The purpose of this paper is to derive the ratios of trigonometric special angles from Euclid's by constructing regular pentagon and decagon. The intention of this paper is started from recognizing that teaching of the special angles in secondary math classroom excessively depends on algebraic approaches rather geometric approaches which are the origin of the trigonometric ratios. In this paper the method of constructing regular pentagon and decagon is reviewed and the geometric relationship between this construction and trigonometric special angles is derived. Through such geometric approach the meaning of trigonometric special angles is analyzed from a geometric perspective and pedagogical ideas of teaching these trigonometric ratios is suggested using history of mathematics.

이 발표는, <21세기 세종 계획>(문화관광부/국립국어원의 지원, 1998~2007)의 일환으로 이루어진, 특수자료 구축 분과의 지난 10년간의 성과를 소개하고자 하는 데에 목적이 있다. 특수자료 구축 분과에서는 구어, 병렬, 역사 자료, 북한 및 해외 말뭉치와 같은 특수 말뭉치의 구축을 담당하고 있다. 여기서는 특수자료 구축 소분과의 개요와 과제의 구성, 각 세부 과제별 말뭉치 구축 성과 및 각 말뭉치의 가치와 특성을 밝히고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 ActiveMovie와 같은 stream data 기반의 library에서 실시간으로 사용될 수 있는 영상 특수효과 filter들을 소개하고, 알고리즘 개발 및 구현방법에 대해 기술한다. ActiveMovie는 기본적으로 mpeg decoder 및 Video for Windows(.avi file) decoder를 제공하여 프로그래밍을 수월하게 한다. 또한 각 module에 filter라는 개념을 도입하고 filter graph라는 구조를 이용하여 filter의 추가, 삭제를 용이하게 한다. 본 논문에서는, 디지털 영상 특수효과 중에서 Mosaic, Wind, Ghosting 등의 point processing filter들을 실시간으로 처리하기 위한 고속의 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 픽셀의 포인터를 특정 위치로 이동시키지 않고 단순히 주소값을 하나씩 증가시키는 연산을 이용하여 실시간 특수효과를 얻을 수 있도록 한다. 또한 이와 같은 특수효과 알고리즘들을 ActiveMovie환경에서 구현함으로써 제안된 기법에 의하여 실시간 동영상 특수효과 처리가 가능함을 입증한다.

This research results can be used in games or animation application programs that need special effects and can be used as education software in undergraduate or graduate courses. If we use this results effectively in application programs, we can expect no small ripple effect on growing entertainment industry because special effects enhance audience's interest in games, films, and amusements.

In order to establish a special school considering the rights of disabled students to receive education and the principle of fair regional placement, this study identified the deviation of regional maintenance status of special education facilities and analyzed and examined their characteristics to provide desirable basic data for the establishment of facilities in the future. As a research method, the main status and maintenance index for each region were calculated based on the status of each special education subject and the disability area by using the statistics and facility data of the Ministry of Education, Special Education Policy Division, and the Ministry of Education of each province. According to the analysis results, large cities tended to rely on special classes and general classes due to the lack of facilities at special schools, and local cities showed uneven results for each disability area and supplemented the system lacking special education support centers. In overall evaluation, special education facilities have not yet been leveled across the country.

With the change of society and the rapid development of science and technology, the direction of future education and the functions of schools have changed. Also the roles and tasks of teachers are changing rapidly. As Germany entered into the 21st century, many discussions let to a consensus on the direction of future education and schooling withholding a sense of responsibility and solidarity for the education of all members of the society. As a result, standards for the training of general teachers and teachers for special education were presented. The purpose of this study is to compare the standard contents of teacher training for special education in Germany with the qualification criteria for special school, teachers in Korea, focusing on evaluation and giving as well detailed information on the examination of teachers for special school, as on basic subjects for the qualification of special school teachers for special education in Korea will be explored. As a result, the content of this study can be summarized by four items. The first one is dealing with the creation of a consciousness of solidarity and a sense of responsibility among the members of the society for the future education and the role of schools and teachers. The second item ist about including the capacity and competence of teachers in the restructuring of the school and in the minimum standards of teacher training for special education. Third, the specificity of each state (provincial and local) is considered in the content of standards for teacher training. Fourth, standards for teacher training are linked to each other, previous teacher education, trainee teacher education, and current teacher education.

본 연구의 목적은 정부의 R&D 지원사업에 참여하는 유형별 중소기업들의 R&D참여 요인에 관한 연구이다. 각 정부부처별 R&D 지원사업이 지역전략산업별, 뿌리기술전문기업, 부품소재기업등 특수 산업분야별, 다양한 형태로 운영되고 있으며, 각 기업에 보조금, 지원금 및 마케팅, 기획, 교육등의 다양한 지원이 이루어지고 있고 각 기업들 또한 이에 참여하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구는 이와 같은 정부 R&D지원사업의 참여요인 즉, 다양한 유형의 중소기업이 정부 R&D과제 참여에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 지에 대한 가설을 검증한다. 또한 기술적 성과인 R&D 참여강화와 기술역량 강화에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 가설을 검증한다. 이 분석결과를 통한 연구결과, 중소기업의 연구개발투자에 영향을 미치는 요인중 지역전략산업별, 뿌리기술전문기업, 부품소재기업등 특수 산업분야별등 기업유형에 따라 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다는 결과를 바탕으로 정부지원사업에 참여하는 유형별 중소기업들의 전략적 R&D참여를 위한 방향설정에 도움이 될 것이다.

One of the main purposes of this paper is to propose a high resolution direction finding method performing particularly well under the circumstances such as correlated sensor noises, very closely spaced signal sources, and low signal-to-noise ratio(S/N), in array signal processing. Furthermore, the other is to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method for each circumstance described above, in comparison with the methods previously developed.

본 연구에서는 한국공항의 테러방비와 특수경비원들의 효율적 보안검색을 위하여 비정상 행동탐지기법과 관련한 각 국의 프로그램 및 자료를 조사 분석하였다. 그리고 우리나라의 상황에 적합한 한국형 행동탐지기법 프로그램을 개발을 제시하였다. 우선 한국공항 특수경비원들의 비정상 행동탐지기법 도입을 위하여 각국의 프로파일링의 유형과 행동탐지기법을 조사 분석하고 한국형 행동탐지기법 프로그램을 자체 개발하는 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 통하여 국내 항공 테러방비를 위한 비정상행정탐지기법 도입의 필요성과 특수경비원의 보안검색 효율화와 항공보안의 학문적 도약을 위한 기초적 자료를 제시하고자 한다.
