For the behavior of the wholesale spot price, a regime switching model with time-varying transition probabilities was estimated using the data from the PJM (Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Maryland) market. By including the temperature as an explanatory variable in the transition probability equations, the threshold effect of changing regime is clearly enhanced. And hence the predictability of the price spikes was improved. This means that the model showed a very clear threshold effect, with a low probability of switching for low loads and low temperatures and a high probability for high loads and high temperatures. And temperature showed a clearer threshold effect than load does. This implies that weather-related contracts may help to hedge against the risk in the cost of buying electricity during a summer.

반도체에서 양자점이 포함된 나노복합체의 전자적 구조와 성질에 대한 연구는 기본적인 양자 물리적 현상을 이해하고 전자소자 및 광소자의 다양한 응용 분야를 파생할 수 있기 때문에 많은 관심을 갖고 있다. 나노복합체를 구성하는 각각의 양자우물과 양자점에 대한 실험과 이론에 대한 연구는 많이 진행되고 있으며, 양자우물 안에 양자점이 삽입된 나노복합체에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 미흡한 상태이다. 또한 양자우물 안에 자발 형성된 양자점이 삽입된 나노복합체에 대한 전기적 특성 및 광학적 특성에 대한 연구는 많으나, 양자우물 안에 삽입된 양자점에 대한 전자적 구조에 대한 연구는 거의 없다. 양자우물 안에 양자점을 형성한 나노복합체 구조를 사용하여 제작한 전자소자와 광소자의 효율을 향상시키기 위해서는 이 복합 구조의 전자적 성질에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 단일 양자우물 안에 자발 형성된 InAs 양자점을 포함한 나노복합체의 전자적 특성을 분석하기 위하여 변형효과와 비포물선효과를 포함한 전자적 부띠 에너지에 대하여 비교 분석하였다. InAs 양자점은 20 nm의 직경을 갖고 있으며, GaAs 기판위에 버퍼층과 AlAs 층을 사용한 양자우물 구조에 삽입되었다. 단일 양자우물 안에 삽입된 양자점의 전자적 구조는 형상 의존 변형효과와 비포물선 효과를 고려한 쉬뢰딩거 방정식을 삼차원 가변 메시 유한차분법을 사용하여 수치해석 방법으로 분석하였다. 수치해석 방법으로 양자우물의 우물 폭의 영향을 받는 양자점의 크기변화에 따라 삼차원적인 전자 및 정공의 부띠 에너지와 기저상태 및 여기 상태의 파동 함수를 계산하였다. 이러한 결과는 나노복합체 안에 형성된 InAs 양자점의 전자적 특성을 이해하는데 도움을 주며, InAs가 포함된 나노복합체를 사용한 전자 소자와 광소자 연구에 기초 자료로 사용될 수 있다.

External costs emerge as a consequence of negative external effects. The EU commission and national government in Europe made themselves the internalization of external costs and began to make various measures. The traffic sector plays an important role. At the same time, it affects as financial loads to logistics service providers and carriers in Europe. This study examines current development in european logistic market conditions. It describes the reaction of different market players and stakeholders in the logistic value chain in EU, Switzerland and Germany. A portfolio of different strategic answers to the changing market environment is being developed. Therefore, different options for the internalization of external costs are proposed. This study finally derives propositions for future research.

ICT environment to the survey released by the Bureau of Statistics 2012 Household Finance. National R&D Projects provide the central axis to weave the valuable information derived from variable projects and their participants. Thus to efficiently manage and utilize the National R&D information, the project-oriented management system has to be established and its information must to be articulated with each other. Using the connected relations the system can provide an efficient way to easily gain and share the information. To do this the National R&D information management systems and the identifier management system must to be builded and the common services and functions connecting the systems have to be provided. On this study, by defining these constituents and their relationships we're going to establish the base of promotion of National R&D Information utilization.

With the expanding concept of Smart Grid, it is widely used by mixing with various industries, and therefore the potential and value of Smart Grid should be verified and evaluated. To this end, this study is conducted to look at industrial fields that can be expanded by mixing with Smart Grid, and based on it, draw an economic ripple effect of the Smart Grid industry. To grasp the spread direction of the Smart Grid industry, Our study focused on Smart Grid participants and new businesses that can be derived. Through this, energy, construction, home appliances, and automobile industries are selected as convergence businesses. Our study estimated an economic effect by drawing generation rates from input-output tables that applies the selected industry fields and Korean projections. According to the result, effect on total production inducement will be about 77 trillion won, effect on total value added inducement will be about 24 trillion won, and effect on total employment inducement will be about 31 trillion won. Through this, various functions of Smart Grid and the ripple effects on national economy could be expected.

연성 PCB(flexible printed circuit board)는 현재 노트북 PC와 디지털 카메라등에 적용되며, 굴곡성이 강하고 소형화 및 조립에 용이하여 주로 기판 사이나주기판과 외부 커넥터사이에 데이터의 전송매체로써 널리 사용되는 핵심부품이다. 근래에 개발되는 PCB 기반의 고성능 신호처리회로들은 데이터 전송율이 수백 MHz에서 수 GHz에 이르고 있으며, 신호선과 유전체, 접지판의 구조적 특성에 따라서, 반사 효과와 같은 신호무결성 문제들이 파생되어 신호의 최대성능을 제한하게된다. 이에 따라 적절한 임피던스 제어를 통하여 고성능신호들의 왜곡을 상쇄시키는 기술이 중요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 연성 PCB 전송라인을 위한 임피던스 모델을 대상으로 각 모델의 주요 특징 및 정확성을 분석하였다. 연성 PCB의 전송라인은 보통 전통적인 마이크로스트립 라인의 특성 임피던스 모델에 비해 신호선의 너비가 크며, 이를 반영한 개선된 수학적 임피던스 모델들이 제안되어 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 기존의 마이크로스트립 전송라인과 연성 PCB 전송라인에 적합한 수학적 모델들을 이용하여 신호 무결성 문제를 모의할 수 있는 CAE(computer-aided engineering) 도구의 임피던스 측정 결과를 비교 및 분석하였다.

본 논문에서는 도시의 소음문제와 기존 방음벽의 문제를 근본적으로 해결하기 위해서는 도시 생태계를 고려한 생태식생방음벽의 개발이 필요하며 이를 위해 시스템 및 소재개발, 설계 및 시공기술들을 개발이 필요하다. 방음벽의 소음의 저감을 위한 단순한 구조물차원을 벗어나 소음 저감 기능을 가지는 환경친화적인 녹화구조물로 개발될 필요가 있다. 이는 절대 녹지의 부족과 단절로 인해 파생되는 도시 생태적 문제를 적극적으로 해결할 수 있는 현실적인 대안이 될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 도시경관 및 운전자와 주민 정서의 순화에 크게 기여할 것으로 예상된다. 결론적으로, 도시생태환경에 악영향을 가져왔던 기존의 방음벽에 반해서, 도시 전체적으로 녹지의 확대와 더불어 경관의 향상, 생태계 복원 등 시너지 효과를 가져올 식생방음벽의 개발은 도시환경의 질적 개선을 위한 현실적인 대안으로 연구 개발이 필요하다고 판단된다.

This study found that that dynamics of intensity of use and economic theory of derived demand can both be accommodated through an extensive translog demand model. The basic idea in this recognition is that the skewed life cycle empirical pattern of intensity of use plotted against per capita income is of lognormal form and this lognomal intensity of use model can be mathematically transformed into an eqivalent simple translog intensity of use model. Empirical results showed that this extensive traslog model, which is a flexible function and includes both the classical case of fixed coefficients and the dynamic case of varying coefficients of the explanatory variables, gave better forecasts than the original intensity of use model and other conventional models.

In this paper, the creation method of edutainment content among cultural content types was studied. Edutainment aimed to enhance the creative thinking power through the "TRIZ theory" as an element of fun and education for learners at the same time. In this study, the modified OSTM-TRIZ theory was used not only in the technical field but also in the general sector. I proposed a model in which creative thinking can be enhanced to solve problems by analyzing contradictions encountered in the process of presenting problems. Nonlinear digital storytelling in animated folktales can elicit sufficient curiosity from learners, and problem presentation, problem resolution and contradiction analysis using OTSM-TRIZ work as an educational system to develop learners' creativity.
