The purpose of this study is to study the impact of knowledge sharing behavior, self-efficacy, team collaboration, and job autonomy on organizational innovation among the smart work characteristic factors for members of small and medium-sized venture companies, and to study the differences according to generation/digital literacy level. It is to provide implications so that it can be reflected in the organizational innovation of venture companies. As a result of the analysis, it was found that knowledge sharing behavior and team collaboration had an effect on organizational innovation, while self-efficacy and job autonomy did not affect organizational innovation. In addition, as a moderating effect, it was confirmed that there were differences in self-efficacy and team collaboration according to the level of digital literacy, and differences in knowledge sharing behavior, self-efficacy, and team collaboration by generation. Therefore, in this study, we identified important influencing factors for organizational innovation according to changes in the smart work environment of small and medium-sized venture companies, and suggested ways to secure corporate competitiveness. It suggests that organizational innovation can be strengthened only by confirming the relationship between organizational innovation and finding ways to develop and utilize differentiated capabilities.

The paper introduces an educational environment for multidisciplinary automotive development project made with other global institutions worldwide. The main objective is to accelerate students design and manufacturing skills, while giving them the experience of global communications for a large scale collaboration. This objective demands the intimate partnership between industrial design and engineering worldwide as well. Not only is the design and manufacturing portion of the project a challenge, but the students must organize the project teams together to incorporate different subsystem designs from other institutions, which, after all, requires constant communication and a truly team-oriented atmosphere for the global innovative engineering education.

Startup has lot of limitation such as time and budget shortage, and few human resources, and may be under the very stressful condition. Naturally in these context, there is always conflict among the startup team members, but the impact of conflict on teamwork or team performance has not been empirically tested. This study examines the relationship among the conflict, teamwork and team performance in startup context. Different two types of conflict and four factors of teamwork for team performance are identified from a literature review and tested; task conflict and relationship conflict as antecedents, teamwork was composed of communication, collaboration, coordination and cohesion, leading to team performance. 142 data points were collected from startup representatives to test these hypotheses. PLS data analysis indicated that the task conflict positively effects on all teamwork factors, but relationship conflict has statistically significant effect on only two teamwork factors, collaboration and coordination in negative relationship. Teamwork factors effects on team performance except communication. Based on the results, we proposed practically several team management skills for startup managers, leaders and even members, and explained theoretical contributions.

WebDAV(Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning)는 웹 통신 프로토콜로서 인터넷을 통하여 다양한 콘텐츠의 비동기적인 협업 저작을 지원한다. 따라서 WebDAV를 지원하는 다양한 종류의 서버들은 상호간의 협업 작업이 가능하다. 특히 WebDAV의 접근 제어 프로토콜은 특정 자원에 대한 접근 제어 권한을 정의하기 위하여 표준 Privilege들을 정의하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹기반 협업시스템의 핵심 기능인 팀 작업장과 공개 작업장의 자원에 접근할 때, 사용자의 권한과 작업장의 특성 그리고 자원의 특징에 따라 접근 제어 관리를 할 수 있도록 접근 제어 기법을 설계하였다. 특히 공개 작업장은 파일 올리기만 가능한 작업장, 내려받기만 가능한 작업장, 올리기/내려받기 가능한 작업장과 같이 성격이 다양하다. 이를 지원하기 위하여 작업장내 파일에 대한 접근 권한을 구체적으로 설계함으로써 협업작업을 체계적이고 안정적으로 지원할 수 있다.

본 연구는 프로그래밍 협업 환경에서 생성형 AI인 ChatGPT-4를 활용한 코딩 프로세스를 제안한다. 일관성 있는 결과를 얻기 위해 프롬프트 생성, GPT 실행, 의사코드 변환, 코드 비교, 동일 코드 생성 여부 판단, 테스트 실행, 동일 결과 생성 여부 판단, 코드 검사 및 수정의 8단계를 거친다. 팀 프로젝트와 페어 프로그래밍 등의 다양한 협업 환경에 적용 가능한 이 프로세스를 통해 생성형 AI를 효과적으로 활용할 수 있음을 보여주었다는 점에서 그 의미가 있다. 본 연구는 생성형 AI를 활용한 협업 환경에서의 코딩이 본격적으로 이루어질 것으로 예상되는 이 시점에서, 인간-AI 협업 환경에서의 코딩 효율성 및 일관성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 이러한 연구는 인간과 AI가 함께 작업하는 미래를 위한 기초를 마련하는 데 중요한 역할을 할 것이다.

웹데브는 HTTP1.1의 확장으로서 지역적으로 분산된 사용자들 사이에 공동 저작활동을 지원하는 표준 프로토콜이다. 웹데브의 주요 기능인 속성 관리는 저장소의 역할과 함께 자원의 추가 정보를 관리하고 활용할 수 있는 장점을 가지며, 웹데브 접근 제어 프로토콜을 이용하면 사용자에 대한 접근제어를 보다 효과적으로 설정, 관리할 수 있다. 따라서 웹데브 기반의 응용 프로그램을 개발하기 위해서는 사용자 정의 속성의 설계 및 속성의 효과적인 관리 그리고 사용자에 대한 접근 권한 설계가 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 논문에서는 협업을 지원하는 팀작업장에 필요한 웹데브 사용자 정의 속성을 설계하고 설계된 속성을 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 방법 그리고 웹데브 접근 제어 프로토콜을 이용하여 사용자에 대한 접근 권한을 효과적으로 적용하는 방법을 제안한다. 웹데브를 기반으로 한 팀작업장이 개발됨으로써 협업을 위한 자료의 공유 및 교환을 보다 효율적으로 지원한다.

The purpose of this study is to compare the characteristics of research collaborations in the field of LIS. While there are several studies under the unit of analysis of country, there are only a few studies under the unit of analysis of institution in LIS field. For this analysis, we selected eight journals in the KCI (Korea Citation Index) web site, which correspond to the field of LIS through subject classification. The collaborative indices, Collaborative Coefficient, Co-Authorship Index, Local Collaborative Index (LCI), Domestic Collaborative Index (DCI) allowed us to comparatively analyze institutional collaboration patterns in LIS field. In the case of Chung-Ang University, Yonsei University, and Ewha Womans University, collaborative research among professors, graduate students, and professors reflected the fact that collaborations among universities are often performed with professors. In the case of KISTI, which showed a very high index value, the characteristics of project-based research are reflected in the research collaboration pattern.

인터넷의 발전으로 국경을 초월한 팀간의 국제적 협업도 기술적으로 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 공용어가 아닌 각자의 모국어를 사용하는 경우 인터넷과 자동기계번역 (Machine Translation)을 활용하여 협업이 가능하도록 하기 위하여는 아직도 해결되어야 말 문제가 많다. 특히 자동기계번역은 특정 언어 외의 다양산 언어들간의 번역에서는 아직도 의사소통이 원활하게 이루어지지 않는 수준이다. 본 연구는 상이산 문화적 배경을 가지고 서로 다른 모국어를 사용하는 팀 간의 협업이 현재의 기술 수준으로 어느 정도까지 가능한가 하는 것을, 자동기계번역과 인터넷을 기반으로 고안된 ICSS ([nterrultural Collaboration Support System)를 활용한 실험을 통하여, 시스템과 인간의 상호작용을 중심으로 고찰하고자 하였다.

본 논문에서는 워크스페이스 기반 소프트웨어 형상관리 (Software Configuration Management, SCM) 시스템의 설계와 그 구현 방법에 대하여 논한다. 워크스페이스는 팀 단위의 협업 개발을 지원하기 위한 통합 환경으로, 형상항목(configuration item)에 대한 버전관리와 병렬 개발 프로세스를 제공한다. 본 연구는 이러한 워크스페이스 기반의 협업 개발 환경과 함께 프로젝트 관리 변경 프로세스 관리 기능을 결합한 통합 소프트웨어 형상관리 시스템 구축을 목표로 한다.

컴퓨터 전공자들의 프로그래밍 개발 중심의 팀 프로젝트 수업은 프로그래밍 개발 능력과 팀원들 간의 협업 능력을 키울 수 있는 수업으로서, 기존에는 대면수업을 통해 교수자와 학습자간 그리고 팀을 이룬 학습자들 간에 긴밀한 상호작용으로 진행되어왔다. 그러나 2020년 COVID-19의 확산으로 대부분의 대학 수업들이 비대면 방식으로 진행됨에 따라 팀 프로젝트 수업 역시 비 대면으로 운영되어야 했으며 팀 활동을 위해 다양한 온라인 커뮤니케이션 방법이 모색되어야 했다. 본 연구에서는 팀 프로젝트 수업을 기존의 대면 수업으로 운영하였을 경우와 비대면 방식으로 운영하였을 때 학습자들이 느끼는 학습 효과에 대해 비교해보고자 한다. 대면 수업과 비대면 수업에 참여했던 학습자들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 팀 프로젝트 수업을 통한 학습 이해도, 수업 흥미도, 학습자간의 소통의 원활성, 수업 참여의 적극성 그리고 전체적인 수업 만족도에 대한 설문 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 향후 포스트 코로나 시대에는 대면과 비대면의 하이브리드 커뮤니케이션 방식이 대세를 이룰 것으로 예측되고 있는 만큼 대학 수업 방식에도 변화가 필요할 것이며 본 연구는 이를 위한 기초 연구로 활용될 수 있다.
