To suggest implications of future housing problems, this study investigates which characteristics affect the housing satisfaction of young single households. Using the survey data, we perform the multiple regression and decision tree models based on the SPSS Statistics 25.0. Our empirical results show several key features. First, housing characteristics and intention to continue single households had a positive (+) effect on housing satisfaction, in the order of natural, housing, physical characteristics, and intention to continue single households. Second, housing characteristics and intention to marry in the future had a positive (+) effect on housing satisfaction in the order of natural, housing, and physical characteristics. Third, housing characteristics and intention to increase household members in the future had a positive (+) effect on housing satisfaction, in the order of natural, housing, and physical characteristics satisfaction. Finally, the results of the decision tree model show that the natural characteristics were over 3.4, and housing satisfaction was the highest in the case of Jeonse. The results of this study provide three implications for policymakers. First, improving the residential environment of young single households is important. Second, providing customized housing for young single households could enhance the housing satisfaction of young people. Finally, housing provision needs to be carried out with suitable space for the lifestyle of young single households.

본 논문에서는 문헌연구를 바탕으로 SNS가 갖추어야 하는 바람직한 요인으로서 시스템특성, 서비스특성, 정보특성, 감성특성을 도출하는 동시에 이러한 SNS의 특성과 만족도간에 어떠한 관련성이 있는가를 실증적으로 파악하고자 했다. 또한, 이러한 SNS의 특성과 만족도간의 관련성이 응답자의 국가유형에 따라 달라지는가를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 한국과 중국의 인터넷 사용자들을 대상으로 설문지 분석을 실시한 결과, SNS의 여러 가지 특성들이 SNS 만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한, SNS의 특성과 만족도간의 관련성이 국가유형에 따라 차이가 존재하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구에서는 가상시장에서 인터넷쇼핑몰을 통해 제품을 구매한 경험이 있는 소비자의 재구매의도를 확인하고자 시도하였다. 인터넷쇼핑몰을 통해 제품을 재구매하기 위해서는 이전 구매경험의 만족이 결정적 요인으로 작용할 것으로 가정하였다. 이러한 쇼핑만족에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 쇼핑몰의 구조적 특성(심미성, 이용편리성), 제품특성(품질, 가격), 그리고 서비스 특성(확신성, 신뢰성, 반응성) 등을 포함하였다. 이들 요인이 쇼핑만족에 영향을 주고, 만족이 재구매의도에 영향을 줄 것으로 가정하였다. 또한, 이들 만족과 재구매의도간의 관계는 지각된 위험 및 제품관여에 따라 조절역할을 할 것으로 가정하였다. 이러한 가설들간의 관계를 분석하고자 구조방정식모델을 실시하였고, 조절변인들의 조절효과는 조절회귀분석을 통해 검증하였다. 분석결과, 모든 연구가설들은 유의적으로 나타났다. 즉 쇼핑몰의 구조적 특성, 제품특성 및 서비스 특성은 쇼핑만족에 영향을 주며, 이러한 쇼핑만족은 소비자의 재구매의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 만족과 재구매의도간의 관계는 지각된 위험과 관여수준에 따라 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다

The purpose of this research is to examine the major determinants affecting the user's satisfaction and usage intention on Biosafety Portal Site. The development of the research model is based on the empirical studies on the web site. Five hypotheses are derived and tested using regression analysis. The results from regression analysis suggest that technology, content, design and navigation all contributed significantly to the user's satisfaction. In addition, user's satisfaction with portal had a very significant influence on the continuance intention.

웹 기술의 발전과 스마트폰 이용자 수의 증가는 소비자와 기업 간의 관계를 혁신적으로 변화시키고 있다. 기업이나 공공기관들은 고객들과 커뮤니케이션 효과를 극대화 하기 위해 새로운 크로스미디어 플랫폼으로 등장한 소셜미디어를 적극적으로 활용하고 있다. 블로그, 페이스북, 인스타그램 등 더욱 다양하지고 변화의 속도가 빨라지는 소셜미디어 트렌드 속에서 기업들은 채널의 특성에 따라 어떠한 콘텐츠가 소비자에게 만족과 구매에 중요한 영향을 미치는지 체계적인 분석과 운영전략이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 기업 마케팅의 활용 관점에서 블로그와 SNS 채널 특징에 따라 콘텐츠 유형의 만족도를 비교 분석하고, 이용자의 개인 특성에 따라 채널별로 어떠한 차이가 있는지에 관한 전략적 틀과 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 소비자와 판매자 간의 커뮤니케이션 방법에 따라 소셜미디어 콘텐츠를 홍보성, 정보성, 소통성 유형으로 구분하여 블로그 페이스북, 인스타그램의 소셜미디어 채널별로 소비자 만족도를 조사하고자 한다. 또한, 인터넷 이용자의 개인 특성에 따라 선호하는 SNS 콘텐츠 유형이 다를 수 있음에 착안하여 SNS를 이용하는 사용자의 특성을 네 가지 형태로 분류하고 특성에 따른 만족도의 영향관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 다양한 소셜미디어 채널을 활용하고자 하는 기업들에게 효율적인 SNS 마케팅 전략구축 방안과 인터넷 이용자 특성을 고려한 콘텐츠 활용 방안에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 가전제품 서비스 엔지니어의 직무만족도가 계속근무의사에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 조사 분석하였다. 또한 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 조사 분석하였다. 그 결과 엔지니어 개인적 특성에 있어서는 성격이 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 파악되었으며, 조직적 특성에 있어서는 사회적 지지와 급여 및 복리후생이 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되었다. 직무 자체의 특성에 있어서는 업무 적정성이 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 이러한 직무만족도는 계속근무의사에 의미있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사 분석되었다.

This purpose of this study was to examine the factors influencing job satisfaction of social workers working at welfare centers for people with disabilities in multiple dimensions, such as demographic characteristics, personal characteristics, job characteristics, and organizational characteristics. To achieve the purpose, a survey was conducted on 900 social workers working at 45 welfare centers for people with disabilities nationwide, and a total of 770 sample were analyzed. Hierarchical regression analysis was used. The main results were as follows. First, age(-) had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, resilience(+) was Statistically significant. Third, turnover intention(-) and Feedback(+) Feedback(+) had a significant effect. Finally, organization trust and participative decision-making influenced job satisfaction positively. Based on these findings, implications for expanding the understanding of job satisfaction and enhancing job satisfaction of social workers working at the welfare centers were presented in multiple dimensions.

본 연구에서는 장애 임금근로자의 근로환경, 업무특성, 지속근무 의도, 직무만족도 간의 구조적 관계분석을 통해 장애 임금근로자의 직무만족도 향상 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석자료는 장애인고용패널 2차웨이브 6차년도 패널데이터 중 15세이상 임금 장애근로자 1,582명을 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 장애 임금근로자의 근로환경은 직무만족도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤지만, 지속근무 의도에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 장애 임금근로자의 업무특성은 지속근무 의도와 직무만족도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 장애 임금근로자의 지속근무 의도는 직무만족도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 장애 임금근로자의 근무환경과 직무만족도 사이에 지속근무 의도는 매개효과를 나타내지 않았다. 다섯째, 장애 임금근로자의 업무특성과 직무만족도 사이에 지속근무 의도는 매개효과를 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

This study utilized CART algorithm, a decision tree analysis method, to comparatively analyze factors affecting housing and residential environment satisfaction by region using data from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's housing survey in 2020. First, in terms of residential environment satisfaction, accessibility to medical facilities and school district showed higher importance in metropolitan cities and areas compared to other regions, whereas safety from accident showed the opposite trait, showing difference between region. Second, housing characteristics were important in housing satisfaction, indoor environment level satisfaction and indoor safety and hygiene being important in almost all regions, while residential environment characteristics were more important in residential environment satisfaction and influencing factors were relatively evenly distributed. In order to generalize these regional characteristics, research using time series data needs to be conducted later.

This study was executed to verify the effects of individual and environmental characteristics of secondary-school teachers on teacher efficacy and job satisfaction. To do so, a survey of teacher efficacy and job satisfaction was conducted to 696 man and woman teachers from 55 secondary schools in Gwangju and Jeonnam province, and then the results of the survey were analyzed. In this study, teacher efficacy was composed as four factors: sense of calling, teaching-learning, colleague relation and school organization. And job satisfaction was categorized as three factors: job relation, compensation system and working environment. The Multivariate analysis results showed a significant difference in teacher efficacy and job satisfaction according to teachers' individual characteristics and working environment. Conclusively, teacher efficacy and job satisfaction are complicated factors formed by teachers' individual and environmental characteristics. To improve secondary-school teachers' teacher efficacy and job satisfaction, it is necessary to develop training and education programs reflecting individual and environmental characteristics.
