This paper proposes an accelerated life evaluation of drive shaft for the power train parts of special purpose vehicle. It is necessary the real load data of usage level driving load condition for life evaluation of power train parts, but we can't get the load spectrum data for evaluation in many case of special purpose vehicle. So, in this paper, the road load spectrum data for evaluation is created by modeling and simulation based on vehicle data and special road condition. The inverse power model is used for accelerated life test. The equivalent torque of load spectrum is achieved using the Miner's Rule. This paper also proposes the calibrated acceleration life test method for drive shaft. The fatigue test is performed through three stress levels. The lifetime at normal stress level is predicted by extrapolation, and is verified through comparison of experimental results and load spectrum data.

본 연구는 우리나라가 글로벌 시장에서 4차 산업혁명 시대를 주도하는데 필요한 4차 산업혁명 전문가 양성에 초점을 두고, 4차산업혁명전문대학원 설립방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 국내 타특수대학원인 창업대학원과 컨설팅대학원을 비교고찰하였고, 해외 타전문대학원인 일본 회계전문대학원과 일본 법학전문대학원을 비교고찰하였다. 그 결과, 4차 산업혁명 전문가 양성을 위하여 4차산업혁명전문대학원 설립방안을 다음과 같이 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 4차산업혁명전문대학원은 4차 산업혁명 전문가 양성을 위한 차별화되고 융합화된 교과과정으로 2~3년제 전문대학원 석박사과정으로 운영될 필요가 있다. 둘째, 4차산업혁명전문대학원은 전문석(박)사 학위과정이므로 교육의 내실화를 위하여 야간보다는 주간과정으로 운영될 필요가 있으며, 트랙제를 적극 활용하여 경영학, 회계학, 법학, 창업학, 공학 등 학제간 융합적 교과과정으로 설계되어야 한다. 또한 이론교육과 실무교육의 균형적 교과과정으로 실무교육이 전체 교육과정에 30% 이상이 되도록 해야 한다. 셋째, 4차산업혁명전문대학원은 정부(중소벤처기업부)의 전략적인 재정 지원이 필수적이며, 재정 지원과 함께 교육의 질에 대한 평가인증을 지속적으로 받아야 할 것이다. 또한 장기적으로는 중소벤처기업부의 창업대학원 및 컨설팅대학원이 4차산업혁명전문대학원으로 통합될 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to design and develop an e-mentoring system for full inclusion. Through the literature review of related studies, the e-mentoring performance model was drawn. Based on this model, an e-mentoring system was designed and developed. Especially the horizontal mentoring was mainly considered during the procedure. To evaluate the usability of the system, 2 system managers, 5 mentors, and 5 mentees were chosen and they were interviewed by researchers. Researchers used an interview instrument(10 items) consisting of mentoring support(cognitive support, affective support, adaptability) and technical support(convenience, accuracy, look & feel) categories. On the whole affirmative responses were given in both mentoring support and technical support areas. It can be concluded that the e-mentoring system is very effective in supporting full inclusion. In future it is recommended that several empirical studies of utilizing the e-mentoring should be performed.

The purpose of this study was to verify effects of virtual reality based intervention program on communication skills in cafe and class attitudes of students with intellectual disabilities. To do this, 30 students with intellectual disabilities were participated in this study and placed an experimental group and a control group. An experimental group took part in the virtual reality based intervention program on communication skills in cafe and a control group joined in the traditional intervention program at summer vacation from July, 22 to August, 24. Intervention programs of an experimental group and an control group were conducted 5 times in a week for 4 weeks and a class time of each class was 50 minutes. Evaluations of two groups were carried out in pre-test and post-test and data of evaluation was analyzed by independent t-test. In Results of study, communication skills of experimental group were improved higher than control group's. Also, class attitudes of experimental group were changed more positive than control group's on job training class. We knew that virtual reality based intervention program was effectively utilized in transitional education for students with intellectual disabilities.

This study was to investigate special education teachers' teaching in reading and writing to university students with intellectual disabilities. For this study, we surveyed 71special education teachers who work in Gwangju, Daegu and Busan. As a result, in order to identify students' reading and writing abilities, they were more likely to use their own tests which they made for themselves than standardized tests. When teaching students, they used their own teaching experiences and advices from colleagues and senior teachers regarding problem-solving methods and reliable information while the knowledge they learned at school showed low frequency in use. Despite using mainly whole-word approach when instructing reading and writing, it appeared that teachers' teaching experiences and diversity of textbooks also have an influence. Regarding needs of education participation for teaching students, there were high needs and interests in teaching methods of writing, textbooks and teaching materials by the characteristics of disability, reading and writing development, reading and writing disabilities. In case of difficulties and needs in teaching students, there was a high demand of development of a wide variety of teaching materials and tools and, preparation for sufficient textbooks and test tools, while difficulties in teaching appeared in lack of knowledge about reading and writing, lack of screening/evaluating tools, and evaluating and teaching oriented to each disability characteristic.

Soo-Yeoun Kim & Ji-Eun Kim 2016. A Study on ESP Skating English Education Based on Job Analysis. This study aims to provide skating ESP(English for Specific Purposes) education model for skating instructors in Korea. For this purpose, a total of twenty-seven professional skating instructors were surveyed according to a questionnaire, which asked about their English skills and perspective of the importance of English study and English skating class. The main results are as follows: most skating instructors' confidence in their English is low; majority of them answered that English study is needed for skating instructors; a majority of them want English teaching that focused on speaking and teaching activities. After that, skating instructors' jobs were analyzed using the DACUM(Developing A Curriculum Method). A DACUM committee extracted the duties and tasks which require English education and conducted a survey that targeted skating instructors. When interpreting the study on ESP Skating English Education based on job analysis, it was evident that the English language would be essential for enabling effective communication with judges during national sports competitions, information exchange with foreign skaters, and for technical skating instructions. Objective : This is a descriptive study using a program review collaborative group program by special educator and occupational therapist for supporting children's school tasks, and it is designed to explore how changed school performance skills and to analyze how applied intervention methods including sensory integrative approach. Methods : Participants were 6 male elementary students(5 = 1st grade, 1 = 2nd grade). Pilot program had reviewed and its results used as base for planning main program. Main program was implemented by collaborative process with teacher and occupational therapist for 1 year. School AMPS was used to assess school task participants, and informal motor and process skill observation was used to assess self-help activities. Description of records by professions about intervention strategies through assessments was described as qualitative way. Japanese sensory inventory was used by parents. Results : Through the collaborative process, assessing children, planning and modifying program, establishing intervention strategies were implemented. Self-help abilities in group program were increased much more independently. School task abilities were increased slightly but skills changed irregularly and unexpectedly and their reasons became considered more complex from sensory processing reasons to social and emotional reasons. Conclusion : Sensory integration had benefits for primary group program and more complex intervention strategies became to emerge demands for person- environment-task challenges. Collaborative practice with teacher and occupational therapist was supplement and synergic effect for children and group dynamics. More objective and comprehensive methods for measure collaboration and group effect would be needed in further study.

In this paper, we propose an effective software education model for youths with disability. This software education model consists of a four-step process. In the first step, it draws the education curriculum of the software education for different types of disabled youths based on the results of comparative analysis of software education field in special education curriculum. In the second step, it suggests achievement standards for effective software education for the disabled students by classifying students with intellectual disabilities and visual, hearing, and physical disabilities without any multiple disabilities. In the third step, the study developed a modular textbook comprised of unplugged activities using coding robot Albert, physical computing, and block/text coding with the reflection of the characteristic of each type of disability. In the fourth step, it applied the textbook to the school field and educated disabled students focusing on experience to allow them to think logically and by stages about different problems they face in daily lives. In addition, by analyzing the results of youths' performance evaluation and surveys, it was shown that 82.3% of developmental disabilities, 78.8% of visual impairments, 90.9% of hearing impairments, and 78.8% of physically disabilities achieved achievements above the "medium" level. These results prove that the software education model for youths with disabilities proposed in this paper is very effective in improving computational chinking of youths with disabilities.

청년실업 문제가 심각한 현대에 특히 무용부분의 사회진출과 취업은 매우 심각한 문제가 아닐 수 없다. 각 대학과 정부차원에서 대학 평가 등을 통해 취업을 장려하고 있는 실정이지만 예능계의 특수한 상황으로 전문적이지만 취업을 하기 위한 발판이나 환경에는 제도적, 환경적인 문제들이 있음을 문제 의식화하여 본 연구는 무용수 직업능력에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위해 무용 교수자, 학습자, 전문무용수를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 각 40명씩 총 120명을 대상으로 이들의 직업 관련 인식도와 직업 관련 요구도를 조사하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 기술통계를 실시하였고, 빈도를 분석하였다. 연구결과 취업 어려움에 대한 체감도가 교육가와 무용수는 높았으나 예비무용수들은 낮게 나타났다. 교육가들과 무용수들은 취업을 위해 전공 능력을 발휘하여야 하며, 인턴십 제도의 정착이 중요하다고 응답하였다. 그러나 예비무용수들은 무용 외에도 다양한 능력 개발의 필요성을 느낀다고 응답하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze effects of VR-based intervention on the barista competence of students with mild intellectual disabilities. To do this, 30 students mild intellectual disabilities were participated and placed experimental and control groups of 15 students. Control group participated in the traditional intervention, but experimental group took part in the VR-based intervention. Evaluation was consisted of the basic concept evaluation and the functional evaluation on the work of barista. Evaluations were conducted three times and the collected data was analyzed the repeated two-way ANOVA. In the result of study, experimental group have significantly improved both in basic conceptual learning of coffee and in skills making coffee than control group.
