  • Nowadays, bidirectional DC-DC converters are becoming more into picture for different applications especially electric vehicles. There are many bidirectional DC-DC converters topologies; however, voltage-fed Dual Half-Bridge (DHB) topology has less number of switches as compared to other isolated bidirectional DC-DC converters. Furthermore, voltage fed DHB has galvanic isolation, high power density, reduced size, high efficiency and hence cost effective. Electrolytic capacitors always have problem regarding size and reliability in DC-AC single phase inverters. Therefore, voltage-fed DHB converter is proposed for the purpose of power decoupling to replace electrolytic capacitor by film capacitors. A new control strategy has been developed for 120Hz ripple rejection, and it was verified by simulation.

Dental hygienist, the relationship between empowerment and organizational commitment (치과위생사의 임파워먼트와 조직몰입의 관계)

  • Objectives : This study provides dental care organization that is responsible for services of dental hygienists to measure levels of empowerment and organizational commitment to. The impact of empowerment on organizational commitment is a variable that has to validate the improvement of organizational commitment of dental hygienists to have been studied for the suggestions. The study period 2009 July 1 to August 30 at Jeonju Jeollabuk dental material and dental hygienists are working in medical institutions to target a total of 336 copies (88.4%) and for analysis of the data was studied. Methods : For data analysis SPSS (Statistial Package for the Social Science) WIN 12.0 program using frequency analysis, T-test and One-way ANOVA test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, linear regression analysis was conducted through the following. Results : 1. Demographic characteristics (education, salary, age, workplace), the empowerment and organizational commitment as the decisive factor affecting the level was a significant difference. 2. Education, salary, age and demographic characteristics of the working period of the empowerment uimiseong, yeokryangseong, self-determination, but no significant differences in impacts factors, work factors, not only was a significant difference uimiseong. 3. Demographic characteristics (education, salary, age, duration of employment, workplace), the affective commitment, normative commitment, ever, ever commitment and showed significant differences remain. 4. The higher the level of empowerment of the subjects that were higher organizational commitment, was a significant difference. 5. Empowerment and Organizational Commitment of subjects related factors were analyzed in all the variables showed a significant correlation between. Conclusions : Dental health agencies that provide services of dental hygienists to improve empowerment and organizational commitment to develop a structured management program, a dental hygienist job dental hygienist program and professional standards for the continuous and systematic research. That will be needed.

  • This study was conducted to identify the organizational commitment to health centers in the city of G from September 1, 2018 to September 29, 2018, and empowerment, which is the output of the organization, and to examine organizational diagnosis using the Six-Box Model. In the organizational diagnosis of the health center using the Six-Box Model, the support area was 3.62 points, and the attitude toward change was 3.62 points, which was higher than other areas. In the organizational diagnosis according to gender, the scores of women were higher in males than in males. In the organizational diagnosis according to the type of jobs, the purpose, relationships, rewards, and area scores of nursing jobs were higher than those of other types of jobs. In the future, the public health center is a public institution that provides health administration and medical services to residents of the community, and it is necessary to improve the capacity of the organization through continuous health center organizational diagnosis.

  • This paper presents a modified on-off algorithm based on the gradient method for providing the phase of each antenna element more accurately and simply compared to the conventional on-off algorithm. The sup4erisority of theproposed method is due to the fact that the proposed method finds the increase and decrease of the array output power more accurately by utilizing the gradient of array output power with respect to the instantaneous phase of array element. The array antenna adopting to the proposed method formsmaximum beam-pattern along the direction of the desired signal by aligning the phase of every antenna enement. The proposed method is applied to both linear and two-dimentional aray for analyzing the result. The capability of the real-time processing of the proposed technique is confirmed by implementing the proposed algorithm with TMS320C30 Evaluation Module. Since the computational load required to form the beam-pattern per snapshot is small, the proposed method is suitable for the mobile communication system of which the response must be fast. By the results obtained from the application of the proposed method to the CDMA mobile communication environment, it is vreified that the performance of the received signal is consideralbly improved.

  • In this study, emotional adjectives about the operating sound quality of the vehicle power seat are constructed, and the effectiveness of the emotional adjectives are verified by evaluating the operating sound quality. First, emotional adjectives were collected from the literature related to the automobile field and other sound qualities. A questionnaire was made using these adjectives. The questionnaire was designed to be able to select all adjectives that could express the operating noise of the power seat slide adjuster by applying the multiple- response method. Next, a subjective sound quality evaluation was conducted using the emotional adjectives. In the evaluation, we first recorded the operating noise for two power seats. Second, the subjective sound quality evaluation was performed on the recorded operating noise using a loudspeaker. Finally, through a statistical analysis on the sound quality evaluation results, the relationship between the semantic space and the preference score was verified, and the validity of the emotional adjectives was verified.

Raw Spectrum Analysis of operated UHF-Wind Profiler Radar in South Korea (국내 운용 UHF-윈드프로파일러 레이더의 원시 스펙트럼 분석)

  • In this paper raw spectrum data were analyzed to suggest the moving forward of performance evaluation and quality control of wind profilers of four manufacturers operating in South Korea. For the analysis, the profile of the spectrum averaged by season and the profile of four statistical values (minimum, average, median, and maximum) calculated by Power Spectrum Density (PSD) were used. The quality of spectrum data was the best for LAP-3000, followed by YKJ3, PCL-1300, and CLC-11-H. In Cheorwon and Chupungnyeong, where PCL-1300 was installed, the variability of the spectrum due to ground clutter and non-meteorological signals was large, so ground clutter removal and signal processing such as moving average and multi-peak were required. In Gunsan and Paju, where CLC-11-H was installed, DC (Direct Current) bias and propagation folding were found, so it is necessary to remove the DC bias and limit the effective altitude for observation.

Job performance, empowerment, and satisfaction of regional dental hygienists according to systemic disease-related knowledge of regional dental hygienists in South Korea (일부 지역 치과위생사의 전신질환 관련 지식에 따른 업무수행능력과 임파워먼트 및 직무만족)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of systemic disease-related knowledge among dental hygienists and analyze the effect on their job performance, empowerment, and satisfaction to provide basic data for expanding education on systemic diseases among dental hygienists and improving their job performance, empowerment and satisfaction. Methods: A survey was conducted among dental hygienists working in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do region, South Korea, from October 27 to November 10, 2020, with a total of 245 questionnaires included in the final analysis. Results: Results of analysis revealed an average score for systemic disease-related knowledge among dental hygienists of 16.53±3.33 points and the higher the systemic disease-related knowledge, the higher the job performance, empowerment, and satisfaction. The higher the coronary artery disease knowledge and respiratory and infectious disease knowledge, the higher the job performance, and the higher the respiratory and infectious disease knowledge, the higher the job empowerment and job satisfaction. Conclusions: This study revealed that the higher dental hygienists' level of systemic disease-related knowledge, the higher their job performance, empowerment, and satisfaction. Therefore, this study suggests that dental hygienists' education on systemic disease-related knowledge should be expanded, and diverse systemic disease education programs should be developed for application in clinical practice.

The Effects of Job Characteristics and Organizational Characteristics on Social Welfare Worker's Turnover Intention (직무 및 조직특성이 사회복지사의 이직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate what affect social welfare workers' want of career change. The structural equation modeling(AMOS 16.0) was used to examine if job characteristics and organizational characteristics have direct affect on turnover intention or the indirect affect of organizational commitment. A survey was conducted on the social welfare workers of private social agencies in the capital area and 256 of 297 questionnaires that showed clear intentions on turnover were scrutinized. According to the analysis, job autonomy(job characteristics) and fairness in promotion (organization characteristics) influences organizational commitment. Job demand, job instability, wage level, and organizational commitment have and effect on turnover intention. The results of this study suggest that in order to reduce the turnover intention among social welfare workers, empowerment, systematic organization of tasks and active communication should be reinforced.
