  • 오직 주택시장의 투기바람 또는 불안 요인의 근본적 원인 분석과 해결방안에 관한 전문가 집단의 제안을 묵살한 '주택가격 안정'이라는 구호만 존재할 뿐이다. 토지이용의 효율성과 주거환경의 쾌적성은 법령의 제정 목적에서나 볼 수 있는 사문(死文)으로 만들지 말아야한다.

  • Although cryptocurrency which can promote innovation in the blockchain ecosystem is published for many useful purposes, in Korea, cryptocurrency is recognized only as a means of investment for the profit. The fact emphasizes only the speculative nature of the cryptocurrency, so investor negates the fundamental purpose of cryptocurrency and hinders innovation in the blockchain ecosystem. The purpose of this study is to investigate the cause of cryptocurrency perception and speculative behavior of domestic cryptocurrency investors from an academic perspective. We use a model that reflects the traditional considerations and cryptocurrency's characteristics in investment. Using the model, we can explain the cause of misperception of cryptocurrency through the theory of bounded rationality. In building the research model, we use variables of venture and angel investor's consideration used in investment decisions and collect the keywords from indexes of whitepaper to reflect the properties of cryptocurrency. This study mentions that, due to the imitations presented by Simon, individuals are forced to perceive cryptocurrency as a means of speculation and to make irrational decisions that impair ecosystem health. We analyze whether there is a significant difference in rationality in decision made by the sample under limited knowledge and imperfect information constraints. As a result, imperfect information constraints led investors to consider only irrational criteria in decision making. From this result, this study suggests that information asymmetry needs to be relaxed so that investment can be pursued together with rational investment and development of blockchain ecosystem. In addition, the industry can capture strategic insights for successful financing through ICO by enabling better understanding of investor decision-making.

  • Supply chain (SC) strategies will influence corporate performance and customer satisfaction. However, few empirical research has investigated the impact of the gap between prescriptive and current strategy on customer satisfaction. Based on the profile analysis with data from 31 products, the results of this study show the significant relationship between customer satisfaction and the fit between SC context and speculation-postponement strategies. The results imply that different SC strategies should be applied in accordance with product attributes and supply environments.

  • To improve the durability of concrete structure, we usually consider the reduction of water-cement ratio, the increase of concrete cover depth and the use of mineral admixtures. The use of admixtures make concrete more durable and tighten against water in recent papers so it is needed to study more about the relationship between the admixtures and the chloride ion diffusion. Therefore we analyzed the correlation between chloride ion diffusion and physical properties such as compressive strength, void ratio, air permeability of the concrete, and tried to use them as fundamental data for analyzing chloride ion diffusion mechanism of the concrete mixed with mineral admixtures.

  • Soil vapor extraction (SVE) is an effective and cost efficient method of removing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and petroleum hydrocarbons from unsaturated soils. However, soil vapor extraction becomes ineffective in soils with low gas permeability, for example soils with air permeabilities less than 1 Darcy. The aim of this study is to investigate numerically the performance of a prefabricated vertical drain (PVD) as a SVE well, and the pattern of the induced air flow. A validated numerical model for a single PVD extraction well is developed based on the result of a well-designed laboratory model test. The validity of the simple analytical approach to determine air permeability based on the results of model tests is also discussed.

Numerical Formulation for Flow Analysis of Dredged Soil (준설토 유동해석을 위한 유한요소 수식화)

  • Experimental study of sedimentation and self-weight consolidation has been primary research area in dredged soil. However, good quality of the dredged soil and minimum water pollution caused by the pumping of reclaimed soil require intensive study of the flow characteristics of dredged material due to dumping. In this study, continuity and the equilibrium equations for mass flow assuming single phase was derived to simulate mass flow in dredged containment area. To optimize computation and modeling time for three dimensional geometry and boundary conditions, depth integration is applied to governing equations to consider three dimensional topography of the site. Petrov-Galerkin formulation is applied in spatial discretization of governing equations. Generalized trapezoidal rule is used for time integration, and Newton iteration process approximated the solution. DG and CDG technique were used for weighting matrix in discontinuous test function in dredged flow analysis, and numerical stability was evaluated by performed a square slump simulation. A comparative analysis for numerical methods showed that DG method applied to SU / PG formulation gives minimal pseudo oscillation and reliable numerical results.

  • The changes in hydration of brown rice, Chu-chung byeo(Japonica type) were determined during storage at different storage temperatures($4^{\circ}C$, 2$0^{\circ}C$, 3$0^{\circ}C$ and 4$0^{\circ}C$) in a 4-layered laminated film pouch(PET 12${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$/AI-foil 7${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$/o-Nylon 15${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$/L-Mix100${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$). At the beginning of storage, the hydration rate of brown rice increased with higher soaking temperature, and the activation energy of hydration was 10.3kcal/mole. Water diffusion coefficient of brown rice due to storage temperature during storage at 3$0^{\circ}C$ of soaking temperature was decreased by the elapse of storage periods and increment of storage temperature(below 3$0^{\circ}C$). ).

  • Recently, Growing tendency for structure surface to use water repellent agent has increased steadily. But investigation of it's protection and durability property is not sufficient. Therefore, this paper shows the investigation about repellent property and micro structure's change in surface layer of mortar that is applied by water repellent agent. Water repellent property, absorption coefficient, air permeability, porosity and observation of micro construct was investigated according to water repellent agent type. The test results indicated that mortar applied water repellent agent appears tiny absorption coefficient, but air permeability is maintained. The reason is because silane solution is coating at capillary surface of a wall and minute pore structure is changeless.

  • Recently, more interests in surface treatment of structure with water repellent agent are steadily increased, But, investigation of its properties such as protection, durability, morphology of micro structure is not sufficient. Therefore, This paper is aimed for the investigation of water repellent property and change of morphology of micro pores in mortar that is treated by water repellent agent(Inorganic polymer based material). Water repellent property, water absorption coefficient, air permeability, porosity and the observation of micro structure was investigated in different water repellent agent type. The test results indicated that water repellent treated mortar showed low absorption coefficient and air permeability(breathing effect). This is why inorganic polymer is coated at the wall of capillary and micro pores, also, the volume of micro pore is reduced without the change of morphology in micro structure.
