leader-member exchange. For the verify the variables relationship, we perform the hierarchical regression analysis. As a result, empowering leadership positively effect creativity when appear the leader's leading by example, coaching, informing and showing concerning. And also, we are confirm the moderating effect LMX. To conclude, Empowering leadership influence positive and negative effect to creativity by the sense of the affect, the loyalty, the contribution, professional respect.

The purpose of this research is to explore the impact of managers' leadership on organizational innovation behavior in Star-Rated hotels. 244 valid Chongqing hotels' questionnaires were obtained. Through SPSS 23.0, the model structure was verified between the four variables. The results as below. First, transformational, transactional leadership has a positive impact on organizational innovation behavior. Second, transformational, transactional leadership has a significant effect on empowerment. Third, empowerment has a positive impact on organizational innovation behavior. Lastly, empowerment plays a mediation effect between transformational, transactional leadership, and organizational innovation behavior. In conclusion, managers can contribute to organizational innovation behavior by improving the abilities of leadership.

In this paper, we researched on the improved method for transferring noise which is generated from power island. In general case, the power island has a drawback where the noise transfer increase because of the structural resonance in each power bus. Thus, this paper suggests two improved methods that reduces the noise transfer. First method is to suppress the structural resonance by varying the source of the noise. The second method is to utilize the EGI in order to minimize the EGI in order to minimize the transfer of the noise when the resonance occurs. The simulation analysis shows that the relocation of the noise source dramatically minimized the resonance in power bus and the utilization of EGI has effectively reduced the noise transfer.

The present study analyzed the factors affecting the box office performance of movies in the Chinese market in 2010~2014. A total of 499 movies were selected for the final analyses. Based on the previous studies, genre, actor/actress power, director power, sequel, remake, release period, award, online evaluation, distributor power, and production area were chosen as independent variables. Regression analyses showed that most of the independent variables except for distributor power were found to affect box office performance of the movies.
